• Sabine (8/5): - Alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sehr sauber. Küche etwas mager eingerichtet, wenn man zuhause kochen möchte. Einrichtung wirkt kühl, dürfte etwas wohnlicher sein.

• Melanie (8/5): Super emplacement et hôte réactif - Les hôtes sont ponctuels, disponible et réactif. L’emplacement de l’appartement tout proche de la place de Popolo nous a permis de découvrir Rome dans tous les sens. C’est un emplacement stratégique. Nous avons été surpris du bruit permanent pendant les horaires d’ouvertures du restaurant situé juste en dessous. En effet, les bruits de cuisine et les portes qui claquent/grincent résonnent dans l’appartement mais tout particulièrement dans la chambre « d’enfants » avec les deux lits simple qui semble entré en dessus des cuisines du restaurant. Nous avons du changer de chambre notre fille qui s’est réveillée plusieurs fois en sursaut à cause des bruits.

Nos dieron todo tipo de indicaciones, mapas y consejos. El apartamento amplio, limpio y comodo. Nosotros eramos 6 personas, 4 adultos y dos niños de 11 y 15 años. Está superbien comunicado con metro, y a 2 minutos de la plaza de Popolo y 15 de plaza Spagna. Debajo hay un restaurante que fue donde cenamos a nuestra llegada. Si fuera a Roma repetiria sin duda
• Nikolaos (10/5): The apartment was great, quiet area, nice hosts. I am very happy with my choice. - There were 2 great restaurants right downstairs. Just off to the sides of Pizza del Popolo wer some of Rome's best trattorias. Great shopping in Via del Corso and Via del Babuino. Also, very close to a metro station and bus stops. The mueum of Leonardo DaVinci which is close by is also very enjoyable. All in all a clean and comfortable apartment in a great area for families. Our trip was in spring but still cool outside and chilly at night. We were suprised with the hot water. The apartment was hot all the time and there was always hot water in the bathroom. Even the fourth member of our family got to take a hot shower. Also, the host was great and the woman who met us to hand over the keys was very helpful in explaining where to go and what to see. Even though it was Easter weekend most of the shops were open. When you first see the inside it looks old. The building is more than 100 years old. However the apartment is renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom.

Ocak ayında ev mükemmel ısınoyordu. Her yeri yürüme mesafesinde gezdik. Ayrica evdeki kitaplığa Türkçe bir roman bıraktık, "12 keçi adlı, yazar Cevat Coşkun'a ait kitap Roma"ya armaganımızdir. Ev sahibine ve Booking'e teşekkürler.

• Amna (10/5): Exceptional - WE had a very late arrival. There was someone that met us right outside our Uber and helped us with our luggage up to the apartment. They gave the keys, gave us a tour and made sure we had everything. It is very disorienting with a different time zone and travel fatigue, so it was so helpful to have a person receive us. Everything was great. The location, enough towels, clean, laundry detergent, good Wifi. They left little snacks and water, which seems small but such a nice perk for a fatigued traveler.

The apartment was huge, super clean, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable — way more spacious than I expected. The location was perfect too: close to everything, easy to get around, but still quiet enough to unwind after a long day in the city. What really made the stay stand out was how helpful the hosts were. From the smooth check-in and checkout to all the local tips and tricks they shared — they honestly made everything so easy and stress-free. You can tell they really care about their guests. Would 100% stay here again next time I’m in Rome!
• Chun (10/5): Wonderful and 100% recommend - The apartment is within walking distance to the Spanish steps , you can find lots of restaurants and all the shops around you. The location is excellent . The apartment is spacious for our family : 3 adults and 1 near adult . The staff is very helpful and she helps us with the luggages after our check out as we were taking night flight out of Rome. The area is quite safe which is a big contrast from the areas close to the termini There is only one toilet and it takes time for 4 of us to take shower.

• Agnieszka (9/5): Fantastic location! - Great location - in the heart of Rome, a few minutes walk from Via del Corso. A quiet street, without the bustle typical of Rome. Even though the apartment was located on the first floor and there was a restaurant underneath, there was no noise or unpleasant smell inside! A host who cares about guests! A dishwasher in the kitchen would make your stay more pleasant :)
• Kuan (10/5): Super nice apartment and super nice host - The host, Michele was very accommodating and helpful. We arrived and updated our arrival from Malaysia, which he closely monitored and received us warmly outside the apartment. His english is good and we could converse well together. The apartment was very clean, complete with kitchen utensils too as we sometimes cook for dinner. Washing machine, bath towels and everything else was in good order. Bedrooms were very comfortable and my two children were very happy. Spacious and well furnished. The location of the apartment is perfect, you just need to do a little research from google map and there are various attractive spots , all within walking distance. Restaurants of good and affordable price are just around you just need to venture about. Will definitely stay here again 100% good times !! i want to stay longer !!

• Josie27 (10/5): Fan stay in fab apartment - Lovely flat. Perfect size for my 2 sons (20 & 23) and me. Beds comfortable, even the sofa bed. Well equipped and lots of helpful information from the owner. Location perfect for walking to everything we wanted to see. Can't think of anything!

• Elisha (10/5): Modern, great location, very spacious - Spacious, updated apartment close to Piazza del Popolo and halfway between the Vatican and Borghese Gallery. Quiet street. Fantastic restaurant just outside the door. Inside has lots of space, all marble flooring and an updated bathroom. Memory foam matress/pillows. Host communicated regularly via Whatsapp. Great binder with instructions for the house and local restaurant recommendations. +washing machine. Modern decor didn't feel cozy or welcoming, but that is a style preference. Desperately needs new couches that are more comfortable to lounge on. The large couch is a fold out bed, and the cushions slid out from under us constantly. Kitchen was clean, but a drawers were a bit of a mess.
• Hoa (10/5): Michele makes this stay a cut above everyone! - The meet up with Yesu for introductions to apartment and tour was greatly appreciated. Yesu was great! And Michele, our host, was the best and most accommodating host we've ever had from booking, on-going communications throughout, and then our last day in assisting us for transportation home. Michele, you are a star! Had to be careful in not tripping the electrical overload for the apartment. Difficult sometimes because of the extreme Rome summer heat and running all 3 A/C units on top of kitchen appliances. Very minor though as we turned off 1 AC as needed.

Perfect location (5 minutes from Flaminio metro station), very clean, spacious (we were 6), equipped with all the things you need for perfect family vacation. The host is very helpful. When we arrived at 2:30 a.m. due to airline flight change we had a late check in and we are grateful for that. Great welcome with 2 bottles of water, 2 chocolates and a packet of salty pretzels. There was information about restaurants,  supermarkets in the area and specific instructions about the use of things in the apartment such as warm water etc. There is a washing machine, a hair dryer, many lights, aircondition in every room, a microwave,  a clothes rack, an iron. There are many baskets so you can recycle all the recyclable things.Absolutely perfect!!! Maybe a bigger refrigerator will be more useful for big families.

Do not miss the restaurant Negresco, which is just a few steps away from the appartman! You can not find better location in Rome, right at the Piazza del Popolo, but still very quite street, without heavy traffic

The place is very cool since it’s a modernized ancient home. The hosts were fantastic they checked up on during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and they also gave us a great mini guide of the city so we had an idea of where to go and eat while we were there. This place is amazing definitely recommend it for anyone traveling in a group or as a family! Nothing it’s fantastic!
