• Leigh (8/5): Great location, beautiful comfy apartment - Great location, well presented and spacious. The little terrace was lovely for having a quiet glass of wine in the midst of a beautiful city. There was little or no hot water for showers in the morning - recommend showering later in the day unless you like an icy cold one!

• Vanessa (6/5): ESPERIENZA DA DIMENTICARE - SOLO LA POSIZIONE BUONA, 2° PIANO SENZA ASCENSORE CON SCALE SCOMODE, PAVIMENTO RUMOROSO. Appartamento situato al 2° piano senza ascensore, con scale scomode e pavimento molto rumoroso. Dopo il check-out, mia figlia si è accorta di aver dimenticato gli auricolari nella struttura. Non appena abbiamo verificato la loro posizione tramite localizzazione, abbiamo contattato immediatamente il numero WhatsApp attraverso cui avevamo ricevuto le istruzioni per il check-in. Purtroppo non ci è stato possibile tornare a recuperarli a causa della presenza di nuovi ospiti. In breve, gli auricolari sono scomparsi. Esperienza deludente e poca serietà nella gestione della situazione.
• Metta (10/5): - Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä, bussilinjat kulkivat läheltä, asunto oli riittävän keskustassa, mutta kuitenkin poissa pahimmasta hulinasta. Asunto oli kauniisti sisustettu ja pieni terassi oli erittäin mukava, oli miellyttävää syödä terassilla aamiainen aamuauringossa. Pidin siitä, että San Marcon luostari sekä Galleria dell´ Accademia olivat lähellä. Myös jalkapallokentälle oli kävelymatka. Asunto oli rauhallinen, ei meteliä naapurustosta eikä kadulta. Muutama kirkkaampi kohdevalo lukemista ajatellen olisi ollut kiva. Leikkuuveitset voisivat olla terävämmät. Talossa ei ollut hissiä ja portaat olivat jyrkät, joten matkalaukkujen kantaminen oli aika työlästä

• MK (9/5): Ideal place to visit Firenze ! - The appartment is ideal to visit Firenze. It is cosy and you feel like you are staying at someone's place, the decoration is fine and not impersonal, it is very much appreciable. The little terrace is perfect to have coffee or drinks. I recommand 100%.

• Gaia (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto - Ottima posizione per raggiungere i monumenti ed i musei a piedi. Abbiamo lasciato l’auto in un parcheggio custodito prenotato in anticipo. L’appartamento è molto grazioso, ben riscaldato, pulito e con una bella terrazza. Attenzione, perché si trova al secondo piano, con una scala ripida che non è per tutti (per noi non è stata assolutamente un problema). Personalmente abbiamo trovato comodo sia il letto che il divano letto.

• gems_ibz (9/5): - El apartamento muy cómodo y con una terracita hermosa. Sitio tranquilo. Perfecto para 4 personas. Volvería. Me gustó todo, pero, si puedo aconsejar a personas con dificultades para caminar que no es su apartamento. No tiene ascensor y los dos pisos son duritos. Pero a quien no le sepa mal subir escaleras es perfecto, vale la pena.

There were some minor issues with the washing machine and the plumbing, but the owners came around very quickly to fix it up

The property had a lovely terrace which offered a nice and quiet space to enjoy the late afternoon/evening. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Noises coming from the neighbours in the early morning hours.

El armario del dormitorio me ha enamorado. Todo, hasta el más mínimo detalle. Las lámparas de las mesillas, cada una de un estilo. El suelo de la cocina ❤️❤️❤️!!! La terracita!!! Todo. • Antonella (9/5): - Check-in was at 3:00 pm, but my family and I arrived at 3:25 pm and the room still wasn’t ready. We had to wait about 15 more minutes for the housekeepers to finish cleaning. That’s my only complaint—other than that, we loved the apartment.
• Bernadett (8/5): Csalódtunk a szálláshellyel kapcsolatban. - Az elhelyezkedés, a lakás tágassága kimondottan jó. Közel van a látványosságokhoz. A berendezés hangulatos, a képekhez képes kicsit használtabb. A terasz nagyon hangulatos. Néhány kávékapszula, mosogatógép tabletta volt a konyhában, ez jól jött. Az ajánlattétel szerint 15 órától volt átvehető a szállás. Előző nap írtam is, hogy 15 órára szeretnénk érkezni. Amikor másnap felhívtuk őket a város határából, közölték, hogy még nincs kitakarítva, betehetjük a csomagjainkat, de nem foglalhatjuk el a szállást. Számomra ez elfogadhatatlan. Egyszerre érkeztünk a takarítóval, aki csak olaszul beszélt. Annyit azért sikerült vele kommunikálni, hogy 17 órára lesz kész kb a takarítással, azelőtt ne jöjjünk. A légkondi nem hűtött rendesen. A hűtő normál, nem fagyasztós tere be volt jegesedve.

• Christine (7/5): Cute and comfortable - Great space, host was nice, ac was much needed, kitchen was big, fridge was huge and there was a nice big table. It was great for us. For us 2 people it’s like a large apartment. The patio was nice and you are able to wash your clothes and hang them. Thanks to the host for leaving us coffee pods, we really liked that! They also offered us an alternative location to hold our bags if we needed. Nothing. I personally, did not like the street, buses and cars pass with a small side walk, glad I did not have little kids and no shops but this is just the location, nothing the host can do.

The walls aren’t really sound proof so you can hear everything going on in the corridor or your neighbours. Just an old building so can’t do much about it.

• Kamila (10/5): Perfect flat in Florence! - Great furnished and equiped flat. I love this style 🤩. The flat was big, clean, the location was great - 10 out of 10! The host was super friendly.

• Marie (8/5): Cozy apartment in the center - We really liked the place and the atmosphere in the flat. It is close to the centre, but the street is quiet and peaceful. The apartment has a cozy bed and a nice big table. The heating worked great so we weren't cold. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very friendly. They really went out of their way to help and accommodate us. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the fuses in the apartment the whole time. We kept replacing them every now and then- It was almost impossible to use any appliances like the toaster, oven or dishwasher. It didn't improve even after the supposed repair. There is a bathtub in the apartment, but it can't be used because there is no plug for it.

• Khrystyna (5/5): Passable - The location was perfect. There was no window in the bedroom, this wasn’t indicated in the description of the apartment . There was also no window in the bathroom, the ventilation didn’t work and there was a constant unpleasant smell. The apartment was on the 4th floor. The umbrella on the terrace was broken, it wasn’t possible to stay during the day because of the heat.
