• Shams (3/5): Not good - Nothing We stayed for two nights but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The apartment did not feel clean or fresh, and the housekeeping was very poor. The bed sheets and linens smelled as if they had already been used and had not been changed. When we first entered, we also saw a dead cockroach, which gave a very bad first impression. The air conditioning was also weak it took several hours before the room finally became cool. I had expected much better standards and cleanliness.

La station de métro est proche,en revanche garer une voiture est très compliqué et payant dans la rue, malgré le peu d indications. Beds are nice (the sofa bed exceeded all expectations and was very good, pillows and mattress are soft and nice to sleep on) and a kitchen is also available (which we haven't gotten to try), but the best thing is the location - only a few minutes walk from M2 and M5 stations and 20-30 minutes from Porta Garibaldi and Milano Centrale train stations. Water pressure was low

Seulement 2 cuillères à café, alors que nous étions 3. Booking indiquait que les draps et les serviettes n étaient pas fournis (ou alors en supplément), nous en avons donc amenés, or il y en avait déjà sur place. Canapé lit peu confortable pour y dormir.

• Ali (9/5): بالتأكيد سأعيد التجربة - موقع آمن وهادئ جداً فيه مواقف كثير مقابل الفندق مجاناً ماعانيت في الموقف الغرفة نظيفة جداً ومعزولة ماتسمع ازعاج هادئية في النوم ومريحة وفيها تكييف بس ما ادري عن مدى قوته ( الاجواء الي جيت فيها كانت باردة ) و فيها مصعد و شرفة حلوة ومطبخ صغير مع ثلاجة صغيرة وغسالة ميكرويف فيه ادوات طبخ بسيطة بس ماجربتها للأمانة والموظف في الاستقبال مبتسم ومتعاون ولطيف - الغرفة حجمها صغير نوعاً ما - ضخ الماء ضعيف قليلاً في الحمام ولكنه كويس وليس متعطل - السعر مرتفع قليلاً

Stylish, cosy small appartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay - kitchen, cutlery, aircon, even a washing mashine! A little bit of salt and sugar and washing powder would have been even better;)

• Madeleine (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect, in between two metro stations, one took you to Centrale and the other to garibaldi to then connect to other stations. It was located out of the main square but we preferred this as it was cheaper, but honestly so close to the main attractions and very easy to get around. Very easy to get to from the airport also - just one train to centrale then you jumped on the metro for three stops, and then a 6 minute easy walk. The room was spacious, good kitchen facilities, we were a little tall for the shower but that wasn’t a huge deal. Staff was incredibly facilitating as we arrived after the reception closing hours. Check in was really easy! I would definitely recommend staying here!! Nothing. Perfect value for money

Close to several public transport options for getting out and about in the city. Comfortable bed. A few kitchen items seemed to be missing but we were able to prepare breakfast and a couple of dinners. Supermarkets nearby made it easy to buy local produce. Enjoyed the balcony and the washing machine was easy to use. Our host was readily on hand to answer any questions and provided lots of information about sight-seeing and places to eat.

• Helen (9/5): GREAT HOTEL APARTMENT - The concierge was very helpful relative to things to see and do during our stay in Milan. He asked us on several occasions if we needed anything and if so to simply let him know. He was also very helpful in arranging a taxi the day of departure at a very early hour. The hotel may not be close to the "downtown" area but several subways are within minutes of the hotel and it is very easy to figure out how to get around. We also found some great restaurants within a few minutes walk. Unfortunately due to government regulations the air conditioning could not be turned on until June 1. It was quite hot on our last two nights there.

Our flight arrived late at night after check in closed and the staff equipped us with a code to a keysafe so we could enter the building and apartment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. • Bettina (8/5): Good value for money - The room was nice, clean and spacious, and the bathroom was in good condition. It‘s located close to both metro and tram station, which makes it easy to travel around city. Also, there are some nice restaurants within 15 minutes walking. Checkin was very convenient, although arrived after usual checkin time (until 7 pm). In my room, I found a bottle of water and some crisps along with some information, which was very kind. The bed was really comfy (not too soft). I didn‘t use the kitchen, but from what I saw there was a fridge and some appliances. For the bathroom, hand and body soap are provided, so make sure to bring whatever else you need. The shower ist really small, and the there is no shower shelf to put your stuff. Also water pressure was quite low (which will probably only matter to you if you have thick, long hair). The building is a bit noisy, you can hear dogs barking and the other guests as they come and go and also the streets are quite busy during night time (I sleep with windows open). When I was leaving (according to staff this applies only for Sundays) there was no possibility to store luggage after checkout. Also, on my day of departure, a train strike was announced. When I asked for some information, i.e. if public transportation to the airport would be available, I was told to check the news and ATM website, which is easier said than done, when you don‘t speak the language and are not familiar with local transportation companies - I wish they would have been more helpful with that.

• Nipun (10/5): Pleasant stay :) - The staff are very welcoming. When we arrived Emmanuele gave us very good suggestions and was very warm. The rooms are very clean with a balcony as a bonus to sit out and eat a meal. The kitchen was pretty decently stocked with bowls, plates, etc. The metro is a 7 min walk and a great grocery store a 10 mins walk. It was an overall great experience. It gets a bit chilly in the night.

We were greeted by Emanuele who gave us a groovy map of Milano and talked us through where to go according to what our interests were. Everything we needed for our 4 night stay was included: a kitchenette, bathroom with hair dryer, washing machine, TV, a duper comfortable bed and a cute little balcony. The bonus was the beautiful design of the whole apartment. As it says at the entrance “Design is Milano, Milano is Design”. We’ll be back for sure! Grazie

• Martha (9/5): Safe and comfortable. - The room was ample and comfortable. It has the subway nearby. It is a safe place. The host was very kind and helpful explaining about the city. They don't clean it every day, we actually asked for change of the towels, and they sent them right away. They also enter (they really didn't clean it) next day and did the bed and refilled the bathroom supplies. We booked for 6 days. There are just few options for breakfast or dinner around. It is hard to get into the shower, more difficult for big (normal big) people.

• Krzysztof (10/5): Absolutely incredible - The location of the hotel is near two metro stations and quite close to bus station to the airport. Employees of the hotel are exclusively kind and helpful. The room with kitchen and bathroom was very nice. We were at the hotel at late November days and it was a bit cold in the room, but the heaters were hot - I don't know why it was cold there. Additionally the hot water pressure in the shower was quite low.

The staff was very nice and informative. Great that we could communicate in English. The hotel provided the Milan map and some travel book. Free wifi. The building is right on the street and you could hear everything like everything. When cooking, the smell was all over the room even though there was the hood. Some of the dishes and cups are nicked. We had to leave the windows open and then we let in mosquitoes and flies. The extra bed is the sofa bed. The wifi signal was weak.

Ergonomic features and personal touches make travellers feel at home. Eco-friendly amenities are a plus. A very economical way to tour Mlan as a family. Highly recommended and Mr. Emanuele B. is a considerate host.

Its very small hotel and very thin walls, you can easily get disturb with what neighbors doing. 2. Kitchen utensils are not upto standards, not like standard hotel. Although they try to help on this. 3. Common area light is not good always switched off and manually needs to switch on every 2 minutes. If you have this facility than u should put body moving sensors, others any one can fall on stairs. 4. Lift can accommodate hardly 2 people. 5. Studio rooms are extremely small and not good for family. 6. Shower room is one of smallest I have ever seen, 7. BED are not good atall, they are COTs and too soft to sleep :(,
• coyb603 (8/5): Very Good cheap place! - We had a wonderful week at Milan. This was the second time I went there with family, and this time we stayed at Holiday Homes due to budget cut some of my friends suggested this place as a cheap place to stay. The hotel is not so big but it's service and friendly environment makes the difference. We stayed here a week and was totally satisfied with the service. The place is situated in a nice place. The rooms were clean and bathing quality was ok as well as the food quality but above all the cheap price is really helpful. I would highly recommended this place.
• JesseM800 (10/5): A great stay - My girlfriend and I had a great stay during our trip in Milan, we really enjoyed to visit the city and sleep at Holiday Homes residence. It was a very good choice because this accommodation is near the underground and in less then 10 minutes we were at Piazza Duomo just by the Cathedral. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, I really liked the balcony overlooking the garden. We will be back next year with a few friends.
