• Dariya (10/5): Невероятная красота и уютный домик - Прекрасная локация и вид, добрый и отзывчивый хозяин! Предоставил все, что нужно, комфортно, чисто и красиво. Он дополнительно показал винодельню, угостил вином, был очень добр и вежлив. Рекомендуем!
• Luca (8/5): Toscana - La posizione strategica per visitare le zone circostanti ( Firenze, Pisa, Siena, ecc); la pulizia eccellente, la possibilità di fare bbq, la bottiglia di ben venuto. Ero al piano terra , si sentiva molto l inquilino del piano sopra camminare e soprattutto parlare. Il parcheggio un po strettino; la presenza assidua del proprietario; la mancanza del materiale necessario per accendere il bbq ( se si da un servizio senza obbligo della prenotazione implica che taluno lo si possa usare da subito ). La connessione wifi tende a non andare dopo le 22.00.

• Luca (10/5): Tre giorni splendidi in Toscana - Tutto. Casa grande, pulita e silenziosa, dotata di tutto, anche in cucina e in bagno. Host gentilissimo anche via whatsapp per qualsiasi evenienza. La vasca idromassaggio si paga a parte ma è uno spettacolo totale. Parcheggio interno davanti alla porta, internet veloce. Vista e giardino top. A circa 40 minuti di auto da tutto (Firenze, Siena, Certaldo, San Gimignano), ottimo come base per la zona. A me non interessa minimamente, ma non c'è la TV. Magari per qualcuno questo è un problema. Per me è solo un vantaggio
• Michele (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto. - Bella casa in posizione tranquillissima con splendida vista. Consigliato per un soggiorno in totale relax. Il padrone di casa è una persona molto gentile e disponibile per cui è facile trovarsi a proprio agio e sentirsi un po’ come a casa propria.

I servizi che dispone sono molto ottimi e il proprietario é stato gentilissimo e disponibile a darci informazioni varie e accogliere le nostre richieste. Punto di forza la spa privata.
• Johanna (10/5): Tolle Lage und ausgesprochen netter Vemieter. - Sehr freundlicher Besitzer der auf unsere spontane Last Minute Buchung sofort reagiert und uns auch kurzfristig empfangen hat. Super sauberes, großzügiges Apartment mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Tolle Lage mit grandiosem Ausblick und ein überdachter Parkplatz am Grundstück. Als Willkommensgeschenk gab es eine Flasche Wein aus dem eigenen Anbau zur Begrüßung. Sehr zu empfehlen!
• Paolo d´Alba (10/5): Ottima soluzione, molto ben attrezzata - L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort e devo dire che, dovendo usare la cucina per colazioni e cene, l'ho trovata veramente completa, cosa rara! La pulizia della cucina stessa e del resto dell'appartamento era da 10+. E' situato in una posizione strategica per visitare le zone del Chianti. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili ed accoglienti. Arrivando con il buio ci hanno mandato la posizione, e suggeriscono di mettere su maps "Casa Bellavista San Casciano val di Pesa", per essere più precisi. Inoltre offre informazioni su posti in zona, incluso come andare a Firenze usando la linea urbana. Abbiamo visitato la loro piccola cantina, comprato anche un po' di vino.... nulla

• Agnese (9/5): - Siamo stati benissimo, immersi nel verde della campagna toscana. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e ha saputo darci diverse dritte, oltre al fatto che ci ha offerto il suo vino (ottimo!) e ci ha fatto vedere la cantina in cui lo produce. La casa è molto pulita e curata, non manca praticamente nulla. Molto bella anche la zona relax con la vasca idromassaggio, non abbiamo fatto in tempo a usarla ma speriamo di tornare in futuro per provarla!

• Dan (10/5): - Apartment located in a quiet area, wonderful view of the sunset. It is spacious, well equipped kitchen, air conditioning, clean sheets and towels. Private terrace in front of the apartment. The accommodation has an excellent position for visiting Tuscany. The hosts are very welcoming, eager to help, to make sure that tourists feel good. As a recommendation, the bed mattress should be replaced.

Kitchen has what you can need, bedroom and bathroom were very neat and clean. It has its own parking spot. The host was a very kind guy. He shared a bottle of wine and prepared the crib before we arrived.

Very efficient air conditioning, clean apartment with vineyards and olive trees around. Wifi is a bit slow but 5G is available in the area.

• Leena (10/5): Cute little place nestled into the countryside - We stayed here for a wedding at Castello di Gabiano (4 minute drive away) and it was just perfect for what we wanted. It have everything we could need and was very picturesque outside! The owners were lovely! Very cosy place nestled in the countryside! I left my earrings there which they are kindly going to send to me which is very nice of them! There is no air conditioning in our apartment which Is worth noting as it was a bit of a challenge doing my makeup for the wedding without it but there was a fan! I still wouldn't change staying there because of this as everything else was perfect!

The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom also a highlight. Lovely location, amongst olive trees and grapevines, and a beautiful quiet rural setting. Very pleased to have been able to enjoy a few nights here in Tuscany Apartment living room area is quite small and perhaps a TV would add interest. Lovely location, but be aware though it is quite isolated and several kilometres from the nearest town, so had to drive if wanting to get groceries or go out to dinner.

A real Italian country house in a village near Florence with breathtaking views from the windows, the garden and the surrounding Tuscany. We only spent two nights here. The family hosting was really kind, accommodating and helpful. They gifted us with a bottle of wine at our arrival! The appartment was very comfortable and well equipped, it was nice to be able to make our morning coffee and have breakfast outside every morning. The hot tub room was really beautiful and fun though there’s a fee for using it. If you’re looking for a homey, authentic experience of rural tuscany this is it!
