• Adriana (8/5): Purtroppo abbiamo avuto difficoltà con lo smaltimento dei rifiuti. L'Host non è stato di aiuto. - Posizione buonissima e appartamento molto silenzioso. L'appartamento, molto grande con tre camere due bagni e cucina, è strutturato con una grande camera da letto con il bagno accanto, alla quale si accede attraverso una piccola cameretta con due lettini piuttosto piccoli adatti per bambini Da notare che questa cameretta non è adatta a due adulti e totalmente priva di privacy, in quanto per accedere alla grande camera da letto si deve passare per quello spazio. Essendoci un'altra stanza piuttosto grande e di fronte al secondo bagno, sarebbe stato piu comodo adibire questa come seconda camera da letto offendo agli ospiti piu' comodità e privacy. Noi eravamp 4 adulti e ci siamo trovati in difficoltà.

Bucătărie dotată cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru a pregati un mic dejun sau o masa rapidă. Bun pentru familii cu copii. Fabio a răspuns destul de repede la solicitările noastre. Nu ar strica o curățenie generală si mici reparații în apartament, in special in baia dormitorului. Seara a fost puțin cam frig, aparatele de aer condiționat nu puteau fi pornite pe încălzire. Un televizori nu nu ar strica să fie pus în apartament.

• Viktória (10/5): - The apartment was perfect for our needs. We were given all the necessary information before arrival and our stay was pleasant and relaxing. The flat is well equipped, clean with a real artistic atmosphere. Vaporetto stations and important sights are within walking distance. Highly recommended.
• Sam (8/5): - We loved the location, and the apartment had enough space for 4 people with 2 bathrooms. Fabio was very helpful with information. Also it's possible to get a water taxi (the blue line), from the airport & left us close to his place for €18 each way. Very efficient and cheaper than other ways. 2 things for the reason why I gave 8/10. One was the trash situation. We ourselves had to find the trash boat which was a distance away and bring all our rubbish to this place between 8-9am. And it's closed on Sundays. I find this ridiculous that visitors have to look after this. This should be the cleaner or owners. Second reason is that there was a person living above and walking back and forth in their shoes in their apartment constantly making noise. This was very annoying & think the owners should ask their neighbours living above if they could be a bit more quiet. Other than that we loved the place. The apartment is a bit dated and could do with changing some things but not a big deal.

• Mary (8/5): - It is a large two bedroom, two bath apartment, ground floor in a very quiet neighbourhood. The no 6 Santo Spirito vaporetto is a short walk completely flat which made it very comfortable for two seniors like us. Other routes are close but require going over bridges. There is a Conad supermarket close by. It is possible to be in the large sitting room without disturbing those in bedrooms. The mattresses are comfortable, the towels large. The kitchen is well equipped. It is very good value for money. We had a communication problem with Fabio that caused anxiety because he only gave information on how to get in when we were there standing in the January cold . One of us asked him to return a call or write but he didn't. The first day and next morning the apartment was not heated. Eventually he put heating on, and it was comfortably warm.. A short phone call would have helped.

Die Lage ist bemerkenswert für einen Kurztrip. - Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Zimmer ebenso wie die Küche. Die Ausstattung ist gut und praktisch. Die Lage ist super. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe, ebenso mehrere Vaporetto Stationen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hätte tiefgründiger sein können. Keine Antwort auf Nachfragen - das sollte besser werden. Dies nur also Hinweis, in Venedig war es sonnig und kalt, man sollte dicke Socken einpacken und keine Temperaturen über 23 Grad erwarten.
• VALERIE (10/5): Notre séjour en famille dans ce logement fut excellent - L’atmosphère de cet appartement est très chaleureux. On s’y sent comme à la maison. Il est décoré avec goût. Nous avons apprécié l’âme artistique de ce lieu qui n’est pas aseptisé comme beaucoup de locations. J’ai adoré les rideaux, les tableaux, les couleurs. Les consignes d’arrivée et de départ sont très claires. Les deux lits une place sont un peu petits pour des adultes.
• Katerina (8/5): - We liked the layout of the apartment – two bathrooms and a separate wing with living room and kitchen was convenient for a friend group of three. We appreciated a bottle of olive oil, tea and coffee. The location was great - not in the main tourist area, with lots of hidden gems and quick access to the seafront. There was a grocery store nearby (7 mins) and some nice bars. In late December 2025 it was really cold at night. Night temperatures outside were around 5C then and the apartment was much colder than 19.5C promised. We pinged the host a couple of times to turn on the heating but the radiators were cold again in a couple of hours. In the end, we were sleeping in hats. The bedding situation was weird - not solid blankets but layers of bed covers and duvets that were slipping off at night. Single beds were cots in reality. In the kitchen, there were not enough trash bags and cleaning supplies for a 5-night stay. Pans are too old to cook in with teflon cover chipping off.

Muy céntrico, se puede ir andando a todos lugares La comunicación con el dueño no fue buena, no responde algunas dudas. Las hormigas se metieron en el armario de la ropa y toda la mochila estaba llena de hormigas. El dueño se lo tomaba a risa y que eso es normal en Venecia
• SallyDray (10/5): A wonderful stay with a lovely apartment which suited our needs exactly. - I likes the spaciousness of the apartment as I was with my grown up son and we each had a bedroom and bathroom and space to ourselves. I would have preferred check out time to be 11 rather than 10 if possible. Other than that everything was great!

• Rosa (7/5): - El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y en una zona tranquila, ideal para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad. En general, la estancia fue buena, aunque echamos en falta algunos detalles como un televisor y alguna toalla adicional. La limpieza era aceptable: las sábanas estaban limpias, pero las colchas no daban muy buena impresión. Los baños y la cocina estaban en buen estado.

Muy antigua y básica. No tienen tostador En cuanto a la limpieza, dejaron unos estropajos muy viejos y secos que generan muy mala imagen. Creo que se puede mejorar. Los utensilios de cocina también necesitan un cambio. Éramos 4 personas y dejaron 3 toallas de baño. Hay hormigas, a pesar de tener mucho cuidado, aparecen en el suelo de las habitaciones y en la encimera de la cocina. Los enchufes están desprendidos de la pared. El anfitrión no se puso en contacto conmigo hasta el día de antes de la llegada para enviarme las instrucciones de acceso. Tuve que contactar con servicio al cliente de Booking para que me ayudaran.

Major attractions were within walking distance (about 15 to 20 minutes) and there’s a nice gelato shop and eateries within 5 minutes walk. Nothing to do with the property but generally be beware of dog poop when you are walking.

About a mile walk to St Mark’s square but it was nice to get away from the crowds at night and relax. It was very warmer while we were in Venice and the AC was doing the best it could to keep it comfortable.

Extremely nice appartment, very large, very comfortable. I loved the living room with a cd player and some books. Quiet for Venice.
• Çağrı (4/5): Cold in this period of the year. - Kitchen was enough, beds are okay. It was COLD at nights! There are two air conditioner but they don’t leave the remotes. You need to inform them that the apartment is cold so they can turn on the heater remotely. You can’t set the temperature in your apartment. Also, the radiators in both bedrooms are not working, so you might get cold while you’re sleeping if you are not traveling in summer. Also not that close to the center.

No heat in November, my wife had to sleep in the jacket, no communication with the host, so stupid that the client must take out the trash, at a fixed hour, and I didn’t know where to. I asked the host, he didn’t answer. Of course I left it in the apartment.

I can't help but think that the owner would be better of making what is the current sitting room a bedroom, with the room outside the other bedroom as the sittng room. • Laurence (7/5): Great location, some unusual instructions - Great location, good air conditioning in the sitting room, less good in one bedroom, none in the other rooms, well-equipped kitchen, enough space for the 4 of us. Quirky and unusual, beautiful apartment. Ground floor, so no issues with luggage. Had to share 3 bath towels between 4 of us. We asked for one more, particularly as we had received this message on the booking.com app from the host: “I provide you with for your stay : a hand towel, large towel each, and you will find the beds made with new and fresh sheets” But they replied to say they only provide towels per bed not per person. Not in any other booking we have made ever!! Also instructions to take the small amount of trash (apart from last breakfast) to the collection location a few streets away -not an ideal holiday activity when time is short. It’s a shame this cannot be managed another way.

The host is not nearby, but very responsive and helpful with travel information and connections, ie, water taxi etc. Finding the property was easy when following the instructions. The air conditioner in master bedroom barely worked and made a very loud noise, waking me up through the night. If this could be fixed, I would give a 10/10 rating.

A beautiful neighbourhood right near the amazing Guggenheim Gallery. The host had a number of helpful suggestions regarding our stay and departure. The host was also easily contactable all throughout our stay. The kitchen was set up well for cooking. Nothing much to mention. We really enjoyed our stay.

• Meichun (10/5): Very nice stay. - All is perfect. The apt is decorated with good taste. It’s spacious (two rooms, two bathrooms), coffee, bialetti pot, tea, yogurt are provided, and location is very good (just across from Peggy Guggenheim museum). It’s on the ground floor so it’s easy for those traveling with big luggage. Guests have to dump the garbage in the early morning to a designated spot, while busy packing for checking out at 10:00AM. It added a bit pressures to us.

• Daina (8/5): Fab spacious location which is value for money - The location and space of the apartment was perfect and two bathroom is a great bonus. Available basic cooking ingredients, assortment of crockery and utensils is very handy too. No dishwasher and the rubbish disposal procedure is inconvenient.
• Thomas (10/5): Host was very kind and responsive. - The location was not far from the Bridge of Academia and easy to water bus to the main city downtown area. The place was spacious with comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. The self-check-in process was easy (although beware that google maps took us about 1 block away from the true location so we had some minor difficulties finding the place). He left an Italian coffee maker with coffee grounds and instructions on how to make Italian coffee on our own, we enjoyed experimenting with that. The table in the kitchen was great for playing card games after busy days exploring the city. Lastly, the host was absolutely fantastic. He was very kind and responsive, even answering my messages after 11 pm. He checked on us a few times to make sure everything was okay.
