• Zikreta (3/5): Good location, but not worth the price. The apartment is in a great area, close to public transport and Termini Station, - Great location! The apartment is in an excellent area — there’s a supermarket right in front of the building, and the public transport stop is only a 2-minute walk away. Termini Station is also just a few minutes from the apartment, which makes getting around the city very easy. Highly recommended! However, inside the apartment many appliances didn’t work. If you are travelling with small children and need a functional kitchen, I wouldn’t recommend it. The dishwasher wasn’t working and we reported it on the first day, but no solution was provided. The kitchen hood also didn’t work, so cooking smells stayed in the apartment. For a 7-day stay for 6 people, we only received 4 rolls of toilet paper and small soaps that lasted about 2 days. If you want a normal stay, you basically have to buy everything yourself.

• DAIVA (7/5): Apartment needs renovation - The apartment quiet big, good for 4 person's and not to far from Termini station about 12 min. by foot. Downstairs on the left is a food market entrance. But it's also have downsides.... The apartment wasn't clean. Plenty of dirt in the corners in the shower, (coners is full of junk)lots of dust everywhere. The walls in all apartment is badly hurt/scratched, needs to be painted for sure. Couldn't use the dishwasher, was broken. Did let the host know, but the problem wasn't fixed during our stay !!! The heaters in the both bathrooms was off,(there is nothing to turn on) so the towels after shower and all day was always wet. Think in this way the host is saving the electricity bill... but charge a big amount for guests to stay there.... We didn't had not even one capsule for washing machine and wasn't any dishwasher soap. Not even the salt and pepper was to be found. All in all this apartment needs a renovation because some parts is just broken.

• Vladcast (1/5): Don't take this property - This was terrible. The host in the name of CleanBNB whatever this is doesn't really care about the property, because it's in the center area and they have demand on it, so the location is the only advantage. I understand this is an old building, but the furniture and everything in the apartment is made of cartoon, cheap is everything you touch, even if it's a big one, you can hear voices across all apartment. They also claim a double bed for both rooms, but in reality for one of these it's a twin, you can see the attached photos. Yes, 850 Euro maybe is not big money for 4 days and 4 people, but it was a waste of money with bad experience. Also, taking the keys is a huge quest. You have to go to some other hotel to pick up the keys. The keys themselves don't really work, you have to turn and find a specific position of the key to make it work. Btw, there is no toilet brush in one of the bathrooms, only the holder, it's sad, because the rating was 8+ and I don't understand why 🥲

• Gillian (8/5): Very nice apartment. - The location suited us very well. Not in the centre but everything we wanted to see within walking distance. A good choice of bars and very good restaurants very close by. It would have been more convenient if the keys had been closer to the property and if we hadn’t have had to return them to that same place

• Elizabeth (6/5): While the location was good I’m not sure I’d choose to stay here again. - Location - a good part of Rome to be based in and the apartment was quiet. The system of picking up the key is really onerous. I would strongly recommend finding a different way to get the keys to the people staying. Did not have anything (salt, pepper, olive oil, etc) to facilitate cooking or preparing light meals. Showers were far too small and awkward. Couches were actually beds and not comfortable to relax on so there was no place to sit and chat. Instructions for disposing of trash were not complete (no bins on the street). The system to manage the electricity was awkward and could be managed much better. As compared to other places in Rome where I’ve stayed I did not feel we got good value for what we paid.

• Ana (9/5): Superb - It looks better than in pictures, its pretty spacious and clean and has everything thay you need. Its ideal for 4 people, there are 2 bathrooms and beds are very comfy. Walking distance by the city center. Place where you pick up and leave keys is 5 minutes away, so it was no problem for us. The sofas are not that comfy, cause when unfolded, upper and lower parts lie on the ground, while the middle is elevated. Blankets are a bit smelly. A sound like raining is heard from outside during night when windows are open, probably from the ventilation.I personally didnt mind, but maybe someone would.
• Mary (7/5): Some issues but a decent stay - The location was brilliant, easy to get around on the metro and bus. The apartment was clean and big, however, this would be an ideal place for two couples rather than a space for six adults. We did have issues with the stay but the customer service staff were responsive and sent someone the next day to resolve complaints. We encountered several issues during our stay that was disappointing given the amount paid for this space. Firstly, there were issues with the bathroom, not enough bathing towels for six people, the sink hole was covered in the first bathroom so we had to have someone attend to open it for use. The maintenance person also had to resolve an issue with the oven generating electrical sparks when turned on and temporarily fixed the front door buzzer as it stopped working after first use. The sofa beds were not comfortable and an instruction manual would help to explain how to use the oven. The oven had a function where it would stay on even though it was switched off. We were told only during checkout that the oven would stay on to cool down even when switched off. It created a panic given that the oven had issues with sparking and although we were told it was ok to use, we did not want to leave it unattended. We also had issues with appliances not working like the extractor fan and the shower caddy's need replacement. Overall, the facilities were not as expected but other things like the location and cleanliness made up for it which is why it was still a good stay.
• Dana (9/5): Superb - The apartment's location is amazing. It is within walking distance from the Colosseum and many other fascinating sights. There is a grocery store right next door, 2 cafes with excellent breakfast options, and a great pizza place just across the street. The rooms in the apartment are spacious and well-furnished. There weren't any dishwasher tablets or even dish soap and sponge to wash our dishes. Also, I would expect to find basics like salt, oil, tea, etc in the kitchen.

• Myriamnt (9/5): Superb - The location of the flat is ideal. Only a short walk away from the Colosseum, very close to both Termini and Cavour metro stations, so ideal for getting into Rome from the airport and back out. The flat is very spacious, including the bedrooms. It is well decorated and clean. There's a supermarket just down the building and plenty of cafés around if you fancy a breakfast out. The bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. The flat overlooks the inside of the building block where all the heating and aircon pipes are and so it is noisy from early in the morning when the heating obviously kicks in in the other apartments. While the bathrooms were a decent size, the showers themselves were tiny. I'm a size 8 UK/36 FR/4 US and I had to contort myself to get into the opening to get into th3 shower. If you're bigger, there's a possibility you won't even be able to get in there to shower. Finally, guests are expected to clean any plates they've used or face a 25€ charge...but no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablet were provided.

• Amit (9/5): Convinient place near the heart of Rome, especially for longer stays - The place is well equipped and clean. Walking distance to many places and metro Inflexible service (e.g a request to get the place an hour earlier was barely answered for a week). Also, not the end of the world but Inconvenient keys and check in/out process.
• Jesús (7/5): Check-in process is complex. Place matches the description. - Good place, clean, fully matching the pictures. 1. To check in and check out, you have to pick and leave the keys in another place. We arrived at 1 am, which was extremely unpractical. 2. We registered 6 people, and they provided suplements for 4 (shampoo, soap, etc), which required us to get ours (there is a store just downstairs, but as everything, it required time) 3. Some blankets were dirty.

• Janet (8/5): we had a great time with just a few small niggles. they did not spoil our visit - the apartment is in a great position and is very spacious. it is very clean and well equipped. the shower wall in one of the bathrooms had come off the runners. the door lock was very difficult to manage. the lady that let us in showed us quickly what to do but was clearly in a hurry so just showed us once and did not give us a chance to try it ourselves. we had waited for 20 minutes to be let in. it was not clear where to leave the bins when we left so we had to carry them for a few streets until. we found a bin.

Comfortable beds. Very nice interior. Well equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean. Information folder available. Only thing we did not like were the very small shower cubicles.

• Kingdom (4/5): Amazing location , not clean , no network in the apartment . - very good location , big comfortable place with a lot of space . good enough for 4-7 people . Not clean at all . Even the bedsheet was dirty. Smell is coming out from the wardrobe. The bathroom is not hygienic at all. There is no space in the shower it was a fight every day to get it done . The wifi is working mostly but there is no network in the apartment so calls can’t made in there.

Excellent private transfer service also.Would definitely return. The shower cubicles in both bathrooms were to small.Its difficult to get in and out of them.
