• Roberto (9/5): OTTIMA SOLUZIONE PER CHI AMA IL DESIGN. LETTO COMODO - La cura dell'arredo, la pulizia e soprattutto il letto, molto comodo. Un aspetto che troppo spesso viene trascurato anche negli alberghi, quindi complimenti per questa attenzione. Risposte dell'host gentili e sempre tempestive. Il vicino che ha fatto rumore fino a tardi, ma non è un aspetto che può gestire il proprietario. Per il resto solo qualche consiglio. Un tagliere e un buon coltello per cucinare sarebbero utili. La porta di ingresso andrebbe fatta vedere perché striscia.
• Maria (9/5): Reasonable - The host was very kind. The apartment has everything you need. It was clean. We did not like the neighbourhood, but 10-15min walk from the metro to get to more interesting areas. Depends on one own preference, but the mattress was too soft for us.
• PATRIZIA (7/5): Jen&Gio bellissime persone disponibili, solari posizione ottima e il prezzo alto - posizione ottima puoi spostarti con i mezzi pubblici facilmente le principali destinazioni della città come lo stadio San Siro e City Live nonostante il quartiere multi etnico è una zona molto tranquilla. La pulizia può migliorare e gli accappatoi erano datati. Purtroppo essendo a piano terra in un condominio la porta di ingresso datata è rumorosa per cui il rientro del resto dei condomini non è soft ma per un soggiorno breve ci può stare.

• Arthur (10/5): Un super séjour à Milan - Nous avons passé un super séjour de trois nuits dans cet appartement. L’appartement est très cosy, chaleureux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût : on s’y sent vraiment comme à la maison. Les propriétaires sont d’une grande gentillesse, très attentionnés et toujours aux petits soins. Nous avons même eu la chance de partager un moment avec eux, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus humaine et agréable. Une hospitalité au top, un logement parfait et de très beaux souvenirs. Nous recommandons cet appartement les yeux fermés.

• Massimiliano (9/5): ECCEZIONALE - Appartamento davvero bello, piccolo ma funzionale. Arredato finemente, ricco di ogni tipo di comfort, tanti punti di appoggio, asciugamani e accappatoi puliti e profumati. Comunicazione eccezionale, veloce precisa e puntuale. Addirittura letto con reti elettriche indipendenti. Posizione ottima perché vicina alle fermate degli autobus, a 30 minuti dallo Stadio di S.Siro. Macchina del caffé con caffé a disposizione, una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo, e anche tisane a disposizione. Qualche problema di pressione con l'acqua fredda in cucina. Letto un pò scomodo, sarebbe stato utile avere un cuscino in più. Serratura porta di ingresso difettosa Sarebbe stato utile trovare della carta casa, o dei tovaglioli. Avrei messo qualche merendina in busta in cucina.

• Gabriella (10/5): Perfetto! - Appartamento piccolo ma ben fornito di tutto e ammobiliato con gusto! Il proprietario ci ha accolto con entusiasmo e dato indicazioni su come muoverci al meglio in città. Dalla struttura è possibile raggiungere lo stadio in appena 15 minuti di camminata.

A well-equipped kitchen, where we prepared breakfast every morning and enjoyed coffee from the capsules kindly provided by the host. 2. A dedicated workspace, which was perfect for me when I had to work one evening. 3. Thoughtful details that made our stay even better, such as a hair dryer, two pairs of pillows for extra comfort, and a city guide to help us choose places to visit. Everything was well-organized, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommend!

The streets weren’t feeling very safe at night, not the best neighborhood in Milan.

Unfortunately the house is located very close to a very shabby neighbourhood with buildings occupied by poor immigrants. There are drug dealers in the street. A feeling of insecurity. We had to call a taxi everytime we needed to go out. We didn't risk to walk on thr street. The house is well equipped, but it smelt too much bleach. The sheets and towels were old and smelly. The bathroom smelt of mould.

Both are very kind and made our stay comfortable. The apartment has everything one needs for a short stay. Its a 10 minute walk to the metro and an approx. 10 minute ride to the center of Milan. A supermarket is just around the corner. The big TV with Netflix & Co was also a plus. We did not like the direct neighbourhood much. The building itsself is nice.

Great Entertainment (Netflix, Spotify. Great hardware). Restaurants, Supermarkets, Cafes all close by. AirBnb at its best - booking.com can do it better! It is a 'normal' residential area, not the poshest in milano. Some would want to stay more in the city center. For me - just right.

All from communication to check-out was very easy and smooth. Also they were presented during check-in, what is very rare nowadays, usually hosts leave the keys in a key box. So I appreciated a lot the presence! They explained everything what I asked and were very polite and friendly. Apartment located in a quiet street, so never had any problems with noise. Supermarket is just around the corner. Highly recommended for other travellers and I’ll definitely book it again! Nothing! Everything was just perfect!

• Cristina (9/5): Totally worth it - Such a cool atmosphere within the apartment. It does have almost everything you might need for a 3-7 days of vacation, even a playstation with games. It was very clean and the staff is just awesome. We received a lot of recommendations on transport, restaurants and supermarkets. The welcome champagne confirmed that this apartment was just the perfect option. Little space to keep/store your stuff. The bed had some pretty interesting features, but it might not be a good fit for everyone.

The beds were very comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing evening watching the large TV - lots of options including Netflix and Prime. The shower was wonderful, and came with bath robes, slippers and toiletries. Well equipped Kitchen with some drinks ready to settle into the room and stocked coffee machine Jen and Gio were perfect hosts, they are so friendly and can not do enough to help you get the most of your stay. Very responsive to questions regarding the room and travel, and great recommendations for attractions and restaurants! The location is great, just on the outskirts of central Milan with easy Metro links into the centre approx. 10 minutes walk, and just up the road from the San Siro.
