• Heather (9/5): Great spot, spacious and comfortable apartment, handy to restaurants and shops - Location was excellent. The apartment was big and well appointed in traditional furnishings. Was so nice not to be cramped into a small hotel room! The lounge suite was pretty uncomfortable, and the bed was pretty average. Apart from that, everything we needed was supplied - the towels, bedding etc - and the kitchen was adequately supplied so we could cook meals Great shower, with ample hot water. And a bonus - the TV had Netflix!
• Tamar (4/5): - Please make sure to read this before booking the apartment!!! The apartment is very beautiful and in a great location, close to the station.It has lovely decorations and furniture, however, it is neither properly maintained nor truly clean. The street is very noisy, and if you keep the windows open at night, it’s almost impossible to sleep. The bathroom sink also has a drainage problem, and the water does not flow properly, causing it to collect in the sink. The pillows, towels, and many other items had yellow stains, which made it obvious they were not cleaned properly. In the living room, you will also find cleaning tools like a broom and a floor mop placed in the same area as the dining table. The main issue we experienced was that despite our late check-in and long journey, the apartment was not fully prepared when we arrived. After a 12-hour trip, when all you want is to rest, the bed linens had not been changed and there were no towels in the apartment. They arrived 3 hours later, brought by a very kind young man who apologized many times. However, the responsible person did not respond to us in a timely manner. As compensation, they waived the City Tax payment. Would I stay in this apartment again in the future? No.

• Paulo Sergio (9/5): Foi muito bom! eu ficaria ness local novamente. - O local é excelente, próximo da Romana Termini e de alguns pontos turísticos. Dá para fazer praticamente tudo praticamente a pé, mas pode fazer de metro também. Caso tenha rinite precisa avisar o anfitrião para que não coloque produtos de limpeza perfumados. Outro ponto importante e que a água quente pode faltar, dependendo da quantidade de pessoas e do tempo de banho. Estávamos em 3 pessoas e no primeiro dia, minha filha acabou ficando sem tomar banho quente. Acredito que é ideal para 2 pessoas.

Angolo cottura fornito per cucinare. Letto comodissimo.
• Dragos (10/5): Incomparably better than a hotel room at the same price - This apartment is located in a very nice area of Rome and at the same time very conveniently in terms of closeness to the transportation system (5 minutes to Termini), touristic sites (3-4 minutes to Santa Maria Maggiore and 15 min on foot to Colosseum), good restaurants (one is at the ground floor) and supermarkets (Il Castoro is 3-4 minutes on foot). The apartment is very clean and well equipped with all you need for a pleasant stay. Above all, the host is super-supportive, she assists you over the check-in procedure with short videos, checks if there are extra-things you might need and is open to leave your luggage earlier in the apartment. In short, for this money, you cannot find better in Rome. All was fine for us.

The instruction to enter the apartment was very clear. The location was very good. Max 5 minutes from Termini station where you can go every from that station (train, metro, buses) I didn't like: shower. There's no water draining in the bathroom. So once water spilled around, it accumulated there. Thanks to the host, they provide the rag to soak water. However, it doesn't work and the proper solution should be in place. Elevator. Narrow. The middle wooden door made me angry...

The Metro made it easy to reach all attractions. Hop on hop off bus just around the corner opposite train station. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host was extremely helpful.

• Bernd (10/5): So hatten wie uns den Besuch in Rom vorgestellt - Freundlichkeit von Irene war super. Die Wohnung war prima und in einer tollen Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten konnte man zu Fuss erreichen.
• Yekaterina (9/5): Отличное соотношение цены и качества - Отличное расположение для тех, кто любит активно гулять и ездить по окрестностям, - удобно и быстро добираться и до центра, и до вокзала Термини. Рядом есть метро, остановки общественного транспорта. В 10 мин хотьбы большой супермаркет, в котором можно купить всё необходимое. Инструкция по заселению понятная, персонал на связи в ватсап, отвечает быстро, помогают советами. В апартаментах тихо, так как находятся на 4 этаже (есть лифт) и окна выходят на тихие улицы, рядом нет шумных баров. Это особенно ценно после того, как днем набегаешься, и вечером хочется тишины и покоя. Сам номер просторный, теплый, аутентично оформленный. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного пребывания, включая нормально работающую технику (утюг, кондеры, тв) и мелочи (соль-сахар, масло, чай-кофе, моющие средства, миниаптечка, зонт). Вайфай очень слабенький. И звукоизоляция в номере плохая - если не повезет с соседями, будете слышать все чужие разговоры. Но нам повезло, только одну ночь за стенкой шумели. Было бы хорошо менять постельное белье хотя бы раз в неделю. Мы останавливались на 9 ночей, за это время один раз была уборка в ванной и смена полотенец, но постельное не меняли.

The communication with our host was super easy and she was really nice too! We had a late check-in (around 1am), and asked to leave our bags in the apartment for a few hours after check-out, which were accomodated without any issues! Still grateful! Very close to Termini station and Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore, easy to approach, with an elevator in the building. We would definietly go back!

The location was in the centre of Rome next to the main train station , metro , tram and bus stops. There were many excellent restaurants within walking distance. Not a lot. It had everything we needed, was clean, spacious, homely, and was perfect for our stay. There is a decent sized bedroom with a balcony, lots of storage, and a very comfortable bed. We also used the sofa bed, which was comfortable and easy to use. The bathroom was clean and a great size. We had an issue with the toilet whilst there, ans the host came out on Easter Sunday to fix it. They were super responsive and helpful. There is a lift to access the property if needed, and check in was easy to follow. I will definitely stay here again.

• Kathryn (9/5): Next time I'm in Rome, I would definitely consider booking the apartments again. - The apartment was centrally located and very convenient to the main train station. It had all the amenities that we required for our stay in Rome, and it was nicely laid out and decorated and surprising large considering the apartment was in the heart of Rome. There was an elevator in the building, and though small, was adequate for our needs. It was nice that the two apartments that we rented were side by side, and though it required 3 different locks to enter the building and the apartment (!), we felt secure. It was a little confusing communicating with the host once we landed in Rome, but it all worked out in the end, and we were met by the host's representative at the apartment who showed us the lock system for entering into our apartment hallway and the two apartments. We forgot to pay the city taxes as instructed when we checked out, and we apologize again for that, but it might help if there was a sign above the kitchen table reminding guests to leave the tax money on their way out. Unfortunately, we Americans are not used to paying additional fees in cash at the end of a shot term rental stay. Thanks for letting us settle up through Paypal.

• Marina (7/5): 1 week in September - Location is ok, very close to Roma Termini and 15-20 minutes to city center by foot. Next door are bars and restaurants, supermarket is 5 minutes away. Street and building are nice. Apartment is quite spacious, 2 big beds, kitchen is fully equipped, AC. Quiet sleeping. The owner is very nice, in time communication. Shower is extremely small, you hit the walls while taking it. Apartment is dark, walls are painted into dark yellow colour. It has only 2 windows looking into small inner yard. Downstairs in the yard there is a kitchen of the restaurant, therefore if you want to open a window to let some day light into the room , starting 11 in the morning till 11 at night all smell from the kitchen comes directly to the apartment. In the morning you also cannot open a window because there is a construction noise coming from other apartments in the inner yard from 8 in the morning. So finally you end up locked in the dark apartments with closed windows and AC on. If you use it only for sleeping, it’s ok. If you want to enjoy coffee or wine sometimes being at home- no.
• Debbie (6/5): Whilst its a great location, world not book there again - Breakfast was not included Dust on most surfaces. No toiletries, toaster broken, safe did not lock, had to wash the bowls and plates and chips as had dried food/coffee grains on them. Biggest dissapointment was I booked 2 apartments paid 2500 Australia dollars for each one and one was much smaller, not bench to prepare food on, one was most definately overpriced.

It hasn’t been cleaned well in a very long time. No one checks in on you to see if you need anything. Horrible communication. And how hard would it be to paint the front door? Put a little TLC and pride into the place for f~~k’s sake

We needed a 2nd set of keys as my companion and I were taking day trips separately. I was never able to get them to respond to this request.

Our flight arrival was after 8 pm, therefore we couldn't use apartment since first day we booked it. We had to order another one for one night. Owner didn't accepted offer of paying extra for late arrival, neither sending a friend for a key. Once we arrived there next day the room wasn't ready, it gave me the feeling that there was another customer for one night.
