Tutto le foto traggono in inganno c’era mondezza in casa nei cestini degli ospiti precedenti un odore in casa che non si poteva stare! Non sono andata da un altra parte perché avevo già pagato e perché ho due bambini piccoli

• Gabriela (4/5): Mediocre - La ubicación junto a la Piazza Farnese y a muy poca distancia de campo de flores Lo más grave de la Apartamento es que la ducha no podía hacerse bien porque el agua no salía caliente. Al inicio salía un poco de agua hirviendo, y luego se enfriaba y ya no podía volver a controlarse la temperatura. Los enseres de cocina eran escasos y los fuegos para cocinar antiguos y totalmente sucios. Algunos muebles estaban rotos al igual que el mantel.
• Chatzidaki (9/5): - The room is basically as shown in the picture. The building is old but the apartment renovated. The location is superb.Walking distance from most of the most famous sights. There is no elevator which might be a problem for elder people. Overall a great choice.

• Jennifer (4/5): Great location, but for what we paid you can stay at a nice hotel. - Amazing location! Honestly the bed broke our backs (more like a futon with tissue thin pillow’s), and the shower was small and not enough water comes through. There are issues with water pressure and temperature regulation. There’s so much dust that accumulates through the stay, there needs to be a vacuum or a rug to dust off feet before hopping into bed. Sorry to say but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Only the terrace is small, but this is visible in the pictures and did not impact our stay. Good wifi. The owner of the appartment is a really nice person, responsive and willing to help. We had a great vacation 😊

The shower was really small so if you are a big person it would be impossible to fit in there and take a shower.

• Melinda (9/5): Wonderful Flat in a Great Location of Rome! - It was effortless to enter the property, and the manager even helped us carry a suitcase up the stairs. They also immediately helped us fix a minor problem. The location is fantastic and very quiet. It was great to have a kitchen to heat leftovers and to have a refrigerator for my favorite beverages. A minor detail is that the apartment would be considered a third-floor walkup in the US, and my husband is a heart patient, so I probably would have rented a place with fewer steps to enter. There were many good restaurants within walking distance, and the daily market on Campo Di Fiori for fresh flowers and fruit was excellent. I will share this flat with any friends traveling to Rome. It sure beat a small, cramped hotel room. You will not be disappointed!

• Mel (10/5): Amazing location in the heart of Rome! - Without a doubt, an amazing location. This accomodation gives you a glimpse of how the locals live. When you step out there is everything you need.

• Tayla (10/5): Exceptional - This accommodation was in a great location where everything was within walking distance - near the markets and best restaurants! We also thoroughly enjoyed having a spacious bedroom with blackout blinds and an ironing board. The host was also really accommodating and helpful during our entire stay! The bathroom was a little small with no exhaust fan so it did get dirty quite quickly. Also, the AC could've been a bit stronger but we would still highly recommend this accommodation.

• Suzanna (9/5): Great location. Check rules on city tax. - The location is the best aspect of this apartment. Walkable distance to most sites and the rest reachable by bus. The living area is in the small side but the room is spacious enough for 4 of us. Kitchen is functional. All in all we are happy with our stay. It wasn't clear to us exactly how much city tax do we need to pay. The amount suggested by booking.com isn't correct as it doesn't take into account the age of the kids. At the end, we believe we left more than was needed and we don't think our host made an effort to clarify things either. Hindsight we should have look up for the exact rules ourselves on the internet.
• Shir (10/5): A perfect place to stay in rome. - We arrived early.. Renato was there to help us with our luggage. The apartment was clean and ready in a really short while (all thought it was early) . I loved the view from our window. The location is amazing. Very comfortable. 50 m. From campo de fiori. Piazza navona... And more. The host was extremely helpful with everything. Very easy going. In short it made our trip a perfect one. We will definitely come back in our visits in rome. 🤗🤗 It also felt safe because there is a door down stairs and you need a key to enter the building.. In short we were so lucky.. With this appartement. It was soooo perfect we didn't want it to be over.. 👌
