• Hiroshi (10/5): My daughter says this is the best stay via Booking.com ! - サンタマリアノッベラ駅からは少し距離がありましたが観光ついでに歩きました。観光客で溢れるアルノ川の北岸より、ポンテベッキオを渡った南側は、観光客も少なく落ち着いた感じで良かったです。 チェックインまで少し時間があったので、ピッティ宮前で待っていたところ、わざわざオーナーが探しに来てくれスムーズにチェックインすることができました。 歴史のある建物ですが、設備は最新で快適に過ごすことができました。１泊だけのスケジュールを組んだことを後悔しました。 調味料他も十分に用意されていました。ポンテベッキオ近くにスーパーマーケット（CONARD）があり、食材の入手も可能です。 It was a little far from Santa Maria Novella Station, but I walked there while sightseeing. The south side across the Ponte Vecchio was quieter and less crowded than the north bank of the Arno River, which is usually overflowing with tourists. I had a little time before check-in, so I waited in front of the Pitti Palace, and the owner came to look for me, allowing me to check in smoothly. Although it is a historic building, the facilities are modern and I had a very comfortable stay. I regretted only staying one night. There was plenty of seasonings and other supplies provided. There is a supermarket (CONARD) near Ponte Vecchio, so you can also purchase ingredients. 特にありません。 Nothing in particular.

• Velasquez (10/5): This is a beautiful place to stay in Florence! - Our stay here was wonderful. Dominique was the perfect host. He made us feel like part of his family. The apartment is very close to all the historical places . We felt very very safe walking around at night to all the shops. The apartment was cozy and had lots of charm. There about 20 steps or so to climb to get to the apartment but it was not a problem. Dominique even carried our luggage up the stairs for us. We we definitely stay here again the next time we come to the beautiful city of Florence! Everything was great!
• Cheng (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is well maintenance, the bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to make meals. Location is perfect, walkable to all attractions and there’s lots of restaurants nearby. The Host Dominique is the best host I have ever met in booking.com he gave us lots of recommendations and he explained the area to us very well, there’s stairs to the apartment (not too much, 1st floor) he helped me carried my luggage up. He also gave me some gifts when we check out, he is very kind and generous. I will definitely stay again at his apartment if I visit Florence again. 强力推薦 Bring a mosquito spray with you. That area has lots of mosquito.

• Randall (10/5): Excellent place to stay; we want to come back! - My wife and I and two adult daughters really enjoyed staying here; much better than a standard hotel. The property was very clean. Everything was high end: The beautiful marble shower and marble bathroom floors, the kitchen's marble countertops, refrigerator and cabinets, comfortable beds, plush towels. The kitchen had all pots, pans and utensils with a lovely gas stove. The owners put a lot of thought and detail into this apartment; everything was as advertised. The location is great with restaurants close by, in a safe and secure neighborhood. It is an easy walk to most attractions in the city. The apartment is very quiet and we slept great at night. Dominique met us with the keys, showed us areas of interest on a map that he provided and made us reservations at an excellent restaurant where the waiter treated us like royalty; and, we had the best meal of our trip! On our next trip to Florence we would like to stay here as long as possible! If you're coming to Florence, look no further; book this apartment!
• Ginny (10/5): Excellent, quiet and convenient location in a safe neighborhood for a couple or small family - We loved The Pitti Loft! The gorgeous apartment is beautifully decorated with a refined touch, keeping comfort in mind. The space is very well insulated and quiet, yet its proximity to everything makes it a true find for convenience to dining, groceries, shopping and sightseeing.
• John (10/5): The stay was too short but the place was great. Highly recommend. - Great location, right next to Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio. Super helpful and friendly host. Unfortunately, we were only there one night, because he provided a nice basket of food and a bottle of wine. Full kitchen is nice for longer stays.

• Matt (10/5): Exceptional - The host, Dominique, could not have done more to make our visit both comfortable and enjoyable. Can't speak highly enough of him, his beautifully located and fitted out apartment and the wonderfully majestic city that is Firenze. We will be back, but hopefully (selfishly) the secret of Pitti Loft doesn't become too well known ... We didn't stay long enough :(. We only discovered the beautiful rooftop bar around the corner the night before we left.

• Barbara (10/5): Excellent accommodations! - We thoroughly enjoyed.our stay in the Pitti Loft! Dominic met us at the entrance and walked us up to the apartment. He showed us around the apartment and explained how to use the appliances. Dominic loves to met new people was very friendly about dinner recommendations and any questions we had throughout our stay. The location is in a neighbor over the Ponte Vecchi Bridge with easy access to walk to the main attractions within 10-15 minutes. I would highly recommend staying at the Pitti Loft again. Our host, Dominique, was so sweet and takes great pride in sharing his home and culture. Great amenities like the washer/dryer combo which helped with doing laundry mid-trip. Big space that felt roomy for our family of 4.

• Christie (10/5): A comfortable and cool place for a family of 4 to explore Florence during the heatwave - Very nice location. Walkable to almost everywhere. Dominique was very helpful by reaching out weeks before checking what we need in advance. He helped us book a good restaurant. He also helped us book a taxi to catch a 6am train at 4:30am which was super helpful. The room was well stocked including the bathroom and the kitchen. We had a good time there and hope to return in the near future. If we could have checked in a bit earlier instead of dropping off our luggage, what would be wonderful. But we understood.
