- Karin (10/5): -
- Amy (8/5): Great location to explore Rome - The perfect location for exploring Rome The shower pressure wasn’t great
- Ghaida (8/5): - The apartment is small but very tidy and nice, and the location is amazing, everything is right around you. The only issue is the noise. You can clearly hear everything from the street below, even people talking.
- Leonie (9/5): Fantastisch!
- Ervin (10/5): The host, Marzia, is helpful, trustful and always available. - Perfect size, location and orienation.

Nichts

- Carolina (9/5): Location, coziness and view - The location, coziness and view. The coffee was great, the apartment was kept warm and has all you need to have a great stay. It’s located between Campo dei fiori and Trastevere and almost all important places to visit are within walking distance. We loved the coffee and amenities. Thank you for making our new year a great success. Maybe improve cooking utensils and add something to hang toiletries in the shower. Not really much, we loved the place
- jillian (10/5): -
- hassan (9/5): - Staff were friendly and location is excellent
- Timo455 (9/5): - Wonderful authentic apartment in Centro Storico. Close
to Trestevere as well.
Apartment has anything you need and Rocco is a wonderful host.
- Joan (4/5): I loved the location but entry system was a problem. I am short and could not reach alternative ent - No breakfast provided The lack of Keyes and entry only with iphone
- Julia (7/5): Good - Great location. Clean and quiet apartment. The beds were clean but not comfortable and there was no way to block out the sun/light properly, so it was fairly bright in the bedroom at all times.
- The (10/5): good service -
- Flavia (9/5): Great experience with the family in Rome - The location and the view from the appartment are great, right near to Trastevere and Campo de Fiore! There are excellent restaurants, bars, and attractions in the vicinity, and neighborhood is lovely. The accomodation was very cozy, clean and well organized, there was a good mini fridge and microwave oven, tableware, towels and linen. Be sure to have internet connection to unlock the building entrance and appartment door using the digital keys. Although being practical, the digital keys were challenging because someone in the building latched the doors in our second day... It was awful to be forced to call the owners in the middle of a Saturday night and then to proceed to bother the property caretaker to unlock the entrance, since neither one of us was able to open the door (half of the group was inside and the other half was outside the building). The water heating system worked on a random basis, it was necessary to switch on and off sometimes to have hot water. One of the beds was actually a sofa bed. Yet, the overall stay was lovely, therefore, it was worth to stay in the property!
- Lauren (8/5): Great location, loved having a lift and the aircon in summer was great. - Great location, with a lift! Little small. Second bedroom only has one bed. Sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable.
- Karen (8/5): Very good - Clean and conveniently located. Liked keyless entry Need directions posted for hot water heater.
- Bonnie (3/5): Great location disappointing apartment - The location is amazing. It is much smaller than the pictures look. There are three beds not four. The hot water did not work. The stove top did not work. There were no blankets for the sofa bed.
- Viktor (9/5): Superb - The neatness. It was so organised that everything we needed was there. Will always comeback The water Boiler System but the owner solved it within Minute of arrival.
- Smith (9/5): Elegant apartment in a very picturesque and practical location. - The location was superb. Close to the River Tiber and pedestrian bridge over to the charming and lively Trastevere district, and walking distance to Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori. Lovely to meet the hosts who came immediately when needed.
Great to have a lift as we were on the third floor. The boiler needed constant encouragement but that is the price to pay for a characterful old building in this great location. Hot water was available when you switched the boiler off and on again, as the hosts told us.
- Alan (5/5): A little disappointing - Location More cramped than indicated
- Sennett (5/5): The apartment was less than expected but did not distract from our overall Rome experience. - Great location, walk to Trastevere. Lift to get to third floor. View of courtyard from window. Safe neighborhood with French consulate across the street. Someone locked the front door to building with a key so the lock code we were given would not allow entrance to the door. After contacting the owner, someone came by and used a key to unlock it for us. It happened a second time from the inside, where someone locked the front door, and we couldn't exit without a key. We considered that a major issue had there been a fire. Exit doors should always be able to be opened from the inside without a key. Upon arrival, there was no toilet paper. We had to find a store and purchase our own toilet paper. To be fair, they did deliver some toilet paper to the apartment an hour or so after our arrival. There were no extra blankets in the apartment. Our first showers were cold water as no one explained that the hot water heater turns off and needs to be reset periodically. Once we figured that out, we had no problem with the hot water. The shower drained very slowly. If you took a long shower, you run the risk of it overflowing. The double bed in one of the bedrooms was too large for the room. barely any room to walk on any side of it and certainly no room to place a suitcase or any additional items.
- Piotr (9/5): Good place to stay in the heart of Rome. - it is very nice apartament in th excellent location in Rome. Parciały you can walk everywhere. The place is clean but quite tight if you want to be there in a bigger group of people. The kitchen is fully equipped so to eat there is not the problem. There is a small Coop not far away and few take aways bars and coffee bars.Just across the bridge you are in Trastevere where you can enjoy the Rome food and entertainment. We had bad luck because during last nigh the air condition broke down and it became horribly hot. The building is old and some sewers pipes are not so good which makes the water from the shower going out very slowly.
- Paul (8/5): Cozy apartment in great area of Rome - Super cozy flat in quiet yet central neighbourhood just behind Palazzo Farnese and close to the river. Walking distance to everything. Host really helpful with organizing transport from and to airport and he responded quickly to all questions regarding apartment and others, and he had left us some water in the fridge. Apartment was very clean upon arrival. Nothing to complain about.
- Joanne (9/5): A beautiful quintessential Roman apt near the Pantheon and Trastevere. - The apt has wonderful character and the location is amazing, right across the river from Trastevere. We had a few things we needed the owner to help out with. Rocco was fantastic, always working really hard to get everything sorted as quickly as possible. We'd love to stay again in the future! It would be great to have some instructions throughout the apt on how to use the water heater and where to find the wifi etc.
- Ms (10/5): Exceptional - Rocco's apartment is lovely and in a beautiful street just over the road from the bridge to Trastevere.
A beautiful location. Only a little problem was that the boiler needed re- booting a couple of times, as advised by the cleaner we met on our morning of arrival.
- Alec (10/5): Exceptional - beautiful apartment in one of the best streets in Rome! It was easy to check in and Rocco was very informative and helpful over text. We will definitely come back and stay here again
- Dana (6/5): Lovely place, convenient location but a couple of disappointing quirks which downrated our stay. - Delightful & convenient location. As described and per photos when booking. Clean rooms and there was a lovely welcome gift of wine & crisps. Responsive staff. I don’t like to note any negatives but feel that other travellers should be aware - the aircon was short circuiting and constantly beeped erratically and noisily turned on and off all night which resulted in very little sleep, and was unable to be fixed during our stay. The hot water was unreliable as well - we only had cold showers while in Rome!
- Denise (10/5): Lovely apartment. Perfect location - This is a lovely apartment with old world charm in a nice quiet street perfect for exploring Rome. It served 5 of us with no issues. The air con was great and so was the elevator. A novelty in an older building. Rocco and Costanza were so nice to deal with and always responded quickly by text or on the app.
- Robert (7/5): we enjoyed the central Rome location but apartment smaller than expected. - great location property not as large or clean as shown in photos
bedroom two is single only
- Gabriel (9/5): Very pleasant stay - Using codes to enter the building and apartment was very convenient if you have internet connection. Apartment was clean and the host was very helpful and understanding. There are useful appliances like washing machine, Nespresso, and hair dryer. The windows isolate the street sounds very nicely. The location is very good, it is not very far away from bus stops that can take you to/from the main stations and to the Vatican. Many good restaurants within 1km and you can walk to many tourist attractions from there like the Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Walls are very thick in Rome so phone service might be poor inside, be wary of it before entering the building so you can unlock the door with the code instead of over the internet the first time you go in.
The showerhead was leaking from the side which was a bit annoying and the water drains very slowly so your feet are quickly submerged in dirty water.
The sofa bed isn't great for your back as it curves downwards in the middle.
- Lorraine (7/5): Great trip to beautiful Rome. Apartment comfortable and fine for 3 friends. - Lovely location in the historic centre with easy access to all the main sights.
Bottled water & snacks on arrival. Toiletries provided. Plenty of towels. The following items would have been useful:
Microwave oven
Bigger teapot!
Table mats
An information folder about how things work & local transport/visitor sights
Would have been nice to meet the owner. We arrived around 1.00pm but apartment wasn’t quite ready so we had to come back later.
Remote electronic access a bit tricky as you have to ensure you have Wi-Fi & charged up phone battery. We had a set of keys but we couldn’t get one to work.
- Terry (10/5): would stay again - great location had some issues with electrical, but host was very responsive
- Barbastier (10/5): Great location, great flat, we loved it! - Check-in and check-out were very easy and flexible.
Instructions to access the flat were clear, but you do need an Internet connection at least for the first time.
The flat was comfortable, well-equipped, very well located (walking distance to the supermarkets and to Trastevere with its numerous restaurants) and matching the pictures. It gives a nice "at home" feeling that we were looking forward to after a full day of walking.
Big thumbs up to Rocco, the landlord, who was very kind, available and quick to answer any of our questions.
The welcome gifts were also much appreciated!
- Carolina (9/5): Superb - The apartment is well equiped and really comfortable even for a familiy of 5. The location is absolutly excepcional, close to everything and with beautiful views. Checking in and out was super smooth through the app.
- Daniel (8/5): Very good -
- Carolina (8/5): Very good - Quick response and help when we had problems with heating More toiletpaper would have been nice
- Clare (10/5): Fabulous location & friendly host - Fabulous apartment in a fantastic location. Within short walking distance of most tourist attractions and Trastevere was just across the river. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed, the Wi-Fi connection was also great. Rocco was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay and also provided recommendations of some great local cafes & restaurants.
- Sophie (9/5): Great little family apartment in central rome - Location and amenities There was no TV and one of the chairs were broken
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wiedenbein (8/5): Very good - The door code to get into the building and the apartment door. It required that the internet connection was good, the link was working properly (which is did not most of the time), and that you had battery on your phone.
