Abbiamo richiesto di poter lasciare i bagagli in struttura dopo il check-out e ha acconsentito, consentendoci di trascorrere una mattinata senza i bagagli al seguito. Siamo molto soddisfatti della nostra esperienza

• Mollie (7/5): Nice but expensive for what it is - Apartment was spacious and clean, had all the necessities. The aircon was a life saver as it was very hot in Naples during our stay. Apartment was also in a pretty cool area with some nice restaurants. Apartment is on the fourth or fifth floor with no lift which is something to keep in mind for bringing up luggage as well as generally just going back to the apartment at the end of the day (the stairs felt never ending at some points.) I also had some issues around the price of the accommodation, I booked this with the option for free cancellation but once the free cancellation period ended, the accommodation cost increased significantly (approx 60€). This was also a different increase to the prior city tax increase (40€ total) and the cleaning fee increase (20€ total) so overall the cost of the accommodation was quite expensive for what it was. The host also didn’t have an explanation for this change when I got to the property (potentially a language barrier?) but couldn’t really do anything but just pay for the new price at that point and Booking.com still haven’t responded to my query about this.

• Eleanor (6/5): Pleasant - Reasonable location Difficult to find as there was no signage. Five very steep flights of stairs. Difficult with luggage for older couple. No kettle provided and no instructions on how to use bench top cooker.

The lack of elevator is one little problem because the apartment is on the 5th floor but I don’t think that’s something that should worry you, if you think about all the pros of the house. The Hoster was kind and helpful.
