• Nico (10/5): - L' emplacement est idéal et très calme. On a pas vu la propriétaire mais elle était très joignable et toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions . Un peu de marche et on se retrouve dans le centre . Bien desservie par les transports communs . Un endroit que je recommande pour un séjour à Florence. Pour info de l'aéroport prendre le tram et une fois à la gare prendre le 11 😉

• Marcin Kaczyński (10/5): - This apartment is actually a fully-fledged flat. You can live here for a months. I read comments about mold issues in the past, so I’d like to point out that this is no longer a problem. I also didn’t notice any damp smell. The owners have provided the right equipment – including a dehumidifier – to keep the air dry. It's a neighborhood of smaller houses with gardens, located rather further from the city center with buses to the city. Of course we knew the location during reservation so we were not surprised. Owners very nice and contact was smooth. Nice and helpful. Far away by foot to the local grocery store 🙂

• Iryna (10/5): - A very quiet and peaceful neighborhood of Florence. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is clean and tidy. The hosts are always available. For those traveling by car, a huge advantage is the private parking.

Stationnement pour voiture Les moustiques nous ont empêché de profiter ,rester et manger dans le jardin,d ouvrir la fenêtre et la baie de l appartement même s il est doté de moustiquaires. Odeur d humidité désagréable dans l appartement.
• Qcs (8/5): Ideal for a family. - Nice garden, quiet location, close to the center, parking space, well furnished room and kitchen. Ideal for a family. Only one room was partitioned with a wooden shelving unit. There was a lack of privacy. Suitable for family, but not for colleagues. A housekeeper lived in the house above us, and I was a little bothered by dragging chairs across the floor. The night was quiet and peaceful.

• Milena (9/5): I was able to rest deeply in this apartment, because it is in quiet area and it has lots of trees. - It is in very quiet part of the town, surrounded with trees and flowers and pretty close to city center. You have your own garden, alone and everything you need in the kitchen. The apartment smells a little on moist, but that is the problem in the whole Florence and because it is surrounded with lots of trees.

For those who have a car, there is also a parking space and there is also outside. The bottom floor of a villa with a garden. Extremely quiet, house in a beautiful wooded place. The only problem is the smell of moisture and moisture in the house. This is a serious problem for those who remain.

• Octavian (9/5): Relaxing stay in Florence - The house is located in the outskirts of Florence's city center and it has a beautiful garden. The area is quiet but at the same time well connected to all the tourist attractions. It's a short walk away to the bus lines 36 and 37 which take you straight to the historic center. The house has everything you may need for a short stay, the bed is comfortable and so are the pillows. The owners left a very comprehensive guide which includes suggestions for eating out, information about the transportation and other practical details to help you during the stay. The internet connection is weak at times and sometimes you may hear occasional noises from the upstairs neighbors but nothing too bad.

After crowded Florence old center , you can chill out here peacefully. We stayed in December . Looking forward to staying again in summer and enjoy it .
• Stopnisek (9/5): Perfect stay in Florence for families - One of the best communications with the host I had over the years. The apartment is easy to find and comes with private secured parking. Within the apartment, you will find anything you need for a short or even long-term stay. The apartment is located about 30 min walking distance to the Porta Romana. However, you could reach different sights around the city center also by bus (bus stop is about 10 min away). I stayed there with 3 young kids and they loved it. Don't have anything to complain about. And if you would have something you can always communicate with the host. They are super responsive!

• Barbora (10/5): Perfect, calm place close to center - Perfect place to stay when visiting Florence. Federico's apartment is located in a ground floor of a charming house in the green hills south of the center - and it is actually a walkable distance, you can be in Boboli Gardens in 15 minutes by foot. And there's a bus stop close by. A place to park our car, a perfectly furnished apartment, dog friendly, friendly hosts with helpful instructions, a beautiful small garden - the best place to rest after a day spent in the busy city.

Cleaning staff provided us helpful tips for our stay in Florence, were very friendly, their cleaning service were fantastic. Marilena’s service was great. Check in and check out went smoothly because of the clear instructions we were given and she very nicely booked a taxi for us to the bus station for our next stop in Rome. • David (7/5): Fantastic location for visiting Florence! - Location is first class about 20 mins walk (hilly) from the Boboli Gardens; the facilities are great lots of F&E to use should you need that. Off road parking is a good feature and plenty of communication from the owner, who is extremely helpful. There is a good handbook with recommendation for restaurants which we took, and they were first class. It is damp - it needs a dehumidifier running for a few days. You don't' notice it at first especially with the wet weather we had had, but when you go to use clothes 24 hours later stored in the wardrobe and they are damp then you notice the issue.

• Krasen (10/5): Great place in Florence - This place have everything. I really like it and my family too. I like the interior of the place. Also you have a parking spot which for Florence believe me it is a huge advantage. It is a little away from old center, but bus is convenient. Also the place is in very quiet location. There is some funny smell from the drain, but it is not a problem. I think the city tax is high 5,50 Euro per person, per night, but that is not a host fault, just mention it as information.

Very calm neighborhood, everything regarding comfort and noises were excelent. The place is not very close to Firenze's historical center, but It is easy to use bus from there. The access to the neighborhood is somewhat strange, the GPS sent us to some narrow streets and wrong places.
