• Inés (3/5): - La ubicación del apartamento. Bien comunicado con paradas de metro y bus. A 20-25 minutos caminando desde el coliseo. Dejaron una botella de agua de cortesía en la nevera. Hay un ventilador. El apartamento estaba sucio: había pelusas en el suelo, las tazas estaban sucías. No cocinamos pero los utensilios de cocina también estaban sucios. La temperatura del apartamento era muy caliente, incluso con el ventilador encendido. Había una ventana en el dormitorio y en el salón que están rotas y no se podían cerrar. Las cortinas del dormitorio eran insuficientes, la luz entraba igualmente. Las instrucciones que nos envió la dueña, con las instrucciones que había en el apartamento se contradecían (unas decían dejar las llaves dentro del apartamento y otras en la misma locker donde las recogimos). La comunicación con la dueña muy mala, a veces contestaba pero la mayoría de veces no. Se me olvidó indicar que quería dejar montado el sofa cama y le pregunté si había ropa de cama para montarlo yo y nunca tuve respuesta. También añadir que solo nos dejó salir media hora más tarde y ni siquiera avisó a las chicas de pisos, nos intentaron abrir la puerta a pesar de haber hablado con Laura de salir algo más tarde. La chica de la limpieza intentó abrir el apartamento a las 11:24 cuando nos "había dejado" 30 minutos extra. Los enchufes malísimos y el mantenimiento del piso es pésimo, el “jabon de manos” es agua con jabón y la ducha no traga bien. Solo lo recomendaría para estancias muy cortas (si no tenéis las expectativas muy altas claro) sobre todo por la ubicación porque está súper bien conectado a todo y está cercano al Coliseo a pie. Si teneís algún problema, la dueña no os ayudará en nada.

• Lea (4/5): - Die Wohnung lag nahe an der Metro Station, sodass wir nur 10 Minuten in die Stadt brauchten. Das Gebäude ist das mit Abstand hässlichste in der Nachbarschaft. Es ist kein typischer Altbau sondern eine Monstrosität aus Stahl und Glas vermutlich aus den 60er Jahren. Die Wohnungen sind extrem hellhörig und die Fenster zugig. Das Haus hat eine zentral gesteuerte aber leider antiquierte Zentralheizung, die morgens mit wirklich lautem Getöse anspringt. Der Boiler, der die Dusche versorgt reicht leider nicht aus, dass zwei Personen direkt nacheinander duschen und um im Bad das Licht einzuschalten muss man den Lichtschalter hinter dem Bett erst einmal finden. Ebenfalls sehr befremdlich: die Stadt Rom möchte wohl die Schlüsselkasten-Wohnungen abschaffen und daher ist es erforderlich, dass Gastgeber den Personalausweis anfordern. Da diese Wohnung aber weiterhin eine Schlüsselkasten-Wohnung ist, soll man der Gastgeberin ein Foto des Personalausweises per Whatsapp senden. Damit fühlte ich mich extrem unwohl, denn das sind sensible Informationen. Die Bilder sind übrigens viel schöner als das, was man bekommt. Wir haben es bereut hier gebucht zu haben und werden nächstes Mal lieber 100€ mehr investieren und etwas anderes buchen.

• Aneta (3/5): Good appartment and very bad service - Property has very convenient location - close to the city Center and very close to the metro station We have arrived to the apartment around 6pm and the room was NOT ready. We were asked to come back in 1 hour. After returning in 1,5hour room was still NOT ready- and the cleaning lady was busy with doing makeup and spending the time with a man company . Afterwards the room was barely cleaned. The toilet paper was missing or the pot to maksymę tea :-( After contacting the owner/ Manager - Lady Laura did not see any issue with the entire situation and did not even apologise

Aunque faltan cosas basicas como sal, aceite, es comodo tener cocina y heladera. Esta bien equipado! El sofacama en mal estado, dormis practicamente sobre los resortes. Despertas con dolor de cintura, y eso perjudica durante el dia el mal descanso, una lastima!

• María Elena (4/5): - La ubicación El sofa cama tenía un colchón muy viejo y se sentían en la espalda los caños y resortes. Realmente muy incómodo. Tuvimos que improvisar y poner almohadas y cobertores debajo del colchón para que el descanso fuera un poco mejor. La cocina no tenía microondas ni pava eléctrica y el extractor estaba prendido cuando llegamos y nunca lo pudimos apagar porque tenía el interruptor roto. Debajo del sofa cama encontramos dos medias de los anteriores clientes y ahi estaba lleno de tierra y pelusas. Un desastre los encargados a quienes contacté varias veces y jamás respondieron.. Solo me contactaron para cobrarme un impuesto antes de ingresar y después no me respondieron mas.
• Martin (2/5): AVOID - SUB-HOSTEL QUALITY BUT FOR THE HOTEL PRICE - The locations is good. Technically right next to the A line. Before your stay they will write you via WhatsApp and demand more money. If you ask what this "deposit" is the answer never comes. I confirm all previous posts about stains EVERYWHERE. EVERYTHING IS DIRTY AND DISGUSTING. There are stains on furniture, on walls, on bed, on sofa, on chairs, on equipment ... Everything is also old and/or broken, but this is technically acceptable. The building looks and feels like an old office complex, maybe built in 60s and changed for the cheapest money possible to appartements. The photos are false! Mold!

• Luca (5/5): Essenziale, pratico, pulito. Ingresso inutilmente complicato - La posizione è davvero strategica. Pulizia impeccabile. Il bagno ha una vasca, cosa rara e molto apprezzabile, e l'ambiente è piuttosto grande. Letto molto comodo. La dotazione non è adeguata, mancavano diverse cose essenziali. La comunicazione con il gestore è stata cortese ma del tutto inadeguata dal punto di vista professionale.

• Юлія (3/5): - Непогане розташування Не сподобалася хазяйка. Яка спочатку не побачила бронювання і довелося неодноразово дзвонити їй та писати. Опалення в квартирі не було. Вночі було надзвичайно холодно і можливості обіграти житло не було. У шафі стояв дуйчик,який,окрім того,що ганяв холодне повітря, нічого зробити не міг. У кутки краще не заглядати, бо "чистота"точно вразить. Шумоізоляція жахлива. Розетки замикають і з однієї просто почало виблискувати. Дитина злякалася. Я неодноразова писала про це господарці і написала скаргу на Booking. Просила повернути частину коштів за невідповідність. Проте реакція ніяка. Не рекомендую це житло!!!!

• Dumitrescu Oana (1/5): Cea mai oribila cazare din italia - Doar poziția apartamentului a fost decenta, aproape de metrou. Am avut închiriate 3 apartamente pentru 10 persoane- 5 adulti si 5 copii. Apartamentele nu arătată ca in poze. In perioada in care am fost a fost frig si din 3 camere aveam doar un dispozitiv de încălzire funcțional. Camerele au fost foarte, foarte murdare, mobilier vechi si uzat, miros îngrozitor. Laura nu a facut absolut nimic din ceea ce am solicitat mai ales ca avem in grup 2 copii mici. A promis ca trimite persoana de la curățenia a 2a zi dupa cazare iar cand am ajuns seara, era la fel de murdar.

• Peter (1/5): Complete Dump - Location was good. The place was absolutely horrible. SUPER Filthy, badly equipped, noisy and overall disgusting. The host was equally bad, tried for weeks to get check in instructions but terrible responsiveness. The place has no heating until November 15 and it was 15 degrees inside overnight. There was a space heater but no plug, just 2 wires to shove into a socket. Complete hazard that melted my adapter (thank God I caught it in time before it started a fire!). Almost no outlets in the apartment and you cannot operate hot water tank and any kitchen appliances together without tripping the breakers (which aren't accessible from inside the unit). You have to get ahold of the host (very difficult) in order for her to get ahold of the superintendent... in order to give you power back. Also, every morning we were woken up by loud floor drilling upstairs which lasted all day for 3 of our 4 days there. I complained to the host but she really didn't care about anything... just getting her money! I will attach photos and audio to support all my feedback because people should really stay clear of this dump.

• Diane (10/5): A Wonderful Lodging Option in Rome - Our contact person, Laura, was very helpful. The apartment was located very close to a Metro stop near Terminii station which made accessing all parts of Rome easy. The shops and restaurants near the apartment were very nice with kind staff. The apartment was a good size for the two of us and all of the facilities were in working order. We're hoping we can stay here for a future Rome visit. Some of the directions regarding accessing the apartment could have been more clear. I needed to clarify a few things with Laura that probably could have been addressed through the directions. The elevator to get up to the condo entrance needed a key at nighttime and neither of the keys available to us worked.
• Tanya (7/5): - Easy check in process. Lift available. good location, close to transit (buses & trams & only 3 stops from Termini station) with restaurants & a market close by. Spacious apartments. Apartment did not match the apartment that I booked. It should have had a 'city view', and I paid more for that feature, but instead, it faced the inner courtyard. In reality, NONE of the apartments actually have a city view, so this information should be removed from the booking sites. The owner did not seem to care when I brought it to her attention. Apartments were lacking some basics, such as dish towels, paper towel, hooks in bathroom for towels, and drying racks for clothes (washer in apartment, but no drying rack!!). Insufficient amount of toilet paper provided for 5 night stay (2 small rolls, so we had to buy more), and no fresh towels provided. Suggestion would be to provide 4 towels for 2 people staying more than 3 nights, if fresh towels not provided during longer stays. No control over temperature in apartments, so the noisy AC ran from 7 am until midnight, which in late Sept meant the room was colder than we would have preferred. Also, it felt like the owner was spying on us, as I received a text message at 10 pm telling me to close our apartment window!! Ummm, if we want some fresh air, I think we should be allowed to have a window open

• RAJENDRA (7/5): Good Place - Even though it was mentioned that air conditioning would not be available 1st September onwards both building central air conditioning in the apartment during the day and individual room air onditioner was on. Added plus was a washing machine which was not mentioned while making booking. There was enough cutlery, cooking utensils for more than 2 people. Apartment, bed sheets and towels were clean. Water pressure was good. All bathroom and electrical fittings were in working order. Cooking top, toaster and microwave were in good working condition. Place was quiet inspite of being on the main road and loved the semi hard bed. Stayed in room No. 213. Lift was available 24 hours. Metro station is 2 minutes walk. Supermarket and restaurants are pretty close. Extra toilet rolls were kept. Good wifi. Kitchenette doors needs to be fixed. To take out utensils u have to open the drawer first to open the side doors of the cabinets as the doors are very tight and have no handles. Had to check out on the dot even a half an hour leeway was not considered. Bathing enclosure is pretty tight fit. Apartment has lots of marks on.the walls. City taxes were demanded 3-4 days before arrival.

• David (7/5): Convenient small amartment near the metro - We found it very convenient for the city centre and the metro, and it was useful to have two beds in two separate rooms - one double bed and one sofa bed. WiFi was good, and there was a good air conditioning system. For self-catering there was a limited amount of amenities including plates and cutlery. The air-conditioning switched off at around midnight, so it was sometimes uncomfortable as we were in Rome in the Middle of Summer. Fittings and furniture are a bit dated, old and worn.

• marco (8/5): Ottima posizione - La posizione a pochissimi metri dalla fermata della metro (stesso lato strada). Appartamento adatto per una famiglia, spazioso il giusto e abbastanza confortevole. Mancava la lavastoviglie , il bagno non aveva la finestra. Le finestre delle stanze non si potevano aprire e chiudere in maniera accettabile (questo dovuto alla struttura un po’ datata dell’edificio).

• Steve (8/5): Very good - The location was great, next to the Metro, literally 50 m walk. Ideal for visiting all the city sites. The bathroom was brand new , great shower and a compact washing machine. The Kitchen was a bit small and needed an update but functional. Lounge was small but functional, apartment a bit tired , but great value for the price .
• Irena (8/5): Very good - The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and other stuff needed for cooking, the bed was very comfy, the host was very kind and responsive, tha apartment was clean and in a safe neighbourhood, close to the metro and Basilica San Giovanni in Laterano, lots of places to go eat and groceries shops in the vicinity too. We live in the countryside so we aren't used to loud traffic all night, a lot of ambulances with sirens drive by all day and night.
• Johanna (5/5): It did not merit its price. - It had a heater and enough towels for two guests. It was fairly easy to find. We had problems turning on the hot water. The host was very communicative about this issue. The location was very far from the center of Rome.

• Monika (5/5): Passable - Location, close to metro and supermarkets. Cold rooms, no heating. Noisy street, everything was heard from street. Hot water was limited.

• Tomáš (6/5): Pleasant - The location was fine, not so far from Tuscolana train station with direct connection to the airport, close to the Metro station, 10min walk to Colosseum, many restaurants and shops. The apartment is big enough, and the price is acceptable compared to the other offers. The apartment is a little bit "used". It would be enough to improve a few small things like wall painting, new dishes etc. The windows don't seal, so there is a lot of street noise, and it was a bit cold at night, but there is an electric heater.
• Lukáš (9/5): Superb - Overall it was a great apartment for amount we paid and location of apartment was perfect, can't imagine better. Easy access to apartment also few meters from metro station which was great. Only thing i didnt like was toilet where was water pressure too low to flush staff.
