• Terézia (10/5): - The accommodation was clean, beautiful and large. Everyone loved it! Very comfortable beds! Everything was close and the owner was helpful. I recommend taking earplugs to sleep because Rome is busy even at night.

What I didn’t like: Access to the property was problematic, as the provided code was not activated on time, so entry was not possible even a minute before the agreed check-in time. After that, we had to wait approximately an additional hour due to cleaning before the apartment became available. The apartment was also darker than expected based on the photos, and there were several minor maintenance issues that negatively affected the overall experience. The price-to-value ratio was not favorable considering these issues.

It was within walking distance of every landmark in Rome, but with easy reach of public transport too. There wasn’t anything not to love!

Ich hatte zwar ein paar Probleme mit Booking.com, aber dank Allas Hilfe konnte alles problemlos gelöst werden. Ich würde jederzeit wieder eine Wohnung buchen. Vielen Dank, Alla! Nix

La zona è semplicemente fantastica e ben servita, con tanti negozi, ristoranti e bar a pochi passi di distanza. Il quartiere è molto caratteristico e ha un'atmosfera rilassata e accogliente. L'alloggio in sé è stato perfetto per me e la mia famiglia. Le due camere da letto sono ampie e comode, ognuna con il proprio bagno privato. Questo è stato davvero un plus, poiché ci ha permesso di avere un po' di privacy e di sentirci come a casa. I proprietari sono stati disponibilissimi e sempre pronti a rispondere alle nostre domande e a risolvere eventuali problemi. Sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa nostra. Il prezzo è stato ragionevole e l'alloggio è stato pulito e ben tenuto. Lo consiglierei sicuramente a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Roma e cercare un alloggio comodo e confortevole.

The room is very spacious and we had the best nights sleep in the most comfortable beds 10/10 No clothes dryer made it difficult to wash and dry in winter weather so would have been nice to have that option available.

Televisione solo per stranieri con possibilità di vedere solo le piattaforme a pagamento. Stoviglie tutte diverse e posizionate a caso.

Une interlocutrice au top ! Faire juste attention car l’adresse indiquée : référence de l’établissement de booking n’est pas celle de l’appartement. Il faut suivre les consignes de la vidéo une fois que vous avez réglé toutes les modalités.

The location is great, as you can walk nearly everywhere (even to main sights if you like walking!) we barely used transportation in 3 days. The host was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Además, el equipamiento es de calidad, cosa que se valora muy positivamente, porque muchas en apartamentos similares no colocan vajilla o equipamiento de calidad. Tal vez por ser más tradicional, me hubiera gustado hablar con una persona en la residencia, pero eso no significa que no hayan salvado mis dudas, porque lo cierto es que siempre lo hicieron, sólo que el trato uno a uno en persona todavía me niego a dejarlo de lado.

• Rob (9/5): A fantastic place in one of the best areas of central Rome - highly recommended! - This is a gorgeous apartment in an amazing part of town. Super lively during the weekend (even in the off season) with many many nice restaurants and bars, and easy walking distance to key Rome sights. Our host Alla was very easy to communicate with and she is extremely guest friendly. There is both an online and paper book of recommendations which is very handy for a city with so much good restaurants and bars. The place was super clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Beds are very nice. The decor is very well done, modern and classy. We pretty much liked it all! The bedroom near the bathroom could use a little more lights, as it gets dark in there. The shower water was warm but not hot, which was a very minor detail.

Но фотографии на сайте показывают совсем другую квартиру, а реальное жильё выглядит иначе: интерьер и мебель старые, состояние квартиры значительно проще, чем ожидалось. Было неприятно обнаружить такую разницу. Надеюсь, администрация обновит фото, чтобы будущие гости понимали, что они бронируют.
