• Marie-France (10/5): Wir werden wiederkommen und weiterempfehlen! - Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet ( mit Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine etc)Die Lage ist sehr zentral und cir. 8 Minuten vom Dom entfernt . Der Concierge Luca ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt viele Informationen. Wir konnten sogar unser Gepäck bei der Abreise bei ihm für 2 Stunden abstellen! Wir haben ein Geschirrtuch vermisst, denn wir haben den Geschirrspüler nicht benutzt.

• Lynn (7/5): lovely apartment; should have been much cleaner. - lovely and modern large apartment. not clean: dishwasher not emptied, floor not washed, hair on floor behind doors, under sink trash bin in kitchen was filthy. There were no paper towels, napkins or tissues provided. Also, I was expected to bring my own trash down to the lobby. All this was a disappointment, especially in light of the hefty required security deposit.

• Thy (7/5): Nice apartment, great location, but management is not so great. - This apartment is very roomy, clean, close to many restaurants, 8 min walk to Duomo Square. We could not get in the apartment because they gave us 2 different check in instructions (2 different key boxes and 2 different codes). We called and texted them and no answer. Finally, we went back and check all the messages and we could open the door but still no answer until the next morning. They charged the deposit of 350 Euro. They should have hold this deposit. When they charge and refund it back, we lose some conversion fee (not good for visitors who don't use Euro). They don't answer when I ask them when the deposit refunded. I don't need the deposit refunded right away, I just need to know the status. We are sorry that we love the apartment but would not like to stay here again.
• Allan (7/5): Good - Location. Clean. Spacious. A/C did not work. No laundry detergent or dish soap. Responses to inquiries were slow and evasive.
• Ana (10/5): very nice and comfotable. nice property. - very good location. facilities were nice and apartment was bigger than expected. we were very comfortable and happy in our stay. the only thing missing was maybe a microwave.
• Jenny (9/5): Awesome location and lovely spacious accommodation. - The instructions were clear and we found the key easily. There was a gentleman in the reception area who also helped and made sure we found the key and the apartment. The apartment was minimally set-up which was great but did lack a few useful items such as a kettle, microwave, toaster and tea towel for example. The room temperature was set by thermostats in each room but I never managed to get them to change - I didn’t know if they were locked at a temperature but there was very little information in the house manual. The rubbish needed to be sorted and cleared and there was a lot of information about but there was no instructions as to where the rubbish went.
• Jeanbert (8/5): great location, good value for Money - Family with children - perfect location, within walking distance from Duomo and close to paying parking areas (we rented a car). Area is quiet and close to all shops and attractions. Location is also within 2 min Metro stop. I would recommend having insect screens installed at the location as being a quite area one can sleep with windows open. Happened to be warm in Milan and AC was set on heating (Centralized)

• Sharon (9/5): All in all a great apartment. - The apartment was very modern & clean. It had everything we needed & in a great location walking distance. They took a deposit (which I wasn’t aware of) & it took a few days to get returned. I sent 4 messages about the refund & it took them ages to get back to me. We also arrived to a dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Didn’t even have a glass to use.

• Guillermo (7/5): Spacious apartment. - Huge apartment, very clean. Nice furnishings. The kitchen lacks some basics, such as a kitchen towel, or at least a kitchen paper roll. It would be nice if they provided dishwashing detergent for ocasional hand washing. Same with other basics such as some salt and pepper. We were there for a few days and did not want to spend our time buying basics for a kitchen.
• Andrew (7/5): Well located for exploring Milan - The apartment was very stylish, and fitted out to a high standard. It was only 5 minutes' walk from the centre of Milan, which was why we chose it. It had excellent air conditioning, which was great, given the very warm weather. It also had fast wifi. Despite what I say below, the actual building concierge gentleman was lovely, and really tried to help us where he could. We had trouble finding the instructions for collecting the keys (it later transpired they were at the end of a long booking.com email trail, supplied late the previous evening before we travelled). They should have been sent on a separate email, and/or texted. We arrived to find an empty courtyard (the building concierge service only operates during office hours). There was a family who arrived at the same time as us, and they had the same problem. Luckily, we managed to find a cleaner who sorted it out for us. During the week we met another arriving group, who said they received their key instructions just 10 minutes before they arrived, These are meant to be 'serviced apartments'. The room instructions for Cleaning stated there would be a 'Daily refresh'. No-one came in at all during the entire week. There were also limited supplies of basics such as dishwasher tablets and even toilet paper. We had to go out and buy a number of basic supplies. During our week's stay I made various attempts to contact Contempora (by email, and the concierge also rang them on our behalf). I had no response at all. Not good enough for a supposedly high quality letting company. It took over a month and much chasing to recover our deposit.

• Ellie (7/5): It was Okay - Location close to shopping Poor communication with the host , she did not let us leave our luggages until the check in , we stayed outside in the 45 degrees heat with two kids waiting for a response from the host to send us the instructions for the keys , the apartment itself had very basic kitchenware , no napkins , dishwashing liquid was provided while the expectation was to leave the apartment clean and tidy , there was a surcharge of €350 for any damages which was requested on the arrival and we had no idea this part of the contract.

• Patricia (9/5): Great 4 days stay in Milan in this lovely spacious apartment! - It was in a fantastic location and close to the Duomo. The apartment was modern with air conditioning and well equipped. The self check in was straightforward and the apartment and the apartment block were very secure. There is a small supermarket, pharmacy and taxi rank close by. All in all a very positive experience! There was nothing we didn't like. The only thing I would like to point out is my daughter uses a wheelchair, which just about fitted in the lift. I would recommend that you check the width of the lift if you have a wheelchair as it is on the 6th floor and the lift is small.
• Matthew (9/5): Overall, a very organised, well presented and pleasant stay! - Check in was very simple as you are given the instructions a couple of days before. Room was very clean and tidy with lots of amenities for us to use. The location was perfect for exploring Duomo and the shopping district. The room is very secure, needing 3 different keys to get in from the street. Only thing I could complain about is having more pillows. One was ok for myself, but my wife likes to sleep with two where possible. We didn't ask for more as they were manageable.

• Azemikhah (10/5): highly recommended/ just consider the deposit. - The guy in the entrance was so friendly. as we did the check-in at his working hours, he openly welcomed us and did everything for collecting the keys. he warmly asked if we need anything everything we passed by. The location is perfect, 5 mins to the closest metro station and 7 mins walking distance to Duomo sqaure. the bed matress was uncomfortable and the bed had a bit noise. apart from this everything else was perfect.

• Rongji (7/5): good experience but lost to improve. - location is amazing, Safe, Luca was really friendly and helpful. room are big and clean. quite and supermarket nearby we didn’t get towels changed because we have to pay. room can be only clean every 7 days. no extra duvet, only 2 toilet rolls and no kitchen rolls. no washing liquid and short of shower gel and shampoo no hand wash liquid. rubbish needed to be spared but no clearer instructions.
