• susan (1/5): Uninhabitable - Nothing Everything, it was not as published on here I strongly suggest this property is removed from this site, it was filthy, stunk of sewage, run down the outside space was unusable, there was on overwhelming smell of urine, I would not recommend anyone booking this property

• sylar (8/5): - Localiser dans une rue charmante avec quelques commerces et restaurants. A 10 min à pied du Colisee . Situé à l arrière du bâtiment, c,'est calme et nous avons profité de l espace extérieur pour manger. Joliment décoré L appartement est un peu sombre mais il y a beaucoup de lampes pour compenser . Ce n était pas grave car nous avons passé beaucoup de temps à l extérieur

Marco est extraordinaire de gentillesse et de disponibilité. Il répond à toutes vos questions très rapidement. Il veille à votre satisfaction tout le long de votre séjour. Rien. Je suis plus que satisfaite
• Pàmies Hidalgo (8/5): - Molt ben situat, bona relació qualitat-preu. No és un apartament modern però justament aquest és l'encant d'estar a Roma. I la atenció i amabilitat per part de l'amfitrió va ésser un 10.
• Alattin (8/5): - Sehr zentrale Lage, 5 min vom Kolosseum, Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Eine klare Empfehlung bis auf das Problem mit der ersten Unterkunft. Unsere Bewertungen beziehen sich auf die zweite Unterkunft Das erste Apartment war eine Katastrophe, feucht, muffig und wirklich schlecht eingerichtet. Es gab weder freie Schränke noch Ablagen unsere Klamotten abzulegen Nachdem wir uns am nächsten Morgen an Marco gewandt haben, war er gleich gewillt zu helfen, konnte uns aber erst nach der 2 Übernachtung ein anderes Apartment geben, der dann aber sauber und gut eingerichtet war. Ich hoffe das sie das Apartment in der Via del Boschetto, 126, 00184 Roma möglichst vor der nächsten Vermietung renovieren. Kann ich niemandem guten Gewissens empfehlen dort auch nur eine Nacht zu verbringen.

• Blanka (10/5): I definitely recommend this place for everyone! - It’s a jewelry box. Well-equipped, clean, there is a small patio outside, everything is close, amazing cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, and the owners are extremely helpful and kind.

• Oana Anamaria (8/5): Perfect location to enjoy Rome as a Roman - Perfect location - I totally recommend it. Perfect host - Marco was very nice to us and tried to address our issues in real time. Thanks a lot for everything!! The bidet didn't work. The AC weren't a good option for heating.

• Eni (1/5): - Nothing. Very disappointing experience. The apartment had a very strong and unpleasant smell of mold, and everything inside was affected by humidity. There was no hot water during the entire stay. The air quality was terrible and caused headaches and discomfort at night. This place does not meet basic hygiene standards and should not be listed on Booking.com until these issues are solved.
• Isabel María (6/5): Vacaciones en Roma - La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todos los lugares de interés. El barrio tiene mucho encanto. El personal fue muy amable. Marco está siempre pendiente e incluso nos permitió hacer el check-in antes de la hora. El apartamento no cumplió del todo con nuestras expectativas. El interior es bastante antiguo, con olor a humedad, y se nota que necesita revisar algunos detalles para resultar más cómodo y acogedor.
• Aleksandra (10/5): Cudowne - Wspaniała lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do Koloseum, metra oraz uroczych barów i restauracji. Mieszkanie przyjemne ze wszystkimi potrzebnymi rzeczami. Miłym zaskoczeniem były chłodne napoje na powitanie co po podróży było jak złoto ☺️ gospodarz bardzo miły i opiekuńczy. Serdecznie polecam na pobyt w Rzymie
• Valerie (9/5): Comfortabele studio op toplocatie - Toplocatie. In een rustige straat, maar op wandelafstand van alles: bezienswaardigheden, winkels, tavernes/restaurants en openbaar vervoer. Comfortabele studio voor 2 personen, met het bed in een aparte ruimte. Leuk terras. Heel toegankelijke host. We hebben Marco niet ontmoet, maar hij communiceerde heel duidelijk via WhatsApp. Vragen werden direct beantwoord. Niks, alles was naar wens.

• Miet (7/5): - De accommodatie ligt in een super gezellige buurt met tal van goede restaurants en bars. De communicatie met de eigenaar ging super vlot en hij was zeer enthousiast en behulpzaam. De accommodatie ligt gelijkvloers en hierdoor is er wat minder daglicht. De ruimte is niet heel groot maar groot genoeg voor 2 personen. Prijs kwaliteit was het verblijf helemaal ok.
• Justyna (9/5): Cool place! - The location is great, so close to Colosseum, dozen of great restaurants around! A full-equiped house with coffee machine, cooker and do on. Great, caring and friendly host. Definitely recommended. But remember you will at the end you will be asked to pay a city tax (6 EUR per person per day). The smell - apartament is on the ground floor, do it has a specific smell, but after tuning on the air condition is much more better.

• Meri (6/5): Pleasant - 1. The host - Marco, was very very kind, polite and supportive. He reached out couple of days before the checkin, with super detailed instructions on how to find get inside the apartment. He tried to meet our needs and do early checkin and late checkout as much as possible. Was always there for any question and help. I think he was a great professional of this field. Even though the place was not as good as I expected, the hospitality covered all the issues. 2. The location - couple of minutes walk, and you are near to the most of the famous attractions. We only walked and could get wherever we wanted. On the other hand, the building itself is on the old beautiful street with small cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed it a lot! 3. The balcony - my toddler loved it! 1. Kitchen - it was old, really small and uncomfortable. 2. Bedsheets- there were just some fabric wrapped around, and were easily dropping off. 3. No space for your belongings - all the shelves were filled with things
• Krzysztof (8/5): Very good - Localistation just splendid. Inside: lots of detalis that confirm hospitality of the owner. You know, there is always the lack of something in places like this. Here you have really everything. Lighter. Umbrellas to use in need. Scisors. Kitchen equipped detaily and completely. Wi fi works fine. Comunitaction with the owner is just incredible. He is very polite and answears in literally seconds. No GSM signal inside the appartement. Making a phone -call is possible only via Wi-Fi. The neighbour- somebody alredy has mentioned it. The guy in next appartement has TV on all the time, including nights, quite loud. Really dialogues from Italian movies that you can hear clearly at 4 am is not that you like best.....

Good communication for arrival & departure with host. A/c much appreciated as it was really hot in Rome. Recommend. A nice courtyard but neighbour’s window opens into it & TV / radio was loud.
• Donna (4/5): Disappointing - The location was near the Colosseum and other attractions, the communication with the host was prompt and efficient. The host was attentive and comprehensive It is nothing like the pictures, it is smaller than it it's offer, it is a basement and it's mouldy. I found it expensive for what was offer
• Owen (10/5): Exceptional - The location is fantastic. Within easy walk to most attractions and the bus to the Vatican runs nearby. The main train station and Colosseum metro stop are also nearby. The street the apartment is on has lots of eclectic shops, a grocery shop and a number of restaurants frequented by both locals and tourists. The apartment is simple but quiet and cool. It has its own little courtyard to sit out in. Strong WiFi. I would definitely stay here again.
