• Joan (8/5): - The building and the apartment were spotless and well maintained. Carmine my contact was easy to reach and responsive to my questions. There is no comfortable space or furnishings for sitting around. There is outdoor space but it but it is not particularly pleasant since it borders the messy neighbours space. There is a couch in living room but it is not pleasant to sit on.

• Sanvardeep (6/5): Fantastic location. Rest is pretty bad. - Great location and comfortable beds. And good wifi speed. AC was great. Very old apartment. Old smell. Bathrooms are super small. No dishwasher. All vessels and utensils and cutlery was dirty. Toilet area also very tiny. Water pressure was bad. No privacy since all window and balcony - others & neighbors can look in.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and is incredibly comfortable. The landlord is exceptionally kind, approachable, and always ready to help with prompt, friendly responses. All the attractions and sights of Florence are just a short walk from the apartment, making it ideal for tourists. Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.
• Bronwyn (8/5): Great place - just bring mosquito spray or burners. - Beautiful old fashioned apartment, very centrally located. Host was super freindly and helpful Bathroom and toilet were tiny. Mosquitoes were a nuisance.

• Louise (10/5): Exceptional - Casa Ghibellina is a lovely apartment in the best location in the beautiful city of Florence. It is within walking distance of all the city has to offer. The bus from the train station stops on the street outside. The host was very helpful with recommendations for tours and restaurants in the area. We had a very short visit to Florence, only two nights but because of the location of the apartment we got to see everything we wanted to see in the city. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Florence.
• Kristina (9/5): Superb - the location of the apartment is fantastic, the landlord is very accommodating, apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay the toilet is quite small and there is noise from the neighbors, if you are sensitive to noise bring earplugs because the neighbors like to watch TV very loudly

We cooked here and enjoyed our stay very much. The host was very prompt and responsive and is a fantastic host. Location is walking distance to attractions, restaurants and shopping. The only thing missing was a tea towel which wasn’t a bad thing.

You can see and feel how people really live in Florence. All photos are true. And especially I want to note a very pleasant and hospitable host. I have never received so many tips on how to spend time better, where to eat and more. He did everything to make our short stay at his house and Florence perfect. We got the most pleasant experience from staying in these apartments. I highly recommend to everyone! This does not apply to the apartment. I just advise if you are coming by car, reserve parking in advance. Finding a free space can take a very long time.
