• Viviana (7/5): - La posizione è ottima, abbiamo visitato i musei e tutto quanto ci interessava a Firenze a piedi. I serramenti che danno sulla strada non sono sufficientemente isolanti quindi abbiamo avuto un po’ di difficoltà a dormire causa schiamazzi in strada per tutta la notte. Il bagno è veramente piccolissimo non ce lo spazio per appoggiare nessun effetto personale da toilette. Peccato perché il monolocale è molto carino e ristrutturato da poco, basterebbe solo un po più attenzione per renderlo perfetto .

• Pera (10/5): Perfetto - Struttura accogliente, pulita e a pochi minuti da piazzale Michelangelo e un quarto d’ora a piedi dal centro, personale gentile e disponibile! Se dovessi trovare un difetto sarebbe l’avere pochi appoggi disponibili in bagno, tuttavia il resto è impeccabile.
• Ming (9/5): - 중앙역과는 조금 거리가 멀지만 주변이 조용하고 시내 주요 관광지 모두 걸어서 갈 수 있어 좋았습니다. 숙소엔 거의 모든게 구비되어 있어 피렌체에 머무는 동안 집처럼 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 리셉션이 숙소와 조금 떨어져 있어서 번거로운 점이 있었고 체크인할때 조금 안내가 미흡하다 생각했습니다. 그렇지만 친절하게 응대해주셨어요.

Niet alle foto's van het appartement komen overeen met de werkelijkheid. Zo is de slaapkamer veel kleiner dan op de foto's. De slaapkamer op de website van Booking.com heeft 2 grote raampartijen, maar in het appartement maar één, veel kleiner dus.
• Iria (9/5): Es war sehr schön und ich habe mich wohl gefühlt! - Man kommt zu Fuß zu sämtlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Viertel ist nett! Küche klein, aber gut sortiert. Bad gut und zweckmäßig, ein Ort, an dem man sich wohlfühlen kann! Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln.

• Foteini (7/5): Ικανοποιητική αλλά μακριά από το κέντρο. - Ήταν φωτεινό και καθαρό Ο θόρυβος στο μπάνιο από τον εξαερισμό. Η ντουλάπα στο διάδρομο δεν είναι στερεωμένη στον τοίχο. Υπήρχε σχετικά αργή ανταπόκριση στα ζητήματα.

• CEAGLIO (10/5): Piacevolmente colpiti! - Siamo stati in questo " monolocale" a gennaio 2026, io, mio marito e due bimbi piccoli. Siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti dalla bellezza dell'appartamento, con questo soffitto in legno bianco, la cucina piccola ma attrezzata, macchinetta del caffè con cialde, stanzino " ripostiglio" con lavatrice e stendino, bagno bello, doccia altrettanto, molto molto pulito. Siamo stati 3 giorni, in 4, e non abbiamo avuto in alcun modo problematiche di spazi. Lo staff gentilissimo, molto disponibile anche su WhatsApp per qualsiasi richiesta, e soprattutto posizione spettacolare. Comodo per scaricare i bagagli, hanno un parcheggio privato poco distante, ed è a due passi da tutto il bello di Firenze, circa 500 metri dal Ponte Vecchio, alle spalle piazzale Michelangelo, insomma... lo consigliamo vivamente, e torneremo di certo a trovarli!

• Elio (8/5): Molto soddisfatto per la vicinanza di molti punti importanti di Firenze e praticamente sotto Piazzale Michelangelo da cu - La doccia, i quadri, la posizione, la tranquillità, la connessione a Internet. Il divano letto un poco piccolo. Consiglio di munire di una coperta in più.

• Sara (5/5): sconsigliato - Posizione centrale, materasso comodo molta disorganizzazione e confusione nella procedura di check in: il documento che ci è stato inviato era in formato .odt (quindi dal telefono non si può aprire), ci viene indicato l’appartamento “a sinistra” invece era quello a destra, con il portachiavi viola e invece era nero, la password del wifi non era quella indicata nel documento, informazioni per arrivare al parcheggio altrettanto confuse infatti abbiamo deciso di parcheggiare in strada per sfinimento. L’host non rispondeva ai messaggi. Nell’appartamento manca sapone per le mani, che per un soggiorno di due notti è fastidioso. lo scarico del wc è difettoso e ci siamo trovati l’appartamento allagato.

• Mafalda (6/5): Bom para desenrascar, mas não voltaria - A proximidade de transportes A casa é fria, tem aquecedores e A/C mas o proprietário monitoriza tudo de forma a não conseguirmos ligar. No primeiro dia conseguimos ligar os aquecedores, mas entretanto precisamos pedir ajuda do proprietário para ligar a placa elétrica (que só 1 bico funciona), e magicamente, os aquecedores deixaram de funcionar. Para não falar do comando do A/C que não existia. Deve ser para não gastarmos eletricidade. Não é um alojamento preparado para cozinhar, não tem torradeira, nem chaleira. Penso que o proprietário deveria ter mais brio na habitação, a porta do duche está meio desencaixada e há uma luz a fazer mau contacto.

• Nada (6/5): Great location and a bed to sleep in. - The apartment was clean and comfortable, in good location . We could leave the luggage at the reception nearby and that was useful. I had to ask for more shampoo, there were things lacking in the kitchen (no tea towels or paper towels, no spare rubbish bags, etc). There was hardly any natural light in the apartment, no view whatsoever so it was not very pleasant spending time inside except to sleep.

L’aria condizionata ci ha aiutato a schivare le zanzare che, vista la pioggia e la calura, sarebbero entrate in casa se avessimo lasciato le finestre aperte! Abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno fuori casa, anche il caffè ☕️! Gentilezza e premura della proprietà e vicinanza al centro di Firenze (10 minuti in passeggiata). Tranquillità e pace in struttura. Il parcheggio un po’ lontano quando piove ☔️!
• Zoltán (10/5): - A szállásadók nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. Nagyon sok jó helyet ajánlottak tradicionális olasz éttermek, fagyizók keresésekor. A szállás a városközpont mellett van, innen minden látnivalót gyalog könnyen fel lehet keresni. A parkolás kb. 600 méterre megoldott zárt parkolóban. A lakás teljesen felszerelt, még vasaló, mosó-, mosogatógép is volt mosó- és mosogatószerrel. Az ágyak kényelmesek voltak. A lakás elsötétítését kellene megoldani.

• ANTONIO (9/5): - Appartamento pulito, ben manutenuto, ben rifornito di accessori, ottima posizione, centrale ma tranquilla, con varie possibilità di parcheggio, ed ottimi ristoranti e servizi a pochi metri nella zona. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, check in e out semplici, ci torneremo senz'altro.

The location is about 15 minutes walk from the 'tourist' center of town, which made it much quieter and less crowded, although still very close to San Spirito and Piazza di Michelangelo No complaints!

• Sofia (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment was great!, and it was also spatious and clean . There were also restaurants and places to get coffee nearby and also a spot reserved for parking nearby (with an additional cost of course) The hosts were kind and easy to talk to ! I didn't like that it had only a little natural light in the day and it also didn't have enough toiletries only a small quantity of soap and nothing else. Also there wasn't any coffee in the apartment or hand napkins or paper towel. I think when you visit a place there are little things that can make a difference and also cost almost nothing for the host.. lastly my personal opinion is that taking the trash with you when leaving could be done by the cleaning staff.
• Sharon (9/5): Lovely stay at Lorenzo - Apartment was centrally located with even a few goodies available like coffee and water when we arrived. Location was so perfect we walked everywhere. Parking was a problem but I'm sure the entire Florence has the same issue including the residents.

You cannot use both stove- otherwise fuse box starts beeping Parking is far from the flat Difficult communication with host - difficult to reach host, no chekcin information provided, only if you asked for it The format of the checkin file is the word doc, where you cannot copy address - nothing Keys are on the different location, which we were not aware before and it’s not very clear in the checkin instruction. When I asked for the help or pin on google - host sent me the word doc again…. Next day you should come to the office for the registration and pay the parking and city tax, doesn’t matter if you have other plans… I asked 3 time for the invoice for the parking and city tax that were paid in cash - still didn’t get it… For me: host is doing business and money and don’t care at all about your comfort I would never stay here again
• António (9/5): Superb - Clean, tranquil, quiet, modern, comfortable. Excellent bed and mattress. Excellent AC. Host flexibility. My only negative comments would be that, while it can be considered a central location, it takes a while to reach the "real" Florence centre. There are no supermarkets less than 30-40min away by walking (considering going and coming back), for example. Yet, the street has good restaurants.

• Suzanne (9/5): After a long day it was great to have a nice, quiet , comfortable place to stay. - The location was great. It was close to everything but away from crowds. The shower was wonderful and the bed was comfy , too.

This is a great spot - love the neighborhood! - The apartment is located in a quiet and casual neighborhood just west of the Arno River at the base of the Piazzale Michelangelo - the best place to watch the sunset over the picturesque Florence skyline. A fifteen minute walk to all of the tourist spots, Pointe Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, etc. This is the perfect location for a couple that wants proximity to daytime activities and the ability to get away from the crowds as desired. There is a good variety of restaurants and cafes on this street and in the area. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Florence! The listing discussed a washing machine, which was not in the apartment upon arrival. However, the hosts were very accommodating and offered to pay for laundry services.

• Margot (8/5): A great location close to all of the sights of Florence. - It was a great location and because of it, we saw an area we probably would have missed. The apartment was small for three but ideal for two, but we were only there two nights so it didn't really matter. The shower was great and we were able to wash our clothes. It was a nice walk across the various bridges to the main sights. There were restaurants very close and the area was very lively. Lorenzo was a good communicator.
