• Farraiz-Csanády (9/5): We loved it. Very recommend! - The place was very clean, the locations was amazing. A lot of restaurants and bars around, but the apartment was still very quiet. The shower didn’t het hot enough and the apartment was a bit cold at nights but the staff was ready to provide more blankets which helped!

• Alina (8/5): - Duży wybór barów i restauracji w okolicy, urocza okolica. Obecność windy w budynku. Dużo przestrzeni w mieszkaniu. Dobrze wyposażony obiekt, obecna m. in. pralka, żelazko, suszarka. Mogłoby być trochę czyściej.

• Jessica (6/5): Nice property but lacking care. - The space was nice and the bed was really comfortable. I love that you can fully open the windows and shutters. Even though it was close to the the canal with lots of shops and restaurants, it was quiet and peaceful. We went to a couple of the facilities across Navigli which was nice. The cleanliness of the floors, cushions and sofa wasn’t as expected. And the facilities seemed run down. I was a little disappointed by this as it is otherwise a nice property. The air conditioning wasn’t working for our entire stay which made the heat unbearable at points. The shower head was broken and didn’t stay up. As well as the water that ran hot and cold. The sofa wasn’t comfortable and the bedside shelves were slightly hanging from the wall.
• Jade (6/5): Great if you want to prioritise location over everything else - Well located, in the center of vibrant Navigli while in a quiet protected residence. Overall cleanliness could be improved…Not really well equipped kitchen, airco functioning but not strong and very loud. It’s a good place to have has base while moving around the city.
• Rami (10/5): Nice location apartment for nightlife around - The location near the cafe and bar area is nice. Clean apartment. Easy to find. Quite at night. AC was not working when I arrived but they managed to fix same day. Too many keys. Couldn't run the laundry machine. Asking to pay tax through online links on messages can be suspicious with all the fraudulent activities online.
• Laura (5/5): Good location, little run down - Location and good communication prior to arriving Run down, not really taken care of; issues with hot water, heating, broken bins and shelving units, even the sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on.
• Samad (9/5): A Really pleasant stay in a lovely area which made our holiday such a nice stay. - Location was great, little further out but better value for money. Felt like 2 separate locations, from the hussle and bussle on the canal to a quiet flat. The flat had a lift which was really convenient. The host Karim was really nice and helpful which made it a pleasant stay with bits of advice for our stay. There were lots of towels, great WiFi, the sofa bed was made already which helped so much. The water pressure wasn't great, it kept going hot and cold so it ment we struggled with kids.

• Alex (8/5): Great stay - Fantastic location, right in the heart of the restaurants, right near the tram and other public transports. The city is very nearby. Enrique was there to meet us with a smile on his face. The apartment was brilliant, we were 2 cousins travelling and had the bed and the sofa bed which were both extremely comfortable. It was a fantastic stay. Unfortunately, there were no sheets for the sofabed. We made do woth what we had.

• Christianna (9/5): Value for money! - The location was perfect as it was in a nice area for food and drinks and less than 20 minutes walk to duomo. Also it was near a metro station. the room was very large and the person that handed the keys very polite.
• Ewa (6/5): Pleasant - The location is superb, just in the middle of busy street but you don’t hear noise from outside at the apartment at all. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning in the living room was very loud at night which made sleeping difficult. Landlord tried to help and advise to switch it off with the remote control but it didn’t work. The other thing is that when taking showers water stayed in the shower base for a long time.
• Bidisha (7/5): Good - location AC of the drawing room was not working, bathroom could have been cleaner. Room was not ready till 4pm
• Ruta (4/5): am disappointed and do not recommend renting these apartments. - The apartment is in a quiet location, it was really quiet at night, the bed in the bedroom was comfortable. the owner was more than half an hour late in handing over the keys, the apartment is messy, there is dust and cobwebs in the corners, and the water boiler is a real tragedy - the boiler works loudly, there was a breakdown and we had neither heating nor hot water for a day, taking a shower is a real challenge because the water runs hot and cold .
• Jessica (4/5): Disappointing experience - Wonderful location. The building has an elevator, which is very handy when having heavy luggage. If properly maintained, the apartment would be very nice. When trying to do check-in a bit earlier than 15:00, we were told that there were other guests doing check out that day and therefore was not possible to enter earlier. When arriving, the apartment was at 14.9 degC temperature (!!!) and many locations (including our bed sheets) were covered with dust; which, of course, means that there were no guests there for days. It took 2 days to get the apartment at a decent temperature of 19 degC; plus having a video call with the host guy while he was reading us a manual and telling us what to do with the heater (because guests are now also expected to do plumbing work) until this guy finally came when I asked him to fix this problem. The shower has a constant variation of temperature, between extremely hot and cold. If you want to have a quiet and restful sleep, don’t stay here. The noise isolation is awful. We were woken up every single night by noises from the neighbors. The apartment simply lacks maintenance and the owners clearly don’t care about it. While staying there, I have seen that many people have complained in the past about everything I am now adding in this review. So, the owners probably have this place as a cash cow and don’t care about making guests feel comfortable.
