• Leonardo (5/5): Schlechte Betten und schlechtes Preis leistungsverhältnis - Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen Die Matratzen. Ich glaube, ich habe in meinem Leben noch nie eine so schlechte Matratze beim Sofa und beim Klappbett gehabt. Alleine die Sofamatratze war so durch gelegen, dass sie eine richtige Kuhle in der Mitte hatte. Zusätzlich gibt es bei dem Zimmer zum Sofa keine Tür. Und die Jalousie hat nicht funktioniert. Meiner Meinung nach dem Preis absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Absolut nicht nachvollziehbar, wie diese Unterkunft so gut bewertet werden konnte.

• Arturo (10/5): Ubicación excelente - Lo mejor la ubicación. Barrio muy tranquilo. A 10' del Vaticano y a 15' del centro. Metro y autobuses a 3'. Restaurantes para cenar recomendados por el anfitrión con buena relación calidad - precio. El ascensor, jeje, muy antiguo.
• Anderson (8/5): Great location - The location is excellent. At walking distance from the Vatican and Castell Sant' Angelo. Near restaurants, supermarkets, metro and bus stations. The apartment could be cleaner. There was a white dust on some high shelves that I had to clean myself before usage. No kitchen cloths to dry dishware.

• Katerina (10/5): - Όλα ηταν άψογα. Το διαμέρισμα ηταν καθαρό, ευρύχωρο με πολλές ανέσεις. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξυπηρετικός και ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα σε οτι ζητήσαμε. Η περιοχή όπου βρίσκεται το διαμέρισμα είναι ήσυχη , αν και κεντρική, με πολλά καφέ και εστιατόρια τριγύρω καθώς και εμπορικά καταστήματα. Το ιστορικό κέντρο είναι επίσης εύκολα προσβάσιμο με τα πόδια ενώ το Βατικανό σχεδόν δίπλα. Μέσα συγκοινωνίας ειναι επισης διαθέσιμα στην περιοχή για το Κολοσσαίο και το αεροδρόμιο. Σίγουρα θα προτιμήσουμε ξανά το διαμέρισμα αυτό στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στη Ρώμη!

• Nicole (10/5): Comfortable well priced apartment in Prati - The apartment is a good size and modern, with a lift to the 3rd floor, bed comfortable as well as the soft bed. My family of 4 were very comfortable for our 5 nights.. Coffee pods were appreciated and used, washing machine and a clothes rack. Prati area was safe and clean, good location for all the sightseeing. Apartment close to the tube station, easy to find. Host easy to contact and responsive. Highly recommend the apartment as well priced,for a comfortable apartment in a safe clean location. I’d definitely stay here again. .

• Yuna (9/5): 편안하고 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. - 근처에 마트가 있고 번화된 거리랑 가깝습니다. 지하철과 아주 가깝진 않지만 도보로 가능한 거리에 있고 입지가 좋아 버스로도 이동하기 좋았습니다. 엘레베이터가 있어 짐 이동이 용이합니다. 호스트가 매우 친절하여 좋았고 전체적으로 만족하였습니다. 딱히 개선할 점은 없어보였습니다.

• Ilaria (9/5): Semplice ma completo di tutto. - Appartamento al 3 piano con ascensore. Anche se centrale, molto tranquillo in quanto le finestre danno nella corte interna. Cucina pulita, con bollitore e macchina del caffè, indispensabili; completa con occorrente per cucinare e pulire. Set asciugamani per ogni ospite, letto matrimoniale comodo, unica nota, il divano letto un po’ scomodo ma per qualche notte più che sufficiente. Ingresso comodo e tv su entrambe le stanze; Wi-Fi incluso. Bagno pulito, e anche se dispone di un boiler e non di caldaia, c’é l’acqua calda a sufficienza per 5 persone. Nel complesso un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Davide davvero molto paziente e disponibile. Noi lo consigliamo!

• Roxana (3/5): Poor Experience with Multiple Inconveniences—Not Suitable for Longer Stays - The location of this unit was wonderful. Very close to the metro, shops and restaurants. There was a functioning air conditioning in the living room and bedroom and a reliable elevator in the building to access the apartment. Check-in with host was well coordinated. We chose this apartment over a hotel to have the ability to cook but what should have been a comfortable experience quickly turned into a series of avoidable disruptions. We’ve never had to contact a host this often, and the constant issues wasted valuable time and made our stay unnecessarily stressful. Upon arrival, we were told that workers would enter the unit the next morning for pre-scheduled radiator maintenance (in July) which we were not informed about in advance. We were forced us to wake up early, vacate the unit, and leave our belongings unattended, disrupting our plans and ruining our first day in Rome. The stove didn’t work. Although the host initially came to fix it, it failed again when we tried to cook. When I explained we chose an apartment specifically to use the kitchen, he dismissed it, saying most guests don’t cook. Only after insisting, did he return and replace parts. By then, more than half our stay had passed. Basic kitchen items (like a knife and strainer) were missing, making it difficult to prepare meals. When I requested them, the host said no one else had ever asked and never followed up. We were asked to take out the trash, yet no extra garbage bags were provided. The host said they were in a locked cabinet but didn’t have time to access them. For a week-long stay, this felt unreasonable and inconsiderate. There were two televisions, but only one worked. Neither had access to Netflix or other streaming services, and there were very few functioning channels. The host couldn’t explain why the second TV didn’t work and offered no solution. Lastly, there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The host claimed this was common in Rome, but having lived in this neighborhood and visiting regularly, I’ve never encountered this issue. It was upsetting and unhygienic. When I asked for compensation to offset the inconvenience, the host eventually proposed a discount if we stayed there again, which felt completely inappropriate given the circumstances.

• Marek (10/5): Jeszcze tam wrócimy !!!! - Skorzystaliśmy z żoną już trzeci raz z tego apartamentu. W tej cenie oferuje wszystko czego potrzebujemy. Idealna miejscówka do pieszych wycieczek po Rzymie. Blisko sklep spożywczy, stacja metra, stara częśś Rzymu. Polecamy.

Casa pulita, posizione ideale e proprietario gentilissimo. - Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare. Molto comoda la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check-in che dopo il check-out, un servizio davvero utile. La casa era pulita, silenziosa e in una zona strategica: in 15 minuti a piedi si raggiungono facilmente Vaticano, Castel Sant’Angelo e il centro storico Nel complesso tutto molto bene. L’unica piccola pecca è stato il divano letto, non proprio comodissimo per dormirci, ma è pur sempre un divano e non un vero letto, quindi più che accettabile per un soggiorno breve. Nulla di rilevante da segnalare: il comfort generale è buono e gli spazi ben organizzati.
• Angelika (8/5): Świetna lokalizacja, apartament czysty i komfortowy - Obiekt jest czysty i znajduje się w dobrej lokalizacji, do większości atrakcji łatwo dostać się piechotą. W pobliżu znajduje się metro oraz sklepy spożywcze, a także drogeria, apteka i sklepy z ubraniami. Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem, winda w budynku. Okolica wydaje się być bezpieczna. Na plus dostępność żelazka (bez deski do prasowania). Rozkładana dwuosobowa sofa jest niewygodna, brak zapasu papieru toaletowego. Niewystarczająca ilość sztućców, talerzy, szklanek i kubków na 5 osób. W kuchni stara gąbka do zmywania oraz brak worków na śmieci. Pralka brzydko pachnie, co zniechęca do wykonania prania. Brzydki zapach wydobywa się również z szafki pod zlewem w kuchni. Kran w kuchni się rusza, woda z umywalki w łazience ledwo odpływa. Brak poszewek na kołdry, są one zawinięte w dwa prześcieradła. Klamka w łazience się zacina. Ponadto po przyjeździe do apartamentu o wskazanej godzinie zameldowania okazało się, że mieszkanie jest dopiero sprzątane i trzeba było poczekać ponad 1h.

Месторасположение хорошее ,с вокзала жд удобно добирались на красной ветке метро 5 остановок. Ко всем достопримечательностям ходили пешком около 1-2,5 км . Немного завышена цена квартиры ,но для Рима наверное это норма. Месторасположение

• Marco Julio (10/5): Una agradabilísima visita a Roma - El apartamento está muy bien situado, en un barrio tranquilo, lejos del bullicio pero se llega andando al centro de Roma sin problema. Está a unos 10 min del Vaticano. Es un apartamento cómodo, en una planta 3ª, bien conservado con superficie y ventilación suficiente, vistas a la calle y con todos los útiles necesarios. Tiene una ducha estupenda, enorme. El anfitrión nos estaba esperando cuando llegamos. Habíamos contactado por Whatsapp. Nos explicó todo lo necesario con todo detalle y todo fue estupendo. El calor en Roma (en el mes de julio) es importante, pero esto es algo que hay que asumir.

The apartment was well-equipped with plenty of utensils, which made it convenient to cook simple meals. There were also lots of towels provided, and the apartment is located in a great neighborhood.

Host was nice, showed us all the ins and outs of the apartment. Loved the elevator. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the air conditioner, but it wasn’t that hot. Opening a window was perfect.

Even though our plain was delayed, he was there for the check in, and explained us everything about the apartment plus gave us tips about restaurants and atractions close from us. The apartment is well located, very close to Vatican, To visit more of Rome, the public transportation is on walkable distance. The apartment is comfortable and clean, the kitchen is eqipped with everything necessary. We would come back again! the couch in the living room wasn't so comfortable. But this did not make our stay less enjoyable.
• Leong (10/5): Everything is perfect - The house is very clean, well equipped with washing machine, microwave, kettle and cutlery. Everything is perfect for short and longer stay. Bathroom is also perfectly size, everything is great. I just like the place, warm in winter. Davide is very nice, responsive, and helpful to all our queries. Really nothing.

The apartment is in the perfect area, around the corner from shopping, excellent food, and a couple of blocks from the metro. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment. Nothing. Everything was great.
• Rakesh (7/5): Spacious, comfy apartment in a quiet neighbourhood 20mins from the Vatican - Davide was a great host. Friendly and responsive. Checked us in and gave us a lay of the land. The apartment sizeable enough so that we didnt get in each others way and in a quieter neighbourhood but just one a very short walk away from Via Cola de Renzio which is the latest shopping street and also a 20min walk to the Vatican. Like many older Italian apartments, the shower stalls are small. Other than that, it was adequate.

• Martyna (9/5): Fantastic location - The host - Davide was really helpful and kind. He was there for us at the check in, he explained everyhting about the apartment and gave some tips about Rome. The apartment is in a fantastc location, very close to Vatican, there is a direct bus to the Colloseum area from a stop nearby. The neighbouhood was quiet at night, but there were plenty of great resturants and shops around as well. The apartment is comfortable and clean, the kitchen is eqipped with everything necessary. the couch in the living room wasn't very comfortable for sleeping, that's the only downside

• Nada (3/5): This is a BAD apartment - Davide was kind letting us stay until 2pm 😊 1- sofa bed so bad I had to add extra comforter which is so uncomfortable 2- dirty sofa, walls, microwave, and the apartment smells bad,everything is very very old, need Air conditioning we could not sleep because of how hot it was at the apartment, and even more the water was never warm in the shower , so bad because it’s vacation apartment it should be more comfortable and I’m just pointing out the necessities

Safe, classy, great local people and super close to everything. A bakery next to the building. Only more comfortable beds as a suggestion. But still, a minor issue.

The metro was a block or 2 away, the location was walking distance to the Vatican and a great bakery downstairs which came in handy a number of times for the kids with everything from sweets to pizzas and pastries The doorman was grumpy and the host came back one afternoon as someone had complained that we were making too much noise (we sang happy birthday to our 8 yr old). In saying that the host was lovely about it.

• Daniela (8/5): Idyllic and Convenient: A Serene Oasis near Rome's Landmarks - The location of this place is truly exceptional, as it is conveniently situated within walking distance of all the main landmarks in the city. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we hardly needed to use any form of transportation during our stay in Rome; we were able to explore the city on foot effortlessly. Additionally, the area is bustling with a variety of restaurants, charming terraces, well-stocked supermarkets, and a range of stores, all within a short walking distance. One aspect that really impressed us was the peacefulness of the area. Despite being in the heart of the city, there was no noise or disturbances that could disrupt our relaxation and enjoyment. It provided a serene and tranquil atmosphere, allowing us to unwind after a day of sightseeing and immerse ourselves in the local ambiance. Overall, the location of this place exceeded our expectations, offering not only convenience but also tranquility. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay within close proximity to the city's attractions. During our stay, our group of 5 friends encountered a minor issue with the water availability in the building, likely due to its age. However, we found that by organizing a shower schedule and being mindful not to spend excessive time under the water, we were able to effectively manage the situation. It's worth noting that this inconvenience did not significantly impact our overall experience. Despite this small setback, the rest of our stay was quite enjoyable. The location, facilities, and overall atmosphere of the place compensated for this minor inconvenience. We appreciated the opportunity to stay in a unique and historic building, which added a charming touch to our trip. In conclusion, while we did encounter some challenges with water availability due to the building's age, we found that with a bit of coordination and mindfulness, it was a manageable situation. We would still recommend this place for its location and overall experience, understanding that some minor inconveniences may arise in older buildings.
• Rohan (3/5): Not so good as sleeping was not comfortable on the sofa bed. - The location is nice Broken furniture, bathroom is broken with shower glass door broken. Water drainage not working properly. No toiletries in the washroom. Doors of the property not working properly. Sofa bed is a disaster.

• Akim (8/5): Very good - Place, you can easily access to Vatican, and 1 minute walk, there is boutique street Cold at night, heating turned off after 10p.m, and turned on at 5a.m, the room has air-conditioning, but we didn't have controller from them
