Det vil dog være rart hvis billeder på booking.com ikke er en blanding af to lejligheder. Men at man kan se præcis hvad man kan forvente. Prisen er måske lidt høj, men det er nok niveauet i Rom….
• Barbara (10/5): Daniel is a wonderful host and property is very stylish in a good location. - It is very nicely furnished. Bathroom shower is good. Kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook a few meals. Liked that we could open the door and hear the birds, bells from St. Peter’s, and the chatter from the restaurant below. The stairs were a little bit of work!
• Emma (10/5): Perfect place for first time visitors. - The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything you could need for a lovely stay. My sister and i stayed for 4 nights using both the main bedroom and the sofa bed, both were really comfortable. The walk in wardrobe was an unexpected welcome surprise and the basilica view is lovemy. The location is perfect, not too central so lovely and quiet but within 15 minute walk to the centre. Plenty of little restaurants and shops in the immediate area though. Daniele the host was fab, he was so helpful and friendly, spent some time giving us recommendations, hints and tips plus a lovely little map which we used all weekend. Will definitely try to make plans to return and would be glad to stay here again.

• Corinna (10/5): Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! - Die Unterkunft ist einfach toll. Sie ist super ausgestattet, sauber und sehr geräumig! Die Lage ist einfach unglaublich, gefühlt ist man drei Schritte von Vatikan entfernt. In nächster Nähe befindet sich alles was man für einen Rom Aufenthalt benötigt. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir meistens ganz in der Nähe gegessen haben, da wir das Viertel gar nicht verlassen wollten. Unglaublich ist auch der Gastgeber Daniele, freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit - eine echte 10/10! Absolute Empfehlung! Das nach Hause fahren :(

• Martin (10/5): - Die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im Borgoviertel. Vieles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung war im 2. Stock eines alten Hauses, ruhig, gut eingerichtet, hatte ein großes Badezimmer. In der Küche alles was man brauchte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
• Sean (10/5): A perfect apartment in a quiet location with a lovely host - Daniele was the perfect host, he contacted us before our visit and provided helpful advice regarding the airport shuttle and was at the apartment ready to meet us on arrival. The apartment is in a lovely quiet spot near the Vatican and we had a view of the dome. On arrival Daniele showed us around to make sure we knew where everything was and then spent time going through a map of the city and giving us helpful advice regarding sites to visit and local restaurants. As we had his number on What's App he was contactable in case of emergency. We would definitely stay here again.

• Marta (10/5): Felicidad, descanso y vida. - Todo un apartamento muy lindo entras en un edificio del año 1400 y te encuentras con un apartamento del 2025, cómodo, excelente vista, barrio muy tranquilo con mucha vida, todo cercano lugares turísticos, lugares para cenar. Rescato un extintor en el apartamento eso es muy importante al menos para mi que soy brigadista. Debo rescatar por sobretodo la atención del anfitrión que nos espero en el lugar y estuvo dispuesto para ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitamos es importante ver al anfitrión para nosotros eso hace mas acogedor todo ya que el mismo te pasa las llaves y te enseña todo el apartamento, ademas nos dio datos muy útiles de locomoción, comida y lugares turísticos. Nada que decir.

Great Location, larger than expected, the real Rome experience we loved it! - Daniele our host met us at the location, he assisted with our bags up the 2 flights of stairs and gave us a run down of the place, he then proceeded to give us some tips and recommendations for Rome, couldn't ask for a better host. Location was perfect right in the heart of Vatican City, minutes walk from the Basilica. Lots of great restaurants (do take on his recommendations), food options and convenience stores, and a supermarket only a few minutes walk. Easy walk into heart of Rome or the metro for further travels i.e. Colosseum. The place was perfect, larger than expected, separate lounge dining and kitchen, large functional modern bathroom, storage closet / wardrobe. And the view of the Basilica from the apartment was amazing. This place gave us the real Rome experience, our favourite stay of our 5 week honeymoon around Europe. Would love to stay again in future. Thanks Daniele! Nothing we did not like.

Das haben wir wirklich noch nie gesehen. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Wir sind nur zum Kolosseum mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gefahren, ansonsten haben wir alles zu Fuß geschafft.

• Michele (10/5): Perfect vacation in a perfect location in Rome! - Daniele was a great host. He met us at the apartment with the key and even took all of our luggage up the stairs to the apartment. He oriented us to all the good places to see in Rome and good places to eat which were all close by. He was accessible for any questions the whole time we were there. When it was time to leave he met with us and helped us get our luggage back down the steps. If we ever come back to Rome we'd love to stay here again. Everything was perfect!

Plenty of storage, washing machine came in very handy. Shower was nice, bed and pillows were comfy. Nothing we didn’t like. Maybe the only thing to bear in mind if you struggle with walking etc is, the apartment is up 3 flights of stairs and the stairs are made of stone and were quite steep so if you struggle. Didn’t affect us at all though and loved how the building was full of character!

The steep stairs up to the apartment, hard going after a day of exploring, but that is a minor niggle mainly due to me, being unfit 😀

It was great to have full kitchen and a washing machine machine. The property has a warm and inviting appeal. The location is in the Vatican walls and just blocks to the Museum and Vatican. Would definitely stay again, only longer. There are 3 sets of stairs but worth it. Not for a person with disabilities.

• Sherri (10/5): Wonderful stay! - The location is fantastic! The interior black shutters were a blessing to allow sleep during the day after traveling. The apt is less than 1000 steps to the Vatican museums, St Peters Bacilica and Castle Saint Angelo. There are at least 5 restaurants within 1 small block, a pharmacy 50 ft away and a grocery a block away. I am over 55 and traveling alone and I felt very safe in the neighborhood.

Our confusion was sorted quickly after we called.

Bathroom was 5 star: great water pressure, modern walk-in shower, toilet and bidet. Daniele was a wonderful host. He met is at the unit and our luggage up to the unit. He also booked our taxi for our early morning Rome departure, met us for at the unit to carry the luggage down the stairs and out us by our taxi. We’d definitely stay there again

The location is only 5 minutes walk from Saint Peter's Basilica. Supermarket Pam & Carrefour were close as well. Very convenient location. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Laundry is definitely a plus. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Nothing.

Daniele made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and even went above and beyond by getting our bags up and down from the apartment as well as set up a taxi for us. We could not have asked for a better stay in Rome. There are about 20 stairs to get to the apartment but it was well worth the effort as the apartment and host were great.

Very quit location. Restaurant on pedestrian street outside front door. The host, Danielle greeted us, carried our luggage up the stairs and was very helpful with any assistance you required, be it restaurant recommendations or arranging taxis. A tiny thing, but I personally like a electric coffee maker with pods versus the old stove top boil coffee maker. Realize many would like the old traditional coffee maker. Sofa probably needs replacing.

• Peter (10/5): BOOK THIS PLACE, YOU WONT BE SORRY - The host greeted us on arrival and gave us a tour of the place plus instructions. He also took the time to provide us local information and places of interest. At the end of the stay he greeted us and helped us with our bags. We travelled for 5 weeks through Germany, France and Italy and this was the best place we stayed in.

• Gary (10/5): Rome in 4-days - The suite was well appointed and perfectly located for our 4-day stay in Rome. Daniele, our host, was very helpful from the get-go by meeting us with the keys and giving us plenty of information on the sights and facilities. The suite is well within comfortable walking distance of the major landmarks of Rome, particularly St.Peters and the Vatican Museums. There was nothing within the control of our host that we didn't like. Located in a city, the suite will always be subject to the noise of neighbours and activity in the streets. You will notice it if your own home is located in a very quiet environment like ours.
• Dora (10/5): Perfect Stay - Amazing historical building insanely close to the Vatican Museums and St Peter's Basilica! Daniele was so helpful and friendly, could not have asked for a better host! The suite itself was beautifully decorated and spacious. Had all the facilities you would want. Overall a superb stay! Not an issue for us, but be warned that the beautiful historic tiled flooring can be a bit dusty - might be worth bringing extra socks or slippers!
• Victoria (10/5): Ancient and modern, comfort and location together. - The owner Daniele is amazing - super helpful, friendly, treats you like family. Space is clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. The only thing that might be a problem for disable or elderly guests is the (literally) ancient stairs leading up to the apartment. But Daniele carried my suitcase for me - what a superstar!
