• André (9/5): Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in bester Lage. - Die Übergabe der Schlüssel war problemlos und ging schnell. Camilla war auch nach unserer Ankunft immer für uns per WhatsApp ansprechbar. Sie hat uns u. A. geholfen, einen Laden zu finden, der sofortige Passbilder erstellt, da einer Person von uns der Personalausweis gestohlen wurde. Die Lage ist super und die Schlösser der Türen waren sehr hochwertig, so dass man Wertsachen in der Wohnung lassen konnte. Es ist sehr geräumig und die Möbel sind hochwertig und gut zusammengestellt. Na ja, an 2 von 4 Tagen war das Wasser am Morgen kalt. Aber das ist in so einer Stadt durchaus OK und nachvollziehbar. Den Herd haben wir nicht benutzt; in den Backofen haben wir nur reingeschaut. Sah leider nicht so gut aus. In einer solchen Stadt und für den Preis pro Nacht hätten wir uns über ein paar Weingläser gefreut. Das Bier aus einem Wasserglas, das ist OK, aber Wein... Die Anzahl der Gläser war insgesamt so gering, dass wir den Geschirrspüler gar nicht erst benutzt haben. Im Bad gab es bis auf die Heizung keinerlei Möglichkeiten, die Handtücher von 4 Personen ordentlich zu trocknen. Leider auch keinerleit Haken an der Wand. Aber das kenne ich von 95% aller Ferienwohnungen oder Campingplätzen. Ich weiß, das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, aber die lassen sich mit sehr wenig Aufwand und noch weniger Geld beseitigen.

• Alvaro (8/5): Apartamento limpio, completo y muy bien ubicado - Apartamento con dos amplias habitaciones, un baño completo y un comedor-cocina suficiente, muy bien ubicado a tres minutos del puente de Rialto y en un barrio con mucha vida. Estaba perfectamente limpio y tenía el menaje necesario. Con calefacción (finales de marzo, la usamos y funcionó muy bien) y aire acondicionado Bien atendido por Erik. Por decir algo, las camas son mejorables, son grandes pero nos resultaron algo incómodas y un poco ruidosas

Il manque quelques équipements, grille pain, une bonne machine à café, des meubles de chevets pour poser ses lunettes ou son téléphone... Et le plus urgent c'est la logistique des déchets !!! Mettre une grande poubelle en bas... il y a de la place.... difficile dans Venise de trouver un endroit où déposer sa poubelle !!! Le propriétaire doit gérer cette situation..

• Jim (9/5): MUST STAY..... - The apartment is a wonderful find and appointed well. The person who met us with the keys was punctual, friendly, informative and funny. The location is awesome with 3 cafes just downstairs and many more within walking distance. There is a market just around one of the corners. The water bus was easy to get around and only about 300 meters from the door. Great location. Note: In Venencia there are no bikes, cars, motorcycles, etc allowed, so have a great pair of walking shoes -No ADA ACCESS - that is the only negative and is the only reason for the not perfect rating. The buildings are old and there isn't anything that can be done for ADA, just something you should know if you are not in shape to do 3 flights up and down to leave/enter the apartment building There are 3 flights of stairs - 2 from the ground floor up to a landing and another flight inside the apartment. Not normally a problem, but one in our party incurred a knee injury earlier in our travels and it was very difficult for them.

• Fowler (6/5): Loved everything but the beds - The location was great for a few days to get to know the city. The AC worked well and local restaurants were great. The host met us and communicated well. The beds were terrible and so were the pillows, it was as if whoever purchased the beds and pillows had never slept in a bed. If you like sleeping on the ground then this place will not disappoint.

• Hillary (9/5): Thanks for making our first visit to Venice so great! Bring in a house and not a hotel was really the right for our fami - Great location! Team was able to get us in a bit early and were helpful and friendly! Only part for us was there was only one tiny couch for sitting so when we were at the house we had to read in our beds.

• Marcie (9/5): Great location in heart of the action - The location of the property was great. Loved having the washing machine and kitchen facilities. The two bedrooms were quite large. Three air conditioners too. Marcello gave lots of recommendations for places to eat and the couple we tried were great. The wifi wasn’t great and didn’t work in one of the bedrooms. There was only a small couch in living area, and the shower cavity was as quite small and difficult to manoeuvre in.

• Sebastian (10/5): Absolutely wonderful stay in the heart of Venice - Ca' Rialto is a wonderful apartment, that I will definitely book again when I return to Venice. It's very central, easy to reach (detailed instructions were sent prior to arrival), clean living room, bedroom, bathroom, hallway and kitchen. The host, Erik, who handed over the keys and gave us a little tour of the flat was lovely. The kitchen is fully equipped and all furniture was in great condition. Lastly, the flat has three ACs, one each in the bedrooms and one in the living room/kitchen, which is an absolute luxury. It also has windows on both sides of the building and thus a great air flow. Overall a really great experience! Only small downside was that the late check-in from 7pm cost us an extra 30€. That was clearly communicated from the beginning though. As far as I remember that's even mentioned on the booking side. It's also somewhat understandable as they only do manual handovers and thus someone had to stay longer for us. The stairs up from street level to the second floor, might be an issue for older folks or someone with a knee injury, but were fun for us to climb. Erik even helped carry the luggage for us.

• Porter (6/5): Pleasant - Great location and the apartment was good size as advertised. The staff/owners responded to questions and requests. The shower is dysfunctional. Very small and nothing to hang soap or shampoo on. The shower door doesn't close at the bottom and it's easy for water to leak onto the bathroom floor.. The mattresses are hard and thin. A microwave and coffee maker would make staying here nicer. As pointed out by other reviewers there are a lot of steps to get to the unit. The key got stuck in the door lock a couple of times.
• Luciana (10/5): I'm coming back! - Both Marcello and Erik are wonderful. They gave us all the information we needed and even recommendations on where to eat and what to do. The location is amazing, 5min walk to Rialto bridge and 18min walk to San Marco Square. Restaurants and shops very near. The flat has dish washer and washing machine, 2 very comfortable bedrooms and lovely kitchen and dining room. Absolutely recommend!
• Monia (9/5): Superb - I found it bizarre and totally uncommon that the owner charges penalties for delays in arriving, even for the first minutes of delay. we were 30 minutes late as a result of traffic jams and we were supposed to pay additional monies for that!

• Svitlana (10/5): We loved our stay and probably will come back one day. - It was easy to find the place thanks to instructions that were sent to us. We were met by Erik at agreed time, he gave us a key and showed the apartment. The flat is nice and clean, it is very authentic. in the kitchen we could fine everything we needed to cook. The location is just perfect, in a min you are right in front of Rialto Bridge, enjoying the view. -

A small point but some additional equipment in the kitchen, a coffee maker/expression for more than one person, additional tea spoons and a chopping board.

It's a real 2 bedroom apartment. -Owner was very easy to deal with when I had to move the dates. -Outstanding value for money. The stairs, but just because I'm lazy -) However the value for money is 100% worth it.
• Lisa (9/5): Perfect location for a Venetian stay - The location was perfect. Very close to the Grand Canal and Rialto bridge. Stores and shops and restaurants seconds away. Good sized apartment and very clean. Host was very helpful. Beds were a bit springy.
