• Ilse (7/5): Goed gelegen in het bruisende centrum. - Perfecte en vlotte communicatie met de host. Goede locatie. Groot appartement. Er waren geen handdoeken om af te drogen of een afwassponsje voorzien. Er was ook ook geen afwasmiddel. We hebben dit zelf moeten kopen. Er waren voldoende donsdekens, maar geen donsdekenovertrekken. Dat was niet hygiënisch.
• Suzanne (10/5): - Really easy to access, my daughter has special needs and house was exactly as advertised so was just what we needed I had expected an oven, which would have been useful, but everything was clean and easy to use
• Stéphanie (5/5): - Très bien placé, 2 belles chambres L’entrée se fait depuis la rue directement donc pas de lumière directe dans la pièce principale. Un tire bouchon non cassé et des verres à vin seraient un plus.

Przy włączeniu kuchenki i piecyka korki bezpieczeństwa non stop wyskakiwały. A piecyka trzeba było używać, bo to jedyne źródło ogrzewania w chłodnych miesiącach zimowych.

• Florence (6/5): Agréable - L'emplacement et la proximité des restaurants, métro et autres. Malgré mes commentaires négatifs, l'appartement n'est pas si mal que ça mais certaines choses pourraient être améliorées. Le sommier d'un des deux lits est assez inconfortable et grince beaucoup. La réunion des deux petits sommiers fait une bosse au milieu du lit ce qui n'est pas très confortable. Il n'y avait pas assez de couverts pour 4 pour se restaurer sur place, pas de torchon ni d'essui tout pour la vaisselle et un peu de café ou de thé pour dépanner pour le premier matin serait appréciable.

• Regina Blanka (10/5): Very clean and comfortable apartment with great location - The apartment was super clean and comfortable for 4 adults. The location is exceptional, everything nearby, felt very safe and it was very calm compared to the chaos of the neighbourhood. Would recommend to anyone! Everything was great, some slippers would have been nice.
• Neil (8/5): Great apartment in Central buzzing Napoli. - Fantastic traditional quirky first floor 2 bed apartment in a narrow side street. Location is right in the centre of buzzing vibrant Napoli. One room even had a balcony which was lovely in the morning. Max 10 mins from all key area's including the Metro. The apartment generally was a little tired throughout. Also regardless of any individual political views I didn't agree with a large Palestinian flag secured to the balcony on a rental property. This could be a 'target' for some.

The hosts were brilliant at responding to queries and were very helpful The stairs are deep and quite steep to the upstairs- so something to keep in mind if you have young children or older members of the party
• Gina (8/5): Good location, close to bars and restaurants and very comfortable for 4 people. - Location, size and facilities, excellent communication with the property when I had questions. Beds not the best, pillows very flat, the shower was weak and old fashioned for a 4 star property.

Anche l'odore all'interno della zona giorno non era dei migliori e la pulizia delle stoviglie. Sarebbe comodo un adattatore per il phon anche al piano superiore. È arrivato il nuovo gruppo prima di aver effettuato il check out concordato

• Ainhoa (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! - Given that I am getting 0 response or help from the owners from the apartment as well as from Booking, I am sharing the horrible experience that my friends and I had when booking this place. The apartment was absolutely DISGUSTING. We got to the apartment at around 9:30pm and we entered, we could immediately tell that the apartment had not been cleaned. We went upstairs and the beds were clearly not made, the sheets were dirty, there was hair and dead insects all over the floor and there were dirty towels all over the bathroom. We immediately called the owners, who took over 30 minutes to get in touch with us and did only reach out when we were on the phone with Booking to complain about the situation. After almost 1 hour, the owners decided to send their cleaning lady, who admitted that she did not want to be there as it was already 11pm, giving as many signs that she would not clean the apartment properly. Booking did nothing to help us and did not reacommodate us. 2 weeks after this incident, we are still waiting to hear from them to receive a refund, as we did not stay here and we had to book last minute another accommodation.

• Amanda (8/5): Very good - Great location for Centro Storica area and walkable to centrale station or just down the road is the metro line 1 which also takes you to the station. Lovely apartment. Spacious light airy bedrooms. Shower that stays warm/hot enough for more than one person to shower after each other. Kitchen has hob and microwave and everything you need. Telly that can access netflix. Very secure. Excellent communication with host who answered any questions quickly and efficiently. Piece of advice for anyone taking European adapters, make sure you take some adapters to plug them into italian sockets. We were lucky and had some already. Very safe area. Can be hard to find entrance at first, it's up same alley at Pizzaria Central and very near church of illusion museum. Locals are very helpful. Once you've found it, put a pin in your Google maps.

• Matyas (10/5): Exceptional - Convenient location not far from the train station in the historical center but in a quiet alley. Walking around the neighborhood was perfect for visitors like us. Communication with the host was easy and the apartment had more than enough equipment for us to enjoy the stay. The place was clean and well-prepared for 4 people.

Owners were kind and helpfull. There were some problems with electricity, house is older so it is understandable. We reached owners and they solved that soon.
