A couple things need to be repaired (railing to loft, air conditioner remotes) and some Furnishings should be replaced (peeling vinyl) bed and barstools. Should supply dish washer tabs. Ocenily jsme 3 koupelny a pestrou nabídku čajů, sušenek, výborné kávy, Úžasné bylo i rychlé jednání ze strany majitelů, když jsme zapomněly v ubytování telefon. Místo je v dochozí vzdálenosti od Vatikánu, Doporučujeme užít si atmosféru restaurace Hostaria Dino & Tony naprosti ubytování. Jediné, co lze vytknout byla hlučnost z ulice ve čtyřlůžkovém pokoji, který je situován na rušnou ulici. Ostatní pokoje jsou situované do klidnější zahrady.

We arrived late and they gave us a great recommendation for dinner. There was also lots of snacks available in the apartment which we were not expecting.
• Erika0922 (8/5): - Sehr schöne Wohnung Die vorderen Zimmer waren ziemlich laut, von draußen hört man alles, die Fenster isolieren nicht gut, auch nachts. Deshalb war der Schlaf nicht der beste. Die Zimmer zum Innenhof sind ruhig.

• Predrag (10/5): Spacious, modern, and wonderfully cozy apartment! - This apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. It is incredibly spacious, giving you plenty of room to relax and feel completely comfortable. The interior is modern yet cozy, with plenty of natural light that makes the whole space feel warm and inviting. It’s easy to reach the Vatican on foot, and there is a metro station nearby that provides quick and convenient access to the city center. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Favoloso. - La posizione centrale e la vicinanza alla fermata della metro lo rendono ideale per piccoli gruppi o famiglie. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla Host gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento ha ambienti grandi, cucina fornita di ogni elettrodomestico, compresa la lavatrice in un comodo terrazzino. Camere comode e confortevoli, pulite come ogni altro ambiente, biancheria fresca e spugne morbide. Colazione abbondate e variegata. Disponibili merendine confezionate, fette biscottate, marmellate, burro, latte e succhi di frutta in frigo, caffè e tisane. Ottimo il pane da tostare al mattino e le confezioni salate come snack. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consigliamo per tutti coloro che vogliono godersi una vacanza in questa città meravigliosa.

• Lion (9/5): Tolles Appartment in super Lage mit kleinen Gebrauchsspuren - Super Lage (Nahe St. Petersplatz und U-Bahn) , ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, einen grosszügigen Willkommenskorb mit vielen Frühstücksnacks und Getränken. Das Apartment ist geräumig und macht einen sehr guten Ersteindruck. Es wäre an der Zeit ein paar Kleinigkeiten auszutauschen bzw. zu reparieren (Kochtöpfe Kuche, Bettrahmen in einem Schlaffzimmer, Badezimmerdecke)

Host provided us with snacks, tea - Very clean, very spacious. 1 negative thing is one of the bed frames had peeling leatherette falling off the floor. Other than that, everything else was exceptional In one of the rooms, the bed frame had a white leatherette coating that’s peeling (old and needed updating)

• Amanda (10/5): Perfect family stay close to the Vatican - The apartment was beautiful, large and confortable for our family. The location was perfect, walking distance to the Vatican and easy metro ride to downtown Rome. We also liked that fact that the building had an enclosed garden area where our kids could play safely. The breakfast items available, with bread, cereal, juice, coffee, milk, etc were high appreciated and a very nice tough! We highly recommend and we would definetly come back. • libat (8/5): היתרונות של הדירה עולים על החסרונות. על אף ההערות שרשמנו, חשוב לי לציין שהחוויה שלנו היתה חיובית מאד - הדירה יפה ומרווחת מאד. הסלון הוחלף, ואיננו כמו בתמונות. הוא מודרני ויפה יותר החדרים נעימים. הסלון והמטבח מרווחים. פינת האוכל נוחה. קיבלנו כיבוד מושקע מאד, ששימח אותנו והקל על השהייה. מיקום הדירה נוח וקרוב לתחבורה ציבורית וקניות וגם במרחק הליכה מהוותיקן. הבנות שלנו (נערות בנות 14, 17) - מאד מאד אהבו את הדירה. יש צורך בקצת טיפול תחזוקה- המנורות חלשות מאד. באחד מחדרי השינה המזגן מקרר, אך הוא חלש מידיי מיטה אחת מתקלפת מבחוץ באחת המקלחות יש כיור שקצת יצא מהמקום וברז ומקלחון זכוכית שדורשים תיקון המקלחונים עצמם קטנים מאד. פחות נוח לאנשים גדולים. המרפסת היא מרפסת כביסה. פחות נעימה לישיבה.

• suzanne (10/5): Top accomodation terrific for a large family or two smaller families together. - Incredible! What an amazing apartment. We had such a lovely stay and didn’t want to leave. The beds were very comfortable and much softer than most we had stayed down during our European trip. There was lots of space every item we wanted was there including fridge microwave coffee machine washing machine. There are three bathrooms, three big bedrooms lots of space for a family of six . Gorgeously decorated. An incredibly generous complimentary breakfast of cakes biscuits bread yogurt coffee cereal milk and juice. Alessio met us at the gate, assisted with bags and was so helpful! He gave us great tips on where to eat too. Street parking available. The photos on bookings.com match the property. It IS as good as it looks. 🤩 Nothing! It was perfect!

• Jeffrey (10/5): Perfect apartment and hospitality with a great location. Would rent again. - The owners met us at the property when we arrived and walked us through the entire apartment. The condition of the apartment was excellent and in a perfect location in walking distance to the Vatican City. The owners also provided us with bottled water in the fridge along with a basket of muffins, coffee, bread and biscotti cookies. We really enjoyed the space and the hospitality and would not hesitate to stay there again in the future. Thank you Matteo!! Absolutely nothing. The apartment was excellent.

• Joy (6/5): A two star for me, won’t be back..sorry but have to honest for future guest! - The floor and the kitchen..was very spacious and clean. You have to use the steps..the elevators are old and only used to bring up luggage. The owners did a rush job of showing you around the apartment. They can easily have a note somewhere to give you the WiFi and password..we had to call them. The toilet was cracked in the main bathroom. The beds all need new mattresses and bed posts . Showers all ran on to the floor. The location could have been better. Will not go back to this property..

• Kim (9/5): To sum up everything this apartment was very convenient and a comfortable stay.my family were happy. - I loved that the property was walking distance to the Vatican and bus lines. I liked the kitchen and table to accommodate my mom and aunts. The owner left us many snacks and treats. We only had an issue with understanding the washer and could not dry our towels and clothes so it took a couple of days for our towels to dry outside. Otherwise, we had everything we needed. Some people may not like the noise from the busy streets but my family didn’t seem to mind it.
• Elena (8/5): Great apartment helpful owners, but needs maintenance! - Our host welcomed us and helped us carry our luggage, showed us to the apartment and helped us with everything we asked for. Unexpectedly, we saw there everything we could ask for breakfast, such as bread, croissant, biscuits, butter, marmalade, coffee, tea, milk, juice, yogurt. The house was really big with big windows and plenty of light through them. Unfortunately, the house was not very clean, the chair and the sofa covers were very dirty. Some parts of the bathrooms were dirty as well. And the leatherchairs and bed headings were rotten! pieces of leather were falling on the floor anytime someone seated on them or even passed by them.

• Ondrej_13 (9/5): Very good value for money accommodation for a large group. - Very good location near the Vatican, also close to the metro and bus. Spacious and tasteful accommodation, fully equipped, plus free refreshments (sweet pastries, toast, milk, juice, coffee, tea, water). Pleasant communication with the owner and the person handing over the keys. Including the possibility of arranging a transfer from the airport. I can only recommend. Some equipment would need to be restored and repaired.
• Zuzana (9/5): Very spacious, nice, and well-accessible apartment near the Vatican - The location is very good, very close to the Vatican, Vatican Museums, and the metropolitana; that's why we chose it. There are also some supermarkets in the neighborhood, a lot of restaurants, ice creams, and pizzas. The apartment is large, comfortable, and clean; we liked it a lot. Communication with Matteo was, from the beginning, excellent and very flexible. The accommodation price does not include breakfast, but they prepared and left us some long-lasting pastries, cornflakes, coffee, tea, milk, water, and butter. Thank you so much! Some stuff in the apartment could be renovated and/or repaired since it is already very used or even broken, etc. This is just a comment: One of the bedrooms is on the noisy side, so it's more difficult to fall asleep at night due to cars, restaurants, and shops. Two other bedrooms have windows to the atrium. That's very good. Nevertheless, there is also some noise from the shop or restaurant found in the bottom of the building. Moreover, on both sides of the apartment, opening the window means you always have inside intensive smells from the restaurant or cars. But that's something usual in big cities, especially in such touristy areas, and you have to prepare yourself for it in some manner. This is just a comment: Although the apartment Booking.com reservation web page states that there is a laptop/computer, there is not (we asked for it). This likely also applies to the Xbox 360 Game Console, which we did not inquire about (we did not ask) but were unable to locate. This is just a small comment for the information of others.We didn't ask and confirm it before the trip; we counted on it being there since it is listed in the apartment's amenities. Thus, we didn't bring our laptop, and finally, we ended up missing it a little, but just a little. :)

• Kimberly (10/5): Wonderful location and accommodation for a large family vacation! - Easy to get from and back to FCO using the SITBUS. Convenient to get to and from all the sights we wanted to see. HUGE starter basket of breakfast foods as well as cereal, water, juice, milk, espresso, yogurt, tea, coffee, juice and butter were wonderful. Tigre Market a 6 minute walk away to purchase foods to make was convenient. Communication with Matteo was great! Location felt very safe. Matteo's recommendation for Gelato from Manny's was spot on. My only suggestion would be for written instructions for dishwasher and washing machine. Matteo did explain the washing machine but, with the jet lag, I didn't feel confident about remembering the instructions. I am sure I could have messaged but, we were so busy, that I am not sure when I would have had time to do wash. There is a wonderfully large drying rack in the one bedroom that we were able to use to hang towels to dry. If we are fortunate enough to return to Rome as a large family, this is where we will stay. Hopefully, the coins we threw over our left shoulder at the Trevi fountain work.
• Zenaida (7/5): The place was very pleasant. - Very nice, clean and comfortable. A misunderstanding in communication with Matteo, the apartment manager. Apparently he was told to be in the apartment at 1:00 pm to let us in. We are not aware of this because our flight was scheduled to arrive in Rome at 3:30 and the other 2 at 4:30 pm. When we did not show up at 1:00 Matteo was angry that we have kept him. When he finally reached me at 4:00 pm he told me if we don’t show up at 4:30 he was going to lock us out and can look for another place to stay. Of course when we showed up at 6:00 pm Matteo was gone and we can’t get in. We stayed outside the gate calling for other places to stay. Thankfully Matteo showed up at 8:00 pm to let us in.
• Ahsan (9/5): Overall, it was a 5 star stay - The location, accommodation, size, cleanliness were ✔️✔️✔️ The supply of water, juices, cakes, biscuits bread, butter etc. was 👍👍👍This was not a part of the deal. Overall everything was +++ Matteo was very helpful 👌👌👌 The keys of the gate on the road and entrance to the building don’t work smoothly . This was only a small problem

The house was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The listing was accurate, but the place was even more beautiful in person, with thoughtful touches like some refreshment food and drinks. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and easy access to public transport. We especially loved spending time in the cozy living. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely stay here again next time we're in town!

• Mary (10/5): Amazing Accommodation and Trip to Rome - Fully Recommend for large group travelling together - Spacious for our big family of 9 people and very clean and presentable apartment. Lovely decor. The host kindly left some snacks, breakfast cereal and water, juice and milk for us which was very useful for us with 6 kids in the family. The host helped us book a transfer back to the airport on our last day which made it easier for us. The location was perfect near metro, local restaurants and also very close (walking distance) to Vatican city. Communication was fast and efficient via bookings.com. I would fully recommend this apartment to anyone that wants to stay in Rome if you are travelling in a big group. Just the air con in 3rd bedroom (the ones with the beds upstairs) was not working very well.

Comfortable beds Good AC Owner provided breakfast pastries, milk, juice, coffee which was nice Dishwasher was moldy & broken We wanted to make eggs & couldn’t get the gas stove to work. The pilot was not igniting and owner told us to use a lighter to light it manually which we weren’t comfortable with. The apartment complex is not exceptionally family- friendly. There is a very large courtyard. My husband and 5 year old were tossing a ball in the courtyard and someone called the owner to make them stop.

• Navin (10/5): Exceptional - Ricardo and Laura were amazing hosts. The place is an excellent location with great access to the Vatican and close to the metro (only a few stops to the Spanish steps). The neighbourhood is also great with lots of little restos and cafes. The cafe at the bottom of the building has amazing coffee with super nice baristas.
• Vineet (10/5): One of the best apartments I’ve stayed in spacious, spotless, and perfectly located near the Vatican - We stayed at this apartment for 3 nights with our family of 7 adults and had an exceptional experience. The apartment was very neat, spacious, and had ample bathrooms and bedrooms, making our stay very comfortable. Its proximity to the Vatican and the Ottaviano subway station made it easy for us to explore the city. The location was very safe, with nice restaurants nearby. The hosts were gracious, assisting us with the check-in process and even stocking the kitchen with an abundance of baked goods, which was a lovely touch. Everything about the apartment exceeded our expectations, and it offered great value for money. This is one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in, and I highly recommend it. Nothing. Everything was excellent. Loved the place.

Pretty well located near metro and easy to walk to St Peter’s square. Kind hosts provided milk and juice and some basic bread/pastries. One bedroom failing onto a busyish street but was no issue for teens The plumbing was a bit unresponsive No instructions for recycling or switching on gas tap.

The Vatican is a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is located in a very well-kept building with a beautiful and pleasant garden. The apartment is large and spacious. The rooms are well equipped and the showers are excellent. The kitchen is excellently equipped and there are a variety of seating areas. The owner thinks about the small details that make the difference between good and excellent such as: coffee capsules, a variety of pastries and more. I am sure that when we return to Rome we will stay here again.

A lot of cookies and stuff for breakfast provided to us free of charge in apartment. For sure not standard... On time pick-up service arranged. The location is definitely great, all you need you can find nearby. If coming back to Rome I would not change for another. Thanks to both guys! The shower in one room is kind of joke and almost impossible to be used :-)I think complete replacement would be the best solution. Anyway nothing serious and it didn´t spoil our stay.
• Jeanette (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, clean apartment. Size was great for our group of 8. Location is great - with a quiet courtyard. Great for visits to St. Peter's and the Vatican.
• Kristina (9/5): Superb - Nice apartment and nice garden. The host was very helpful, helped us to arrange taxis and provided us with lots of goodies for breakfast. Also the apartment is in a great location. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Very good internet access. Well equipped kitchen. Busy road on one side, loud exhaust from the restaurant kitchen on the side to the yard. Often cold water in the showers (only in showers, could be our fault).

• Uluhe (10/5): Close to Vatican City. Good for large groups. - Friendly host. The location is 10-15mins walk to the Vatican City. The apartment was spacious for our family of six. There are two Italian restaurants on the same road as the apartment entrance which we both went to for dinner and enjoyed.
• Wendy (9/5): Lovely stay in a beautiful city. Very nice apartment. Good value for money. - Excellent location for Vatican. Spacious, comfortable. Three bathrooms was very good. Air conditioning was very welcome. Above a busy street but quiet and very secure. Friendly and helpful welcome from hosts. Minor repairs needed eg shower door & towel hooks.
• Sruthi (10/5): Great apartment and very close to the Vatican and also great food places. - Very good apartment. The rooms were big. We were a group of 9 and it still didn't feel crowded at all. Overall cleanliness was good. The hosts were very helpful and informative..helped us arrange taxis and all..very friendly. Provided us with lots of pastries and breakfast items. Also the apartment is in a great location. 6 mins walk to Vatican museums and about 10 to st Peter's basilica. Lots of Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. A good gelato place across the road. Everyone in our group enjoyed the stay and will definitely be recommending it to our friends and family Nothing particular. The ensuite shower doors wouldn't close properly and water would flow through both shower heads. It might just Be that we couldn't operate it properly
