• ODERIC (8/5): Bon séjour dans l'appartement. Le matelas était un peu dur à notre goût et le débit dans la douche est assez faible. - L'emplacement près du centre-ville et le prix. Le confort de la literie et le fonctionnement de la douche.

• Mika (6/5): Mühsam aber gute Lage - Gute Lage in der Nähe von Ausgangsviertel (mit vielen Restaurants / Bars) Navigli und guter Anschluss an den Öffentlichen Verkehr. Der ganze Check-In-Prozess läuft digital ab, was eigentlich etwas positives sein sollte. Jedoch war genau das die grösste Inconvenience. Wir hatten oftmals Probleme mit dem Schloss, vorallem beim Abschliessen und so konnten wir Abends nicht entspannt aus gehen, sondern hatten teilweise 20min bis wir eine Lösung hatten. Ein Problem daran war, dass man kein gutes Netz hat und das Abschliessen nur über eine Website möglich ist. Die letzen 2 Tage unseres Aufenthalts ging die online Entsperrung gar nicht mehr und wir konnten nur noch mit dem Zahlenpin arbeiten, das WLAN funktionierte ebenfalls nicht mehr. Als wir den Staff angerufen haben wurden wir kein einziges Mal durchgestellt und wurden auch kein einziges Mal zurückgerufen. Erst unsere WhatsApp Nachricht wurde einen Tag später beantwortet und such nicht wirklich Hilfreich. Als alternative gibt es zwar einen Schlüssel dieser funktionierte jedoch nicht für die Haustür sondern nur für die Tür für den Innenhof. Das könnte daran liegen das entweder das Schloss bei der Wohnungstür extrem billig ist oder es bereits ma versucht wurde auf zu Brechen. Ein Bild vom Schloss wird unten noch angefügt. Hätten wir das im Vorhinein gewusst hätten wir nie dort gebucht. Die Steckdosen im obersten Stock funktionierten ebenfalls nicht.
• GERARD (4/5): Un logement globalement décevant. - L’emplacement Pas de lampes de chevet. La télévision est au rez-de-chaussée, il faut la regarder sur des chaises de cuisine. Les rideaux de la fenêtre fonctionnent mal. L’aspirateur était plein de saleté. Les prises ne fonctionnent pas au premier étage. Canapé, très inconfortable au premier étage. Pas de Tablette dans la salle de bain. Les robinets ne fonctionnent pas bien ni dans la cuisine, ni dans la salle de bain.

• Celia (7/5): Buena experiencia. - Recomendamos el apartamento. Buena atención e indicaciones claras. Comodidad, espacioso, buena comunicación con transportes. Me faltó un pestillo en la puerta. Al cerrar por dentro daba poca seguridad de cierre. La ducha no funciona da bien la manguera, muy poca presión.

• Rosana (10/5): - Lägenheten ligger mycket nära allt, bra kommunikationen till allt,.restauranger, barer och en bra supermarket. Lägenheten är väldigt säker. Den behöver bara en mer grundlig städning. Den behöver extra handdukar eftersom jag tappade den i duschen. Köket saknar visa saker som till exempel kökshanddukar, glas, en kanna etc etc. Sängen är för hård.

• Karen (8/5): Nice apartment for a few days - Spacious, clean ,20 minute walk to metro station, 30 minutes to Milan centre Apartment door was unusual having never used a mechanism like this it needed more explaining. Sofa was not comfortable and small for two people Not much in the way of dishes to eat and drink in the apartment

• Lauren (8/5): Very good - Located just outside of Milan city centre. The walk to the centre took roughly 25 minutes which wasn’t too bad. The room was very clean upon arrival and instructions where clear as to how to gain access to the property and collect our keys.
• Dykema (2/5): Very poor - The staff is not helpful at all. They need to show the outside of the apartment aswell on there photos. Nothing works properly like the smart tv you can't connect with other devices. The air-conditioning doesn't work. Very noisy all the time. Location is far from the attractions. There is no name of the apartment outside the building.
• Charlie (6/5): Good value for money. - Big room with nice kitchen area Only 1 clean pillow and lock for the door was difficult. Thin walls meant the loud neighbours were very disruptive at night
• Sarah (7/5): Worth the stay ! - Layout of apartment was very cool. Overall very clean. Bed was comfortable. Good location. Great value for money. Air conditioning was working fine day 1 but day 2 it stopped working, not hosts fault and I’m sure it will be fixed. Only thing that was at fault.

The boiler is a bit noisy, might be uncomfortable to sleep if you’re really sensitive to such things. Also the instruction on how to lock the door wasn’t too obvious, but we managed to figure it out.

• Olga (4/5): I would suggest you see another option - Location is good and it is the only one benefit of this property. Walls are so thin, so you can hear everything what is happening next door, music, neighbors arguing, kids, and just regular talking. The apartment has two levels, and if you use gas stove then you can't stay at the u pper level because gas is coming up. The Corridor is dark and you can barely find the right door.

• Sapir (5/5): It was OK and tolerable, but we would not come back to this apartment. - Location was good, about 20 min ride from Duomo and even closer to Navigly District. Right next to line no' 9 station. A lot of good restaurants around! Owner was nice and tried to help with what we asked, sometimes it took him a while to answer. You can control how hot or cold you want the apartment to be with an explenation from the owner (not obvious in Italy, apparently). The apartment is much smaller then it looks in the pictures. It is a bit hard to find because the building outside is under construction and there is no number to find on the street. Bed is squeaking, walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours crying baby, walking with high heels or arguing. Water don't drain well in the shower. Bathroom was not totaly clean, Light above sink was broken and so was the shelf. The machine that heats the apartment is inside and makes a lot of noise, It also heats the water so everytime you open the faucet in the shower it sounds like someone is trying to break into the apartment. The mechanisem of opening the door alone is nice, but very hard to lock it back each time we got out of the apartment. There is only one window in the apartment, and it is big, but pointed directly at the street, so if you leave the curtains open everyone can see you inside, even when you're in bed.

• George (10/5): Besides it being hot it was worth the amazing stay. - Great spot, and plenty of food spots near with a grocery store across the street The AC did not reach the top of the loft where the bed was.
