• Sophie (10/5): Excellente adresse dans Milan - Le quartier est fort sympathique. Pres de jolies églises et du musée des sciences et juste à côté du métro. Très pratique ! L'appartement est très beau : de grands volumes, de belles chambres, deux SDB lumineuses et fonctionnelles. La cuisine est grande. On y mange facilement à 4. Un grand magasin pam au bout de la rue pour faire les courses. Un sympathique restaurant sarde au pied de l'immeuble. Émilie, la propriétaire est sympathique et tres réactive. Une tres bonne adresse pour séjourner à Milan dans d'excellentes conditions.

• Tanja (8/5): Wunderschöne Altbauwohnung in bester Lage. - Die Wohnung liegt optimal, die nächste Metro-Station befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Navigli sind zu Fuss in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und es gibt einen Aufzug. Sie ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Emilie, die Gastgeberin war von Anfang an immer erreichbar. Unglücklicherweise hat in den 2 Tagen Aufenthalt das Wifi nicht funktioniert, auf das wir leider etwas angewiesen waren. Emilie hat direkt versucht, sich darum zu kümmern, aber anscheinend handelte es sich um ein Problem im Haus, nicht des eigenen Routers.

Excellent accueil , proposant son aide pour l'enregistrement de notre véhicule en zone C, pour nous indiquer les facilités aux alentours ( commerces, restaurants, métro, ...). L'appartement est grand, bien équipé, très agréable, tranquille, idéal pour 5 personnes, et très bien placé. Nous avons laissé notre voiture sur le parking de l'appartement pendant 3 jours et nous avons fait toutes nos visites à pied. Nous ne regrettons pas du tout notre choix. Rien, tout était très bien.

• Nadezda (7/5): Charming place, but poor communication and some issues - Charming place, but poor communication and some issues The apartment has a nice vintage style and is well located, close to the center with good infrastructure nearby. However, one bed was extremely squeaky, walls are thin, and cleanliness could be improved (dust in the wardrobe, cigarette butts on the balcony). The biggest issue was communication — no reply for three days about how to get the keys. Even on check-out day, we had to message on WhatsApp to get a response. Surprisingly, the host became much more friendly once we were already in Milan. Also, note that the apartment is in Zone C — if you enter by car incorrectly, you may get fined. Better to check this in advance online.

She organised to have the television fixed and responded promptly to any requests we had during our three week stay. Emilie’s suggestions for restaurants and coffee shops in the area were very helpful - we tried many of them and all were fantastic.

We notified the host when our plane arrived but told him we still needed to get a taxi. There was a very long line of people waiting for a taxi. We got there as soon as we could, but felt like we had inconvenienced the host. He had his friend meet us. He appeared slightly annoyed. He charged us 40 euros for the tourist tax, seemed excessive for 3 nights. The only other issue was there was only a tub in one of the bathrooms; it was beautiful but I would have preferred a shower.

Having a second shower was great as the main one is in the bath. The shower was a bit dark and can be a little hard to get in and out if you have a mobility issue (one step)

It had a warm, bright, yet homely feel from the minute you arrive. The apartment is very spacious and gave us plenty of room for us and our two adult daughters. The facilities were excellent with fully stocked kitchen and everything was clean & comfortable. We even had free streaming services as added bonus. The location is good with metro station supermarket and restaurants on the same street. Duomo was a comfortable 15min walk. I would highly recommend this place! Nothing

Matresses are different between the beds. Make sure you're choosing the right bedroom. The property is very clean and tidy. Private parking spot inside the inner yard. There is an elevator inside the building. Take in consideration that it is located in Milano Area C. If you are arriving by car, you'll need to pay tax for the entrance to the area c during daytime from Monday to Friday. Owners are very kind and helpful. Speciall thanks for the welcome drink. None

She also very responsive to our questions and requests during our stay. The apartment was on the 4th floor of a big building. You practically need to go through two gates to enter the building so it did provide the sense of security. The cute little old-fashion lift was very helpful especially for transporting luggage. The location was great. Easy to reach most of the main attractions. The apartment was very spacial. Two bathrooms were a big plus. MOSQUITO! MOSQUITO! MOSQUITO!

We arrived really late on our first night and she was super accommodating. We appreciated all the little extras, the bottled water and a bottle of Prosecco. We love our coffee and was happy to see there was a nespresso machine in the kitchen as well.

Location was excellent, easy to walk to the main attractions (10 to 15 mins) or get the metro, several supermarkets and restaurants a short walk away. Two bathrooms great for a family with teenagers. Owners really easy to engage with and friendly. Minor thing. Double bed had a hard mattress for our taste.

Host went out of her way to coordinate with our arrival time. very much appreciated after a long day of travelling. Loved the courtyard space and sense of privacy for the bedrooms. At present with the new Metro line going in, "Via Edmondo de Amicis" is a bit of a building site. Not a problem outside the property. but elsewhere paths are convoluted.

• Phiroze (10/5): the most beautiful home one can call their own - the property is simply exceptional, occupying the 4th floor in a heritage structure. one enters the building through a beautiful courtyard, with proper security and go to the 4th level in an old heritage lift (working beautifully). one opens the door to the apartment and POW. The space hits you with a beautiful lobby and living dining room. being 5 of us we shared 2 comfortable bedrooms, all set up perfectly for us. the kitchen has all the necessary equipment to cook. overall a place one would call home. nothing
