• dawood (1/5): It was horrible i stayed 2 days without electricity and no air conditioning for 3 my whole booking days - The rooms were okay I rented this apartment for only three days, but I can honestly say these were the worst days I’ve ever experienced while traveling with my family! Although the apartment is clean and well-organized from the inside and the owner clearly takes care of it, there are some major negative points: 1. The apartment is not suitable for families. From 10 PM until 6 AM, groups of teenage boys and girls gather near the street next to the apartment, making loud noises and behaving inappropriately, which prevents families from sleeping or feeling safe. 2. The apartment owner does not care about the comfort of the tenant and acts indifferently. For example, when I arrived, the air conditioner was not working. I contacted him to get it fixed, and I was shocked when he said, “I’ll fix it after ten days,” even though I was only staying for three days! He even said, “If you want to leave the apartment, that’s up to you.” Keep in mind that I had booked it a long time in advance and paid the full rental fee well ahead of time. In short, my family and I stayed three days without electricity, in the dark. I do not recommend this apartment for families.

• Sarah (10/5): Great apartment out of touristy areas. - Great location, we love to walk and explore, so it was perfect. Very spacious and comfortable. It wasn't a big thing, but I just couldn't figure out how to get the air con to work, so was rather warm at night.
• Rade (6/5): Don’t recommend it. Not clean enough and in the bad hood. - Apartment was fine. It is definitely different than on the pictures. It wasn’t clean enough. A lot of inventory is old and damaged. Apartment is in the hood where you can feel easily unpleasant. All in all, i don’t recommend this apartment.
• Inga (9/5): Superb - I liked the location of the apartment, the apartment itself was clean and fragrant. The apartment had everything you need. There was a coffee pot, there was a washing machine. The owner is great, she sent instructions with photos on how to enter the apartment. There is a bar under the windows, it was loud at night, it didn't bother me, but it could bother someone.
• Alexander (10/5): Comfortable and calm place, secure and safe, good wifi. Self-checkin - Good location. 15min walk from Termini station. Self check-in was pretty easy and comfortable, elevator. High-speed wifi a very cozy caffe Libreria behind the house (a must to visit) everything was superb

• Naifang (8/5): good stay in Rome. - the owner was well informed, there was an elevator and close to supermarkets. it’s about 20 min walk to termini station making it a good stay for traveling. the unit has well equipped kitchen utensils. wifi air-con was good. the bed was very comfortable and big. the unit was very big and relaxing on the inside. there was a lot of mosquitoes, I got bitten all over, more than 20 bites, even on my face. so I recommend the owner preparing some mosquitoes repellants in the unit for the next guests staying :)

• Ana (9/5): Comfortable and well connected apartment in San Lorenzo, great to enjoy a local experience. - Everything is the same as the pictures. It was a very comfortable apartment for 3. The beds were confortable and the kitchen well equipped. We had a long stay and Emanuela sent someone to freshen up everything in the middle of it. We really appreciated that. It was very clean and the bedding and towels felt very clean as well. The shower set up was a bit awkward but we got used to it fast. The water pressure is always great through out the apartment and there’s always hot water available The neighborhood is of full of life at night. You won’t notice much of the noise with ear plugs. For us it was okay, we slept perfectly fine every night. If you are too noise sensitive then just consider it. The location is excellent. Connected with a couple of bus stops a few minutes of walking away. It’s well connected with the 71 and 492 buses which take you to all of the important “must see” places in Rome. Termini is a 15-20min walk away. There’s a supermarket 3mins away (walking). San Lorenzo is a very charming neighborhood. Lots of good local food to try and the feeling of a very Roman lifestyle. If you want something more authentic and less tourist oriented, then this is perfect for that. I would stay here again. .
