• jon ander (10/5): MERECE LA PEÑA - Ubicación top, terraza top, espacio amplio y dos ambientes para estar, fuera si hace bueno y dentro si no. Hay q saber que hay que subir hasta arriba por las escaleras. Esto no fue un problema para nosotros

• Michele (9/5): Très bien - L'emplacement de l'appartement dans le centre historique. Il faisait froid dans la cuisine et on ne pouvait pas manger le soir dedans. Il faudrait installer un chauffage l'hiver dans la cuisine.

• Eva (6/5): Cuidada decoración y amabilidad como.contrapunto a la incomodidad - La terraza y las vistas Las poco prácticas características del apartamento: 4° piso sin ascensor , y 3 escalones + una puerta metálica corredera muy pesada y ruidosa para acceder al baño. Las 3 camas están distribuidas en un único espacio, lo cual las hace recomendables sólo para familias con niños pequeños, o amigos muy bien avenidos. La ubicación es muy céntrica, pero en un barrio marginal.

• Stephanie (9/5): Beautiful views and local charm with easy access to everything! - We really enjoyed staying in this sweet little apartment! It's perfectly located - convenient to walk everywhere, but still quiet. The spacious rooftop was a real treat! We spent time there each evening and morning and enjoyed the views. The kitchen space and seating area were pleasant and comfortable, and it was handy to have a washing machine! The bathroom door is heavy and squeaky, which can be an issue when others are sleeping -- but it's also part of the overall charm of the place!

• Maria (10/5): - Dejlig beliggenhed. Lige midt i den historiske del af byen. Behagelig gåafstand fra en masse restauranter og seværdigheder. Værten var utroligt venlig og imødekommende. Der er en utrolig masse trapper. Ikke så godt, hvis man er dårligt gående. Men værelset er alle trapperne værd.
• Łukasz (10/5): Authentic Neapolitan Stay with a Terrace View - A wonderful and authentic apartment with a huge terrace overlooking Naples’ landmarks. Very clean and well-maintained, with a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, and efficient air conditioning. The owner was incredibly kind and always helpful whenever we asked for advice. The location is excellent — right next to the city’s main attractions. We’d be more than happy to stay here again!

• Gema (3/5): No repetiré - Ubicación Cuarto sin ascensor. La casa era una,auténtica sartén, hemos pasado mucho calor por la noche. Muy escaso menaje. Nos pidieron fianza de 100 euros en efectivo y 150 euros extra por llegar 2.5 horas más tarde debido a que veníamos en ferry, habiendo avisado con mucha antelación. Al final rebajó a 80 euros la penalización. Nos obligaron a hacer check out a las 10h, y tuvimos que bajar las bolsas de basura

• martin (10/5): Calm oasis in the heart of Naples - We loved the stay and will be coming back. - very central location - VERY calm even at night, which is unique for central places around Naples. My partner is a sensitive sleeper and this place was with no issues. - great WIFI (easy to handle telcos) - comfy mattress - big terrace with great views - strong facilities (full kitchen, terrace, separate bedroom, big shower) - the host is very responsive and offers great, local recommendations for food/ drinks etc - Airco strong enough for the bedroom (not for the kitchen tho) The following was not an issue for us but fyi: - no lift and it is 4th floor - in the summer it gets very hot and the airco colds just the bedroom We were satisfied with the stay.

Italio was the perfect host, very polite and gave us great tips regarding Naples and also gave us great tips for our next destination. The apartment has a great balcony and as a bonus the wifi was very good. Aircondition was super and ensured us a great night sleep. We highly recommend staying at Italio Roftop attick. • Riitta (7/5): Central apartment with great terrace - Good location in the heart of centro storico, short walk from the Central station, lovely big terrace. Also the apartment is good sized. Good place to stay for few nights especially outside of winter months. Good to notice that the kitchen is entirely unheated, with open ventilation window structure at the upper part of wall. This means that in the winter months kitchen temperature is same as outdoor temperature. Bathroom door is a metal door which is really noisy, so if it is used at nighttime, you will wake up others sleeping in same room.
• Mateusz (8/5): Nice apartment with amazing terrace and beautiful view - For sure, huge advantage is a location - in a safe heart of Naples with a lot of shops, restaurants, spots for souvenirs in the near area, and amazing terrace with a beutiful view, lot of plants, table, chairs and big umbrella where we could sit almost all the time. The apartment is not big but spacious for 2 people (is dedicated for 4 but in my opinion 3 is a max) - there is one big bed, one small and second small on an entresol. There is an air conditioning and a fan. Bathroom was nice with shower, toilet and bidet. Nice kitchen - quite well equipped together with a washing machine and a small sofa. Nice and kind neighbours. Contact with the person respinsible for this place was good - he contacted me day before check in to make sure that we will arrive and ask for the exact hour of check-in. Also, during the whole stay, contact with the person responsible for the place was good and in case of any unexpected situations, he was able to come and assist. He also recommended some spots in the city as well as a luggage storage next door (which I strongly reccomend!). To sum up, I can really recommend this place for short or long stay in Naples! The obvious - 4th floor without a lift but it is a building's disadvantage, not an appartment but everyone who will think about this place need to think about that - narrow and high stairs, so a lot of walking. With regards to the appartment, I saw comments about missing microwave but in my opinion the biggest disadvantage was no place to hide clothes - no wardrobe, closet or even shelfs. There only was a small hanger for few shirts but what about rest of clothes? Bathroom could be renovated a little bit - hangers for towels were broken as well as the one for handshower - can be repaired. All kitchen equipment (plates, mugs, cutlery) were only limited to two pieces (maybe person responsible for this apartment prepared it for us). Also remember to be careful with keys to the main door and person responsible for this place should specify the instruction how to close/open door - by 'turn key x times', should say that the turn is 180 degrees and not 360. We had a small incident during secon day and I must have closed door using one additional and unnecesary key turn which leaded to locking main door. Person responsible for this place came with some other man and helped with the door but gave me unpleasant and rude 'lecture' followed by unnecessary 'open/close door practice'.
• Judith (10/5): Great apartment with large terrace. - We really loved staying here - it's large, well-equipped and the terrace is wonderful! Excellent location, just off a busy street. You can walk everywhere perfectly safely. Only 10 - 15 mins walk ( max)from Napoli Centrale Station. Nice shower, plenty hot water. Comfy bed. Good kitchen, washing machine, and close to supermarkets/ grocery shops. Plenty of good restaurants. Although the approach and exterior initially appear worrying, it is a totally safe area and the apartment is lovely. Steep stairs to 4th floor, so not suitable for those with mobility issues. I recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again. Excellent value for money.

• Sophie (6/5): Okay, nice flat but not best location for 4 young girls. - Flat was very nice and enjoyed the balcony. When leaving two people who we hadn’t met came to collect the keys. We were expected the host to be the one collecting the keys. Also had to watch them inspect the whole flat and decide if we were getting deposit back so very intimidating experience.

• Dorte (7/5): Good - The big private terrace . The location is perfect with walking distance to most of the attractions. I think the place is a little worn out. I wonder why there are no wineglasses in the kitchen in a country, that produces so much wine.

I did some research to find somewhere with no scary entrance down an alleyway, this is perfect as it's off a brightly lit courtyard/lane which goes straight onto a main street. 10 mins walking from the train station/airport bus. Many thanks! Nothing, highly recommended

• Florentina (9/5): Central, quirky, great deal - Roomy, great terrace (!), good location about 15 mins from Napoli Centrale, close to shops and places to eat and drink. Host was very friendly. Good value for money. Can get a bit chilly, but heating works well. A lot of decor - could probably do with less, but that's a style choice ;)

• Bernhard (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice little apartment close to the historic city center. Perfect for a group up to three people. The rooftop terrace was great. Wifi and aircondition are working perfectly. you also have a washing machine and hairdryer. Nothing..for us, it was perfect.
