The host was extremely kind and helpful, and also arranged transportation to and from the airport, which made our stay much easier.

• Victoria (9/5): - El departamento es muy cómodo, espacioso y luminoso. Ideal para 6 personas. El anfitrión muy amable. La ubicación es fantástica, está cerca de todos los puntos turísticos importantes. La vista al Castillo es hermosa. El baño secundario es muy pequeño y requiere algunas reparaciones. No hay mas aspectos negativos para resaltar.

Posizione eccellente a pochi minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni turistiche, da tanti ristoranti e servizi, e fermata bus sotto casa. Proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. La struttura ammette animali domestici gratuitamente e c'è un'area cani a due passi (a fianco di Castel sant'Angelo), cosa rara a Roma centro. Come parcheggio abbiamo utilizzato quello (grande e comodo) di Piazza Cavour, che dista 10 minuti a piedi, ma ce ne sono anche di privati più vicini. nulla da migliorare, va bene così.

There is a private parking garage at the back of the building. We were able to park our Vespas €20/24 hours. Very accessible to the River Market. Every room needs a little trashcan for little vanity to throw away and more floor towels for the shower because it will overflow easily on the toilet side. We were hoping for the plug to fit into the outlet so we were never able to use the microwave. An extra pillows

It had everything we needed and we appreciated the air conditioning. The host even provided some snacks for our arrival. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The house was spacious and comfortable. The view of Castel Sant’Angelo did not get old. We were so central that we could head home for lunch. If you get the opportunity to stay you will not regret it!

• Coco Zhang (10/5): Will consider booking again. - The location is absolutely fantastic. We can see the Castel Sant'Angelo from the living room window, which means we're also within walking distance to St Peter's Square and the Vatican. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops in the surrounding area, so everything was quite convenient. The apartment is spacious, and the bedrooms are comfortable. All the amenities are in working order. The large living room where the sofas, the tv, and the dining table are make for a great social space. Our host Luigi was friendly, attentive, and responsive. He was there to greet us upon our arrival, and was prompt to reply to all my questions. All in all a thoroughly satisfactory and happy stay.

Sales del edificio y tienes a la izquierda las vistas De San Pedro y a la derecha del Castel Sant’Angelo. La casa es fabulosa y cómoda (camas incluidas). Luigi fue encantador, a pesar de retrasarnos en la llevada y tener que esperarnos hasta tarde.

Easy walking distance to most of the "sites" and a myriad of good restaurants. The apartment itself was spot on and the old fashioned lift up to it was charming. The host was super helpful. I strongly recommend this place. Almost nothing. Practically perfect.It

The location was excellent as we were able to walk to all the major attractions. Very close to the vatican and St. Peter's. Luigi also arranged reliable transportation for us. Large fully equipped kitchen & huge dining room. We didn’t cook but it’s a great space. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but the AC worked well! Upstairs shower needs a better shower head. Other than that, it was a great visit!!!!!

• Sharon (10/5): Perfect property in a perfect location in an amazing city - The pictures do not do it justice. It is big and airy, with all the main facilities ideal for a family group. The location is perfect with many of the main sites within walking distance and a main hop on hop off bus stop metres away. The owner/host Luigi was there to greet us on arrival and was very helpful in arranging transport from and to the airport. He was also on hand to with advice and help if required. Everything about the property made our first trip to Roma all the more enjoyable. Cannot fault it.

Welcome pack of water, milk, juice & biscuits. Very comfy pillows & beds. Some of the plug sockets didn’t work. We had to leave our adaptors there as they wouldn’t come out & we didn’t want to break anything. The hairdryer would only plug in to the bathroom socket. Could have done with a coffee table in the living room.

• Cody (9/5): Beautiful, comfortable, clean apartment in a great location. - The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It has high ceilings, it's bright, and feels bigger in person than it looks in the pictures. It was in a fantastic location. The owner booked a ride for us to the cruise port in Civitavecchia. He provided a list of recommended restaurants and other points of interest. When we arrived, it was morning, and they were still cleaning the apartment. That wasn't really a problem, because we left our luggage and went out to tour the city. When we were leaving, the next family to rent the apartment showed up at the same time we were trying to leave. A little awkward. The second bathroom is much smaller than the larger one. It has a small shower.
• Faith (9/5): Wonderful and would stay here again! - It was centrally located and close to so many wonderful places to visit! It had a lift (elevator) after the first set of stairs- thank goodness! Plenty of room for our family. Luigi was always so responsive and he met us to show us the apartment. He was an amazing host!

• Tiffany (2/5): Would not recommend staying here as accomodations are less than acceptable. - Host was very quick to respond to any message and was very kind and even allowed us to drop off our luggage early before the unit was cleaned so we didn't have to drag them around the city. The place is large and in a good location. -Zero water pressure. You are able to rinse off with the shower water but that is about it. Can't take a full shower or wash hair. Brushing your teeth is a task as the water pressure doesn't even rinse the toothpaste off of the toothbrush. -Only provides toilet paper for the first day. After it is gone, you have to get your own for the remainder of your stay. -Leaking air conditioner in front room that shows a blue/green liquid running down the wall. Not sure what it is or if it could be harmful. -Provides each guest with only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for entire length of stay. -All dishes and drinking glasses are very dirty and don't seem to have been washed in a very long time. -The main toilet was broken (the water keeps running at all times)
• Jonathan (10/5): Great stay for a family with student children - Very good communication to set up the stay. Helped to arrange taxis from the airport. Gave us local info to help us in our stay. Aircon was a bonus. It was a really spacious, clean apartment. Host kindly provided some essentials for our first breakfast. Great to have 3 rooms with our student children (they keep coming with us). The location was great. The Vatican, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps can all be walked to. Just a short ride on the 87 bus to the Colosseum. Water pressure for the showers wasn't great but OK, but that's not something the host can do anything about as it's an old building.

• Aiko (5/5): Very poor water pressure and bad quality beds - The apartment is very spacious, even much bigger than the photos. Kitchen equipments are well installed. The host is very nice to communicate. We have several issues but the biggest issue is the main shower is broken and the water pressure is so poor in this apartment. We told the host that there is a problem of the water pressure but he insisted that it is normal( which is not normal at all since we cannot even rinse the shampoo easily…maybe half of normal water pressure) The main toilet was broken ( the water keeps running so it was noisy in the night). Main bedroom’s mattress is too soft, and the other mattress is too hard( well more like too old since we feel the springs on the back!) The location of the apartment is quite far from the center of Vatican so we had to take Uber taxi all the time.

It was roomy, cool with air conditioning, close to everything, had a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, and also a washing machine. They had a coffee machine and left coffee and tea, and also provided some special drinks and snacks as a welcome. The host sent a letter outlining all the good restaurants in the area, all of the must-sees in the area, and the best supermarkets. There were 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, and a large, spacious living/dining room. Really a place too good to be true for the cost! That we had to leave! I wished we'd booked this property for a longer period.
