• Dieynébou (8/5): Un séjour agréable dans un quartier vivant. Très bien si l’on est prêt à marcher un peu pour partir à la découverte du c - L’appartement est lumineux, bien agencé et bien équipé. Le quartier est animé ce qui est agréable en journée mais il est également bruyant le soir jusque tard dans la nuit mais cela n’incombe pas à l’établissement. Par contre il y a un problème de remontée de mauvaises odeurs via les canalisations des salles de bain qui n’est pas très agréable.

• Jesus (10/5): - Es un apartamento increíble. Muy amplio, con 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, una gran cocina-salón y un balcón con vistas a la cúpula de la Basílica de San Pedro (en la lejanía). Pero lo mejor es la atención de Gian Marco, el propietario. Pendiente de todo y gran anfitrión, cuidó de todos los detalles para nuestro confort. Las camas son muy cómodas. El apartamento recién reformado. Sin lujos, pero con todas las comodidades. Muy limpio. En zona residencial tranquila y segura. Muy recomendable para familias. Cuenta con un buen supermercado justo en los bajos del edificio. Hay 2 líneas de autobuses muy cercanas y una estación de tren a 7 mins. Muy recomendable y con ganas de volver. Queda algo lejos del centro de la ciudad, pero en Roma hay que tener paciencia con los medios de transporte. Bien comunicado con El Vaticano.

• Anna (9/5): Jó választás volt római városbéző utunkhoz. :) - Tömegközlekedéssel jól megközelíthető volt. Jó környék , jó kávézóval, üzletekkel. A lakás kényelmes méretű, jól felszerelt, tiszta. A kisebb szobában az ágyak nem voltak kényelmesek, hajnalban hangos zaj volt ebben a szobában hallható, valószínű, az áruház raktárában dolgoztak. A fürdőszobákban a bűzelzárás nem megfelelő.

• Joseph (9/5): Visit to the Vatican for the first time and a good place to stay. Sort of sums up our stay. Enjoyed. - Location was residential and had a super market near by. A church near by as well for the Sunday mass. Probably a bit far off from the airport. But no issues with that in general.

Great location for the Metro and the bus (bus stop mins away from apartment), so easy to get to all the main attractions. Big supermarket downstairs from the apartment which was so convenient. Gian was very helpful with info for taxis etc. Travelled with two friends and we would definitely recommend this apartment and we would definitely return. Nothing to comment as all was good.

• Nusret (7/5): The location of the apartment is good, it is difficult to find and enter the apartment, the faciliti - 1. Location is central, very close to the Vatican center 2. Room sizes are good 3. Beds are comfortable 4. Kitchen is ok 5. Room and bed cleaning is good 1. The apartment is on the fifth floor of an apartment building and it is impossible to find "Rome Balduina Apartment" unless someone knows it. 2. The key code was different from the one sent to my e-mail and we had difficulty entering the apartment. We waited at the door for half an hour. We were able to enter when we reached the landlord by phone and got the correct password. 3. Kitchen utensils were limited and old. 4. The sofa bed in the kitchen was old and not suitable for sleeping. 5. A set of quilts, duvet covers and pillows were missing. 6. The water drain was clogged in one of the sinks. 7. We had a hard time finding a parking space.

• Suspiro (10/5): Rome 20 minutes to Vatican city - Modern and comfortable facilities. Very handy to transport, although buses were very crowded in peak times. Shops and a supermarket at the door. Very easy to get access to the apartment with a €50 standard taxi fare from the airport with 4 adults and 4 large bags and carry on bags. Very little.
• Nicole (10/5): Really recommended! - Great apartment! The check In procedure was more simple than I thought. We were a family of three and it was perfect. The view from the master’s bedroom is breathtaking. It is situated close enough to public transport. A lot of local restaurants and markets in the neighborhood. Whenever I will be going to Rome I hope to stay at the balduina apartment! The elevator sometimes was noisy during the night, it could only be heard from the regular bedroom.

• Daniel (8/5): The apartment is light and comfortable: there is airconditioning and a television in every room. - Location was perfect: good neighbourhood , supermarket beside the building and you can walk to the Vatican within half an hour. You can also take a bus to the Vatican every 15 minutes , the busstop is just around the corner from the apartment. From the Vatican area you can walk across the river to the other interesting spots. Some aspects of cleaning were very poor and there was shortage of towels for a full week’s stay! The host however reacted very good and quickly in resolving these problems and is taking steps to improve the cleaning service!
