• Jessica (10/5): Comfortable stay in an exclusive location - The location is superb, we could walk everywhere and there were two metro stations nearby. The owner provided coffee and tea. I wished I had more time to enjoy the lovely balcony Felt a bit cold in the living room but there is a small heater if needed. Otherwise the apartment was cosy.

• Melanie (6/5): It was a great location but the attention to detail could be improved in the apartment. - Location The lift didn’t work most of the time. The bed was uneven and uncomfortable. The balcony furniture was old and very uncomfortable sit on.There was no freezer - only a fridge. The property was a lot smaller than it looked on the advertising photos.

• Alexandre (8/5): Nice for the balcony, superb view - Balcony (why I booked this flat), location, quick assistance from the owner The intercall ringing every morning around 7am (and nothing to do about it), annoying when you are on vacation. Could be noisy if you sleep on the sofa bed.

• Susan (8/5): Great little apartment with bonus balcony in high end part of Rome - Great location. A lift that was able to take us with luggage to the 4th floor a winner. The balcony in the evening with a bottle of wine was the perfect end to the day. Good bathroom with great light and mirrors. Comfortable bed. Good communication from host. Would definitely stay again. The kitchen is very small so one person at a time. The fridge is excellent but there is no freezer. The apartment is small so there is not a lot of room to live out of a suitcase, but we managed.

• Steve (8/5): Comfy, well equipped apartment in great central Rome location - Great apartment in a fantastic location in Rome, easy to get to from the metro (Spagna - flat walk). Kitchen was well-equipped with appliances, including coffee machine. On the 4th floor (property has a lift), with fantastic balcony for enjoying the sunshine over breakfast or an afternoon aperitif. Sofa bed was comfortable, nice modern bathroom, beautifully cool A/C (we were in Rome during a heatwave). Suited our needs (my 2 teenage daughters and I) perfectly. Plenty of cupboard space to unpack. Nice Roman restaurant downstairs, and surrounded by great shopping and eating! Quite easy to walk to many sites - e.g. Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Villa Medici, even the Colosseum if you want a slightly longer walk. Slightly small with the sofa bed extended, but still suited us well.

The host was accommodating and responded quickly to any questions or requests. The sunny balcony was lovely. seagulls and restaurant below made it noisy during sleeping hours.
• Supattra (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in the city and it’s a good size apartment. It has a washer, a small kitchen, a small refrigerator, and a patio. The door was hard to open at first but once I knew the trick, it was easy. The big plant in the kitchen has to go.

• Bruno (9/5): perfect central hideaway to discover Rome - very central and close to all main points of views such as Pantheon, Spanish steps, piazza del populo…with an E-bike you will also get to Trastevere in no time. Leonelle welcomed us very professionally and was always available when we needed directions or help such as booking a taxi to the airport or asking for information. would highly recommend staying here. nothing at all
