• Paloma (10/5): - Excelente apartamento, éramos 4 adultos y 4 niños y nos alojamos cómodamente. Hay dos camas de matrimonio y 2 sofá cama suficiente para los niños. Cada habitación tiene su baño independiente. La ubicación del apartamento es excelente para moverte a pie por toda la ciudad. Estaba limpio y con accesorios suficientes para poder desayunar allí. Los propietarios muy atentos y pendientes de nuestras solicitudes. En resumen, muy buena opción para un estancia corta en Venecia, con una relación calidad precio excelente! Gracias Giovanni Lo único los colchones... son bastante blandos,, aunque no se duerme mal del todo.

• pascale (10/5): Quelques trucs à revoir - L'accueil. La propreté. État des chaises cuisine très abîmées. Je me suis blessée à l'avant bras à cause du tissu troué et donc du tube en ferraille dépassant et les pieds des chaises sont aussi à protéger car cela raye le carrelage. L'emplacement pas facile du tout à trouver. Nous allions dans le QUARTIER CASTELLO mais ensuite l'adresse c'est CALLE CARROZZE et cela n'est pas précisé. On a cherché pendant au moins 30 minutes.

• Claudiu (10/5): Great stay for a big family, close to everything important. - Location was very good, a 10 min walk to St Mark square. Washer and drying rack, coffee included. Good AC, cooled rooms on arrival. Very good looking and comfy apartment. Hosts were very nice and informative; they did their best to meet our needs and special requests. Garbage pickup knocking on the door relatively early; but that must be the city's tight garbage control, rather than the hosts'. Not a big deal overall.
• Epameinondas (9/5): Superb - Location good, very clean, everything working as supposed, two bathrooms were very convenient. An amazing experience all around. Giovanni was also really helpful. Sofa beds could have a bit more comfortable mattresses but it was not a big issue anyway...

Here are some of the highlights: **Location**: The location is perfect—peaceful, yet close enough to all the attractions and amenities. It was easy to get around, and the serene surroundings made our stay very relaxing. **Clean and Comfortable**: The home was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and the furnishings are very comfortable. The beds provided a great night's sleep, and the living areas were cozy, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. **Two Bathrooms**: Having two bathrooms was incredibly convenient, especially for a larger group. It made mornings so much easier and added to the overall comfort of our stay. **Air Conditioning**: The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the house cool and comfortable throughout our stay. This was particularly appreciated on the hotter days. **Kitchen**: The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, but we did find that there weren't quite enough vessels for cooking. While it was fine for preparing simple meals, a few more pots and pans would have been helpful for those planning to cook more extensively. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this holiday home. A few additional kitchen items would make it absolutely perfect. We look forward to returning! A little far from the train station, need to get a taxi to get there with the family.

• Ebony (6/5): Pleasant - Location was great, 10 minutes from most touristy spots. The main thing we didn’t like were the bathrooms. There was a lot of mildew and mold in the showers, which made us not want to even shower. I bought bleach to try and kill the mildew but it still was pretty gross. Please update the showers and clean the tile! Other than that, cute little apartment.

The location is also perfect and is close to everything. Sometimes there were some bugs in the wall, but it was not a problem. The rooms are clean and comfy. The location is absolutely great. Giovanni is a wonderful host, ready to help you with anything you need, the apartment was very clean and equipped. I recommend with great confidence!

And most important: staff is mega friendly and service minded. Can only recommend.
