• Sven (10/5): Mooi en prachtig gelegen gelijkvloers appartement met patio. Zeer lieve host. - Schitterend gelegen in de gezellige buurt van Trastevere, waar je makkelijk iedere avond kan vertoeven. Accomodatie met alle faciliteiten die nodig zijn. Ook koffie, thee stond beschikbaar. Gastvrouw stond ons op te wachten en was super lief. Veel tips gekregen, ook nadien via whatsup. Alle bezienswaardigheden op maximaal 40 minuten stappen, dus alles is goed te voet te doen. Wij hebben op geen enkel moment het openbaar vervoer of een taxi moeten nemen. Vrijdag en zaterdag avond was er wel wat lawaai van het nabijgelegen restaurant. Was wel gedaan tegen 23u. Voor de rest niets op aan te merken.

• Alex (9/5): Prachtig appartement op een top locatie! - De locatie is echt fantastisch. Het appartement bevindt zich perfect gelegen in Trastevere. Beter kun je het niet treffen. Het appartement is ruim en je kunt er gemakkelijk met 2/3 mensen overnachten. De eigenaresse is een pareltje! Ze is super lief en geeft heel veel goede tips. Een echte Romeinse dame. De nespresso capsules lagen klaar voor een lekker kopje koffie 's ochtends. Deze plek is een absolute aanrader! De volgende keer Rome, boek ik zeker weer dit appartement. Er is ietwat weinig licht inval wat niet heel erg is als je elke dag onderweg bent.

• Natasa (10/5): Ein stilvoller Aufenthalt im Herzen von Trastevere – authentisch, entspannt und genau das, was man sich für Rom wünscht. - Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort in Rom angekommen. Die Lage in Trastevere ist perfekt: zentral, alles fußläufig erreichbar und gleichzeitig angenehm ruhig und authentisch. Besonders gefallen haben mir die hohen Decken, die Einrichtung und die Atmosphäre. Kleinigkeiten wie eine leichte Hellhörigkeit bzw. Geräusche von außen – in einer lebendigen Gegend wie Trastevere aber absolut nachvollziehbar.

• Nesrin (8/5): Central accommodation - Very central accommodation and walking distance to everything. Our host was very nice, helpful and punctual. She has thought of all the little details for the accommodation. There was even butter and lemon in the fridge. Thank you Daniela. Humidity. If you have asthma like I do, you can feel it. When you entered the accommodation in the evening it smelled damp and musty. Despite this, I would stay here again.
• Petra (9/5): Wunderbar liebe Gastgeberin, sehr sauber und ruhig, die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, genial! - Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Mitten im Geschehen und in der Wohnung (Souterrain) ist es angenehm ruhig. Die Gastgeberin hat uns viele Tipps gegeben für Restaurants, Shopping und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir konnten Sie jederzeit alles Fragen und sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und ist sehr flexibel. Auch hat Sie uns ein Taxi gerufen und gesagt, welcher Betrag zu bezahlen ist. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gab auch eine kleine Terrasse mit einer Sitzmöglichkeit draußen. Das Bad hat ein Fenster zum Lüften. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Da es eine Souterrain Wohnung ist, kommt wenig Licht in die Räume. Das macht aber nichts, da man in Rom nur zum Schlafen zuhause ist. Die Stadt bietet sehr viel.

• Vizinat (10/5): Lovely, well stocked flat in Trastevere - Daniela was a gracious host, she showed us how everything worked. The flat was well stocked, they even had clothes washing liquid. There was a lovely outdoor space to sit and dry clothes. The flat was comfortable and met all our needs. There are alot of great italian restaurants around. A delicious mexican restaurant as well if you want a change of pace right next door. The tourist attractions are a good 25-30 min walk away. The taxi stand is close and we were able to catch cabs from there.

Walk out to a pedestrian street, full of restaurants and bars. And miraculously super quiet at night since the apartment faces the back of the building. As photos show, the apartment is spacious, has a huge backyard and it is super clean. Add a wonderful and attentive host, plus a reasonable price and you end up with your perfect place in Rome. If you find this jewel available on the dates you are planning to go to Rome, do not hesitate, book it. Nothing
• Birgit (8/5): Great apartment in the perfect spot of Trastevere. - Everything is clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The location is perfect, if you like to stay in Trastevere. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. The mattress of the sofa-bed was very uncomfortable. I had very bad pain in my back afterwards and couldn’t sleep most of the time. They should renew the mattress, and it would be perfect.
• Simon (10/5): We had a wonderful first trip to Rome. So glad we stayed in this property and this area. Daniela the host could not have - The location of this property was fantastic, easy to walk into the centre for all the sights . Trastevere has all the cafes , bars, bakeries and restaurants you need tho with an incredible vibe to enjoy when you want to get out of the centre. Very safe and clean apartment with everything you need. It was lovely to have the small garden to sit in to enjoy a morning coffee. The only negative was that the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs through the mattress and it squeaked loudly Everytime somebody moved on the bed. It meant that the 2 who slept on it didn’t get much sleep at all which was the only negative about the whole property. If there is only 2 travelling and you only need the main bedroom then not a problem but we were a family of 4 .

The apartment is an oasis of calm in a busy location. Step through the door and the city falls away. Capable and thoughtful host was welcoming and available as needed; she proactively provided helpful information to orient us in the use of the apartment, amenities in the neighborhood and best routes through the city, as well as several tips for getting around. She also arranged our cab for us when we departed, which we appreciated. Very clean apartment. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Large glass doors in living room provide generous light to this ground-level apartment; full-length curtains over these doors provide privacy and darkness as preferred. Handsome fully tiled floors throughout enhance the classic modern style and gently mid-century modern decor. Quiet, spacious, attractive, well equipped with detailed kitchen gear, pots & pans (no microwave oven), placemats, tea & coffee, etc. Double-level patio enhances sense of spaciousness. We suggested to our host that she add a small reading lamp in the living room, which otherwise has general bright lighting; she said she plans to do that. (We moved a bedside lamp into the living room while we were there, which worked fine.) Some noise from adjacent restaurants and tenants was audible but the apartment is so quiet it was not intrusive, so we were not disturbed and had no trouble falling asleep. Overall, our stay was wonderful; highly recommend!

• Aszka (10/5): Amazing stay in a beautiful apartment in the extraordinary city - Very good localisation, nice neighbourhood, around 25 minutes to most of the monuments. The host is very helpful and eager to explain how to get to most known places. The apartment was very clean and prepared well with all extras (coffee, extra towels, etc). Nice restaurants nearby and all needed places - shops, bakeries, bus stops are also very close. The apartment is very nice designed!

Location ist perfect. A lots of restaurants and bars, street music, but very calm inside the apartment. The next time we visit Rome, we will stay again at Renella 92.
