• Céline (10/5): Excellent séjour 😀 - Apparemment calme et très bien situé : dans le centre historique, à proximité du métro, de la gare et du port. Très propre, bien agencé et lumineux. Accueil sur place par notre hôte très sympa qui nous a donné de bonnes adresses de restaurants, de pâtisseries ainsi que les principaux sites à visiter. Il nous a même commandé le taxi pour rejoindre l'aéroport lors de notre départ ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour 😀 Merci pour tout ! Rien à signaler. Tout était parfait !

• Annemarie (7/5): Perfecte locatie dat was het dan. - De locatie is perfect. Alles, zoals attracties, restairantjes, kroegjes enz.,op loopafstand, diegene die ons de sleutel gaf, was een aardige man met allerlei leuke tips. Wellicht een regel van booking, maar 2 handdoeken voor een verblijf van 7 nachten is wel erg karig. Er was een wasmachine aanwezig, maar geen wasmiddel, er waren verder geen schoonmaakspullen, dus koken zat er ook niet in als je dat zou willen, geen theedoek om je vaat mee te drogen. Het wc papier was veelste hard en een flesje douchegel ontbrak ook. Om 10u uitchecken was ook beetje aan de vroege kant. We moesten bijbetalen voor een late inchecken, we konden niet anders, de vlucht ging zo, maar voor een vroege uitcheck kregen wij geen korting oid. Prachtige locatie, maar de ervaring was niet compleet of voldoende.
• Line (8/5): Appartement central, assez calme mais difficile l'accès à cause d'une multitude de marches à monter - Emplacement central , appartement propre et confortable, assez grand , rénové, cuisine équipée, literie correcte, assez calme malgré des bruits d'avions . 1/ Prohibitif : MEME SI ON LE SAVAIT, on n'imaginait pas un acces aussi difficile: immeuble en haut d'une serie de TROIS ESCALIERS URBAINS inaccessibles aux voitures et taxis, puis monter l'équivalent de QUATRE ETAGES avec des marches de 20 cm de haut, avec les bagages bien sur . Adapté aux jeunes 2/ la propriétaire qui nous a accueillis etait juste polie, aucune amabilité ; rien dans le frigo, meme pas une petite bouteille d'eau contrairement à d'autres appartements ou il y avait eau ( et vin ou biere) ; puis elle a été tres séche à notre départ, voulant nous mettre dehors par sms SANS QUE PERSONNE N'AIT SONNÉ A NOTRE PORTE car on s'était trompés d'une heure pour l'heure de remise des clés, alors que nous etions DE BONNE FOIS car c'était 10 h au lieu de 11 h dans nos précédentes locations 3/ aucun chauffage dans la salle de bains avec une température à Naples en ce début mars de 10 degres la nuit et 15 degres le jour ...4/ fenetres pas assez isolantes : un peu génant surtout pour les bruits d'avions tot le matin et le soir dans la chambre à coucher principale ( pour la personne couchée pres de la fenetre latérale).

• Clémence (10/5): - Appartement très confortable et très bien placé pour visiter la ville, se rendre à la gare ferroviaire et à la gare maritime. Il est plus agréable que les photographies ne le laissent penser. Les deux chambres sont confortables.

Francesco nous a accueillies avec beaucoup de prévenance, de conseils et est resté en contact si besoin. Un grand merci pour avoir géré la commande du taxi du retour. Rien ! Tout était parfait !

Close to Spakanapoli and San Gregorio Armeno, as well as many restaurants in walking distance, yet in a quiet safe corner surrounded by schools. Francesco was wonderful, assisting us early with our luggage and messaging us with food suggestions. The place is as shown in the photos. Our family had a wonderful, comfortable stay.

Felt like a safe neighbourhood. No option to sign in to entertainment streaming services - only TV with no subtitles.

• Pamela (7/5): Good but could have been so much better. - Great location and surprisingly quiet. Spacious old flat with great potential. Flat was absolutely bare with minimum furnishings, no side lights, no consumables of any kind in kitchen, minimum toiletries. In a word, penny pinching.
• Lucio (8/5): Centro Storico Napoli - Appartamento spazioso, doppia camera da letto. Posizione a metà tra fermata metro Duomo e Spacca Napoli. Appartamento pulito e con l'essenziale per trascorrere tre notti senza problemi. Per me le scale non sono un problema ma basta fare attenzione con valige pesanti, sporte delle spesa e bambini in braccio al seguito. Stendino rotto.
• Riccardo Vietti (8/5): Un piacevole soggiorno a Napoli - Appartamento pulito e ben tenuto, situato in ottima posizione per visitare la città, a pochi passi dal centro storico e dalla stazione "Duomo" della Metro 1, e nonostante questo in una zona tranquilla. Le scale per arrivare all'appartamento sono particolarmente ripide ma purtroppo essendo in centro storico non si può pretendere di avere l'ascensore. Per quanto riguarda l'appartamento consiglierei di installare un termoarredo elettrico nel bagno. In inverno la stanza rimane più fredda e umida e diventa difficile far asciugare gli asciugamani, i teli doccia ecc.

Disponibilité et facilité des échanges avec le propriétaire Il est impératif de signaler que le 2ème étage est d'un immeuble typique du centre historique, donc avec des marches qui pourraient etre un obstacle pour certains. Quelques petites choses dans l'appartement à ajuster pour rendre la structure encore plus accueillante

• Sabiha (6/5): Geen waar voor je geld. - De grootte van het appartement. Het had hoge plafonds en er was veel ruimte wat prettig was. Als je van toeristische plekken houdt, de locatie was dichtbij het historisch centrum. De toegang tot het appartement was niet gemakkelijk omdat de sleutels niet goed in het slot vielen. Volgens de eigenaar lukte het andere klanten. Zowel ik als mijn zus lukte het niet om de beneden deur te openen. We hebben de eigenaar moeten bellen om de deur te openen. De volgende dag had hij het slot helemaal verwijderd. Er was in de keuken aan kruiden alleen zout aanwezig. Verder helemaal niets. Dat vond ik erg jammer. Er was geen strijkijzer aanwezig. Het matras in de grote kamer was verouderd, ene kant liep af naar beneden, in het midden zat een bochel. Dat matras is nodig aan vervanging toe. De kledingkast was zo hoog, dat ik er niet bijkon om de hangers te gebruiken. De bank in de woonkamer zaten allemaal vlekken op en was doorgezakt. Eerlijk gezegd vond ik degene die over de sleutels ging, echt geen vriendelijke man en sprak ook nog minimaal Engels. De hele dag was er een hond aan het blaffen op het balkon. Het was een zeer luidruchtig appartement.

• Fam. Bozarov (9/5): Zeker aan te bevelen!! - Super locatie, vriendelijke gastheer die ons goede tips heeft gegegeven voor restaurants en bezienswaardigheden, fijne bedden, ruime woning. Het water in de douche ging langzaam doorstromen. Het zou fijn zijn als er theedoeken zijn.

• Nathalie (8/5): Séjour agréable car idéalement situé. Le logement est propre et confortable (mise à part le canapé) - La situation géographique est idéale pour visiter la ville. Le logement est grand Les 4 étages à monter dans ascenseur. Il serait intéressant de le spécifier sur le descriptif. La box du wifi a bugé et nous n’avions pas le mode d’emploi pour le remettre en route. Le canapé est plus qu’en fin de vie. On s’enfonce dès qu’on s’assoit. La personne qui fait le Check in ne parle que l’italien et très peu l’anglais. Il n’est pas évident de se comprendre. Nous avions demandé s’il était possible de garder nos bagages dans un coin du logement pendant quelques heures après le Check out. Il nous a répondu que ce n’était pas possible car il y avait des clients après ce qui est totalement faux puisque le logement était disponible sur booking.

Le site prévoit des articles de toilette fournis. Aucun effort du propriétaire quand ces articles viennent à manquer... il nous parle d'un kit de courtoisie c'est faux. Beaucoup d'établissement pratique un petit geste de bienvenue...pas ici...

• Serra (10/5): Un piccolo gioiellino nel cuore di Napoli - La casa è un piccolo gioiellino, comoda la cucina, pulita, il salotto grande con divano e tavolo. Abbiamo soggiornato ad ottobre, forse in estate la cameretta è un po' calda ma ha il condizionatore in tutte le camere. Il bagno perfetto, il water ha addirittura il riduttore per i bambini e la doccia è bellissima. Top il proprietario, ha anche organizzato il trasferimento dall'Aeroporto alla casa con un driver privato simpaticissimo tra l'altro. La posizione è super centrale ma la via è pedonale e non c'è nessun rumore. Dovessimo tornare, sicuramente vorrei di nuovo questa casa! Le zanzare ma non è un difetto della casa

• Marina (10/5): - Cosimo war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit! Die Unterkunft war super sauber und schön klimatisiert, sehr geräumig. Die Location hätte nicht besser sein können! Preis-Lestung wirklich top! Cosimo hat uns einen Freund von ihm als Taxifahrer empfohlen (Ale) und er war sehr zuvorkommend! Er konnte super Englisch und hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Der Preis war top!

El anfitrión estuvo en contacto continuo con nosotros ofreciendo todo tipo de ayuda. Finalmente, el apartamento se encuentra en pleno Centro Histórico. Si vuelvo a Nápoles no pienso buscar algo diferente.

Nagyon kényelmesek az ágyak, nagy a hűtő, 2 erkély is van. Nem nagyok de ki lehet rájuk ülni. A nappali tágas, minden helységben van klíma, a szállásadónk nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Mindenkinek szívesen ajánlom ezt a szállást egy élmény volt itt lenni ☺️ A lépcsők megedzenek, de le kell dolgozni a pizzàt.

Im editing this review because after submitting the first one(it was 8) the host -Francesco has send me insults through whatsapp chat. "Munnezz" - everyone can check what that means in Neapolitan Italian. The host barely understand and speak English. We had to wait for him outside, because he was late. Not enough hot water for 4.

• Jacques (9/5): - Saubere und geräumige Unterkunft. Ordentliches Badezimmer. Perfekte Lage, keine 2 Minuten Fussweg zu den neapolitanischen Gassen. Nur wenige Meter bis zur Einkaufsstrasse sowie dem Hafen. Der Supermarkt ist auch nur 2 Strassen entfernt. Jederzeit würden wir wieder dort Übernachten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls reibungslos und freundlich.
• Françoise (9/5): - La Casa di Maya est idéalement située dans une ruelle piétonne et végétalisée du centre historique. De là on peut facilement se déplacer à pied dans la ville. L'appartement est propre, spacieux et calme à l'abri de l'agitation de la ville. Merci à Francesco qui est un hôte très réactif, nous a conseillé d'excellentes adresses et a tout fait pour faciliter notre séjour. Petits et grands se sont régalés lors de cette parenthèse napolitaine.
