• Robert (10/5): Fantastic and Beautiful Location - The apartment is spacious and has very beautiful balconies, floors and ceilings! The location is excellent in Naples! Nothing. Everything is fantastic!
• Vicky (6/5): Good location but lacking information - Location great but lacking any information on how to deal with the apartment. No rubbish instructions or information on money needed for the lift! It was incredibly noisy as big event happening at theatre so police everywhere (sniper on roof opposite!). Also roof terrace filthy as church next door being renovated so couldn’t really use it, this was one of the reasons we booked the apartment.
• Richard (3/5): Poor - Excellent location except for the noise - street cleaning, bin emptying, police activity through the night and scaffolding erected up to our balcony early in the morning. Not as advertised - third bedroom and second bathroom not fit for purpose. Poorly equipped for 4 adults - we had to buy wine glasses, coffee cups and kitchen equipment. Poor condition - cooker hob was dangerously defective, second toilet would not flush, we were locked out when another resident dead-bolted the door.
• Maja (10/5): Amazing apartment in the heart of Naples - The apartment is very beautiful and very big located in amazing building Galleria Umberto I right in the center of Naples near main attractions and famous streets with lots of shops, bars and restaurants also the port with ferries to Capri, Ischia,… and the airport shuttle bus station are only 10min of walk away. We were there at time when Gigi d’Allessio had concerts “Uno come te” at Piazza del Plebiscito and was amazing, we were able to enjoy and watch concerts every night from our balcony, really amazong. It has beautiful old furnishing, high ceilings, 4 balconies and a big terrace to enjoy evenings. The owner Mr. Orazio was very kind and also let us leave our luggage the last day till 4pm after our check out was at 10:30am. We will return for sure!!!

• Kim (4/5): Disappointing - Location was great. Aircon was efficient and was very welcome! Wonderful terrace and attentive staff. The interior was old fashioned and dated. There was limited kitchenware - there were no sharp knives for cutting bread and fruit and some cupboards contained old and out-of date produce. The pillows and beds were uncomfortable. Unfortunately the glass recycling collection at 2.30am each morning was very noisy.
• Jennifer (10/5): Beautiful apartment, great location! - We loved our stay at Appartamento sul Teatro San Carlo. It was a really cool apartment with lots of character, beautiful art. There was plenty of space for my family of five and the beds were very comfortable. Location was great with so many cafes, restaurants, and shops. Naples was having a horrible heat wave... so thankful for the air conditioning especially when sleeping at night. Stefano was an excellent host! We were very happy everything!

Host kindly let us leave our luggage till 16.00 after checking out at 20.30am We liked everything.

• Kristian (9/5): Superb - What a stunning beautiful apartment. Placed in a historic building you have painting in the ceiling and big balcony doors which opens up to the very center of Napoli. Tons of restaurants and cafés nearby, and always a vibrant feel outside the front door. Some other reviews have mentioned noise from the street, but with big, heavy doors that you can close in front of the balconies, the street noise is cut of and you will have no problem sleeping throughout the night. The terrace is very cosy and we lived out there eating breakfast or relaxing after a day in Napoli. The apartment is truly quite unique, and our stay there was out of the ordinary
