• Ruta (10/5): - Apartamentai visai arti Termini stoties (10 min kelio pestute), šalia nemažai maisto prekių parduotuvių, metro stotelė, kavinės. Iki Koliziejaus 18 min., taip pat ir centro. Bute buvo dvi atskiros dvigulės lovos, vonioje pakankamai rankšluosčių ( netgi daugiau nei mums reikėjo), muilas, dušo želė, šampūnas. Viskas švaru ir tvarkinga ir pilnai atitinka aprašymą ir pateiktas nuotraukas svetainėje Šeimininkas labai draugiškas, viską išsamiai paaiškino, davė miesto žemėlapį ir patarimų kur nuvykti ir t.t. Rajonas saugus ir ramus, jokio triukšmo. Virtuvėje yra būtini indai, gal tik trūko taurių vynui ir patogesnės keptuvės (esanti apartamentuose itin didelė ir nestabili). Yra orkaitė (kuria pagrinde naudojomės), viskas ko reikia paprasto maisto gamybai atostogaujant, netgi druskos ir pipirų buvo 🙂mums viskas patiko.

Es cómodo y amplio y la zona en muy tranquila respecto a ruidos externos. Lo recomiendo, volvería a hospedarme. Poniéndome en un rol muy crítico, tal vez sugeriría el cambio de los colchones..

• Kelin (10/5): Ótima localização e excelente anfitrião - O apartamento é muito bem localizado, próximo à estação de trem, farmácias, mercados e gelaterias. Estava tudo muito limpo, além de ser amplo e confortável. O Wi-Fi e o ar-condicionado funcionaram perfeitamente. O anfitrião Gordon nos recebeu pessoalmente, apresentou o apartamento e depois, com muita gentileza, mostrou no mapa os principais pontos turísticos da cidade, além de dar ótimas dicas de restaurantes. Apenas senti falta de alguns itens de cozinha, como saca-rolhas, tábua de carne e espátula de silicone, mas isso em nada atrapalhou a excelente experiência que tivemos.

Gordon is fantastic and takes the time to explain the city and neighborhood. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. We would stay here again on our next trip to Rome. Nothing, it’s a great property.

I was wondering if heating will be on because in March you have high temperatures during a day and at the same time you are freezing at night. But at Gordon's heating was on :) Well equipped, clean apartment. Gordon is a really helpful person too! Everything was great:)

Gordon was there to greet us and make some tourist suggestions on what and where we should go. Provided a map and explained the train/bus system to us. Thank you Gordon No mirror in the bedroom. A few amenities like salt/pepper would have been nice.

• Mateusz (9/5): Great Stay in Rome - We spent 3 nights in this apartment in Rome, and it was a wonderful experience. The owner was very easy to contact via WhatsApp and met us at the agreed time to hand over the keys. He also provided us with a wealth of information about the attractions in Rome and was very friendly, for which we are very grateful. The location was excellent, close to the main train station and the metro, making it easy to reach the main attractions of Rome. The apartment had almost everything you need for a few days' stay in Rome. For dinner, I highly recommend the nearby San Lorenzo district, which has many restaurants where you can eat delicious food at reasonable prices. There are a few things that could be improved: allowing electronic payment, perhaps through Booking.com, as payment is currently only possible in cash. I was prepared for this, but it's not the most convenient form of payment today. Additionally, there was no hot water on the last day of our stay, and the frying pan was so scratched that it was unusable. Lastly, considering this is Italy, I would have expected a corkscrew to be part of the apartment's equipment.

• Don (6/5): Pleasant - It was great value for Rome. It is close to most of Romes attractions and Gordon was helpfull in explaining directions etc. The bathroom needed some TLC.. especially to the shower curtain.
• Sarah (7/5): Good value accommodation in a quiet neighbourhood with great access to the sights of Rome. - Within walking distance of the main station and the city centre and very close to the Colosseum and Forum, the apartment was great for our stay. It was on a quiet residential street with supermarket nearby and a metro station in a few minutes walk. Two good sized double bedrooms. Gordon was very flexible with our late arrival and helped with information about Rome and how to get around. Communication was excellent. The kitchen was not really equipped for making more than a simple breakfast - happily lots of places to eat well in Rome. The shower is also quite basic - although there was plenty of hot water which was good.

When we entered the apartment he made sure everything was working fine (wifi, appliances) and had already prepaired two maps for us and provided us with all information we needed for our stay and city tour. His kindness is something that is rarely seen by apartment owners. Apartment is also very clean and nice.

• Jake (10/5): I lovely Apartment very near the railway station - apartment was great, well, decorated and owner, very friendly and easy to communicate with. this area of Rome is known to be unsafe however we never felt like that and was always confortable at day and night. there was no wine glasses :-(

• Edit (9/5): Excellent Highly recommend it! - Gordon is very nice and gave me a lot of good advice. He was waiting for us in front of the flat. He showed me the shops, metro station, even it was already too late. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, well-equipped and easily accessible. We spent great days here! I highly recommend it! The air conditioner did not work in one of the rooms and it was very hot even at night. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
