• Tracy (10/5): Perfect accommodation. - Out of the way from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to everything. Spacious and all amenities included.

• Julia (9/5): Great apartment close to the center! - The apartment was beautiful! 2 rooms with a living room, kitchen, and patio. It was super clean and well stocked. We got 2 keys which was so helpful when I group split up. I should have looked at the map closer for location, but it wasn’t bad at all! It was 25 minutes from the train station and about 15 from the main square. Not bad at all! There also weren’t very clear check out instructions but we left the keys and everything seemed to go smoothly! The wifi also didn’t reach the front room.
• Edith (7/5): Notre séjour s'est deroulé sans problème. Super ! - Nous avons pu faire les qq courses facilement. La situation geographique est parfaite, tout Florence à pied, voire en bus. parfait un peu juste pour 1 torchon en cuisine, peu de produit vaisselle, un fond de savon liquide dans la salle de bain. L'ampoule de la cuisine de s'éteint pas (il faut la dévisser !). les volets de la chambre rue sont tres difficiles à ouvrir. Marco a accepté de nous apporter les clefs plus tot que prévu, merci !

Great location, quiet but walkable to all attractions with bars and restaurants nearby and a good supermarket in the next street.( Highly recommend Osteria Antica Casa Torre for a delicious meal and house red wine.)Too hot during our stay to make much use of the small terrace but it would be nice on cooler evenings. Host was very helpful and informative. Nothing. This was great accommodation for the price.
• Joanne (9/5): Well located and kitted out cozy little place with great host and facilities. - Location was close to the action in town. Nearby piazza had great restaurants. Sweet little inner courtyard to chill out in. Good air con. Had a kettle and a microwave - often rarities in Italian stays. Responsive flexible host. All that you needed in the kitchen utensils wise and great to see sugar and salt at hand. Easy check in. One bed was very soft and the other very hard. Fortunately we had people who liked both so we just allocated beds accordingly. 😀
• Aoileann (10/5): - We loved this apartment. It is in a great location very near the historic centre. The street is quiet and there is a supermarket near by. The host was very friendly and check in was easy. The apartment is very spacious and airy. Two double bedrooms were comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen both well equipped. Patio is lovely. It is in shade as it is on the ground floor so it is usable all day in the heat. We would definitely stay here again.

• Costa (8/5): - A sua localização é o ponto mais forte, o apartamento fica numa rua tranquila, mas no centro de Florença, a uma curta distância a pé de várias atrações principais. Chegamos facilmente de autocarro, da estação de comboios. O apartamento é espaçosos, limpo, confortável e bem equipado, especialmente contra os mosquitos ;) O check-in é muito cedo e não houve opção de deixar as malas, tivemos que alugar um locker para visitar o resto da cidade.

The apartment was quiet and reasonably comfortable. - Excellent location, on a quiet street just off the center and all the attractions. The apartment had everything you would need/want. The beds were very uncomfortable. Host could do with investing in new bed frames . We had to wash some of the plates/cups before use as tea/coffee stained and food particles on 2 plates.
• Layna (8/5): We had a lovely stay and enjoyed coming “home” to this cute little place after long days of exploring Florence. - We liked the location…loved the patio/outdoor area. We loved that it had a washing machine. We appreciated the ease of access (first floor) and the amount of space (perfect for three people!). The musty smell that is common to all first floor apartments in older buildings in Italy is unavoidable, but worth mentioning. Other than that—no complaints!

So much to see and lovely people. - Fantastic location easy to get to many attractions and restaurants etc. Marcos was most helpful from helping on how to get to the place and looking after us. The map provided ended up being so useful to navigate to the places. Marcos marked many places and helped with initial familiarity on arrival. Last day last minute taxi also organised by Marcos which we were very impressed with. Thank you Marcos. Nothing
• Cook (7/5): Overall the apartment was good, staff were really helpful, very good location. - Perhaps this is better suited to 2 people, bit small for 4 adults and only one toilet/shower
• Fmpg (7/5): Good - Very good location. Easy check-in. The space outside was really comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and there is a washing machine. Wi-fi was not working in one of the rooms. There are construction works in the building and a bit of noise throughout the day. Below the beds there was quite a bit of dust.

We had great time exploring historical Florence with our children. - It is lovely spacious apartment with everything you need especially for longer stay with family. It has compact but nice bathroom, good shower. Well equipped kitchen with all basics. Charming little terrace to have coffee in the morning. Excellent location short walk from historical centre. Lots of caffees and restaurants and small supermarket with lots of fresh produce near by. Owner was very easy to contact and answer any queries. We felt very welcomed and had great stay. Would definitely recommend. Nothing to dislike.
• Greg (10/5): Beautiful Firenzia APT - The apartment was very well appointed - the beds were comfortable, especially the bedroom off the entrance door - The shower was amazing!! Juat enough living area and courtyard cute. My wife was excited to take care of the plants too. Walking distance to everything - you must take a midnight stroll to get gelato and take pics of the Doma. Parking was not what realized - A must to use parking garage due to permit only parking and the garage on the block was 40euro a day so make sure to take that into consideration when renting - the garage next to the APT building was 5 euro cheaper but closes at 1030pm - so if you go to perugia or anything you must be back. Garage at end of corner before getting to apt is open till 1130pm and with the current construction going on around city provides a cushion.
• Darren (9/5): Superb - Apartment was beautiful, with everything we needed,on the ground floor, outdoor big patio area, great central location. The host Marco was amazing nothing was a problem and gave us locations of best sight seeing, also a map, where to eat , supermarkets etc. Main bedroom needs a fan as aircon doesn’t reach and was really hot. Shower head kept falling off but we let the host know.

• Danielle (8/5): It was hard when booking yo know where to stay but everything in Florence was 20mins walk from our accomodation, the apa - It was spacious for the family, great location and in the heat of summer the AC was perfect. Everything was on point.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Superb - Located within walking distance of tourist areas, but far enough away from them to provide a little peace and quiet. Beds weren't very comfortable. Key got stuck in door one night causing a little stress. Patio screen did not work.

• Gillian (9/5): A lovely apartment in a superb location. Excellent communication from key holder. - Good communication from the person we were to meet at the property. The handover was excellent and the person assisted with all my questions regarding the property and the surrounding amenities. The property is very well equiped and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. I forgot to ask what the key arrangements were for the day of departure. Perhaps that instruction could have been left as an instruction in the property. This is a minor point and the key holder answered all my messages promptly.

• Vlad (9/5): Superb - The apartment is close to everything, like 5 minutes walking distance to Accademia's David or like 10 minutes to the Dome. Maybe 15 min to the train station. The building is nice, it's on the ground floor, huge old doors, the bathroom very nice but the best thing is the terrace. Definitely will come back! Also Mario who guided us and the landlord Tiziana were very kind. Definitely reccomend!

• Rodolfo (7/5): Good location, spacious apartment and super friendly hosts. They just need to invest a bit more on the beds, sheets and - Great location and spacious. Had everything we needed for our needs. The beds were super uncomfortable. Really cheap mattresses and the sheets were super old and didn’t look or feel clean at all. We got absolutely slaughtered by insects. We think it was bed bugs and the owner said it was mosquitos but we didn’t see any at all.
