- Vimbai (9/5): We enjoyed our stay. There was hot water when we wanted to shower, enough toiletries and towels were provided, it was cl - At was convenient location and comfortable for our short stay-close to the Vatican All good for a short stay, perfect location close to St Peter’s Square and Vatican museum, a few restaurants close by.
- Carol (10/5): Lovely and helpfull host and good place to stay in family. - Perfect place a few blocks from the Vatican, convenience for those who would like to enjoy from the Vatican and Rome.
Place has all the facilities, clean and spacious. None
- Nadine (9/5): Definitely recommend for a family trip. - Apartment is beautiful, Federica is so helpful even with itinerary ideas and location is so close to the Vatican. It’s on the first floor with a lift. The street it is in is so quiet and lovely. Not too touristy at all but within 5 minutes walk.
It had all the items required for a stay even a Nespresso and a washing machine. There is also a small yard. Bedrooms have AC. Nothing
- Roman (9/5): Just book it, perfect for few nights for a family or two couples. - Clean. Spacious. Well equipped. Very friendly and attentive host. Calm, no regular street noise, it's dead silent most of the time (see below). Close to everything, yet a bit on a side. Feels old in a good sense, the apartment and the building. Perfect for 3-4 nights for a family in Rome. We walked everywhere on foot. No regrets, would book again. If price is right, don't waste time looking elsewhere. Fluctuating shower temperature.
There are bikes occasionally going super fast in the alley and also some cars every now and then. You hear them clearly and so you do people talking when they pass by. In the morning when the city wakes up at 6-7am you hear that more and it can be disruptive if you're not used to living in the city center with poor sound insulation. It didn't impact our overall impression, but just so you know.

- Steven (10/5): Really enjoyed our stay, great location and friendly host. - The location was excellent and the host very friendly and informative. Apartment was very clean, spacious with a well equipped kitchen.

- Miloš (10/5): Perfect ;) - The apartment was waiting for us clean, tidy in a fantastic location near the Vatican. Upon arrival, the host showed us the apartment and how everything works so we would not have problems with anything. She explained to us where to go, where to eat, where to find cheap and quality food, ice cream, what is worth seeing and what is not. The apartment was fully equipped, from shampoo, soap, towels to washing machine and iron, which we used mainly during rainy weather. We really enjoyed our stay thanks to the hostess and her accommodation. Frederica thank you so much again.
- Giovanni (9/5): Would stay there again - Spacious, large bathroom,
- Christopher (9/5): Good sized apartment in Rome - large and spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped, plus it had a private outdoor courtyard.
lo action was very good especially for visiting the Vatican. Several supermarkets close by and also lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. Great to have a washing machine but instructions on its use would have been helpful, particularly regarding turning on the water.
- Robert (9/5): Superb - Quiet location close to tourist attractions and restaurants
- Madeleine (8/5): Very good -
- Joanna (10/5): Great for family with teens. Super location. - We spent 3 nights in Rome at Domus Ines and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves the apartment was more spacious than expected for such a central location with 2 teenage daughters space is needed. Cannot fault it communication was great, had everything we needed. Transfer from airport around 40mins with a fixed €50 fee. Locality was great so close to the Vatican City and lots of choice of bars, supermarkets and restaurant we enjoyed starting our evenings out at the cocktail/coffee/book bar next door which was great, lovely cocktails and a must to visit, staff very friendly.
I ran most mornings along the river, which was a lovely start to the day and we walked into Rome each day for sight seeing. Would choose to stay here again. Nothing to add here all was good.
- David (8/5): Best location and host was really helpful - Perfect location, easy walking to everywhere and great Restaurants and bars just around the corner. Small supermarket also very close
- Biliana (10/5): I’d stay there again anytime. - Incredibly convenient location, while retaining a ‘local’ feel if you look just a little bit further afield. The property is very spacious and the extra bonus of the courtyard was just fantastic.
We visited in May with temperatures of 27 degrees C - we did not need to use the AC and were grateful for the solid Roman walls keeping the place cool.
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alistair (10/5): Great place to stay in Rome - Lovely flat in a great location for a fair price. The layout of the living room could have been more homely.
- Donald (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kirstie (10/5): Family accommodation in Rome centre - Super friendly and helpful host. Lovely comfy apartment in good location especially for Vatican City. Mattresses for the twin beds are a bit uncomfortable so could do with a topper or replacement
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Leah (10/5): Exceptional - Federica was so helpful and was very accommodating as we had a baby with us and had certain requests. The area is lovely with nice restaurants around the corner and it's close to the Vatican too.
- David (10/5): Fabulous break in Rome at a superb apartment! - The property was clean, modern and well equipped - it had the added bonus of a private patio! The owner was so helpful sorting out taxis from the airport; telling us where to eat and what to see… nothing seemed to be too much trouble! The apartment is in a great central location - extremely close to the Vatican! I highly recommend this property - absolutely superb! Nothing at all! It was fabulous!!!
- Stefan (10/5): Exceptional - We were pretty happy with this lovely flat and would certainly consider to come back, when coming to Rome
- Roberto (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful location in the charming picturesque neighborhood right near the Vatican. This apartment was absolutely adorable, comfortable and the perfect setup for a family. We traveled with our two teen daughters and they fell in love with the beautiful large wood-framed windows that opened up to the cobblestone street below.
The apartment was spacious, the kitchen was well appointed with anything needed to cook a meal if desired. The private terrace was beautiful to enjoy your morning coffee on. We had great communication with the owner who came and provided us with good information about getting around town and were to find good gelato!
The location is near restaurants, the Vatican, and about a 20-minute walk to the city center. Easy to catch hop on hop off buses and other modes of transport as well. We would definitely stay here again!
- Sebastian (10/5): Exceptional - Nice appartement in great location. For such a central location it is relatively quiet. The kitchen is small but well equipped. The rooms are very nice. Thanks to Federica for all the tips.
- Tammy (5/5): Great location - Location was perfect close to everything within walking distance. Was charged $30 euros cause Customs decided to not have alot of opened booths when we arrived and the host charged me for checking in late. Even when we arrived on time was given no remorse for something that wasn't under our control.
Main reason for booking with this BnB was the washing machine...when to go use it on last Dat and it wasn't working...notified host she said someone was in fixing it before we came...clearly it wasn't fixed! Wasn't impressed...no compensation for the Inconvenience. But quickly took my $30 euros 😕 beautiful trip, great place just wish it didn't end that way.
- Ronald (9/5): enjoyable. we tried to extend a few days but it was already booked. - location. hostess. space in the apartment.
We enjoyed our stay. Federica gave us some great recommendations on great restaurants. LOCATION
- Joy (10/5): perfect home base for Rome! - very clean and modern! had everything we needed nothing- it was great
- Jill (8/5): Great location, clean tidy and comfortable. Frederica was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout our stay. - great location near the Vatican so quiet in the evenings. it was fine
- Steve (9/5): Very happy with our stay, and we would stay there again. - The host was excellent and gave us a lot of great advice for exploring Rome. Very close to Vatican City, good restaurants and cafes. It's not too far from a subway station. Very quiet and comfortable apartment with everything you need. We can't think of anything that we didn't like. Great place.
- Thomas (9/5): Comfortable flat, great location and a very kind contact person. Thanks a lot, Federica! -
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Location, accommodation is very close, just 10 minutes walk to the center of the Vatican or to Rome. Very comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and helpful housekeeper.
- Darren (10/5): Lovely palace and great location . Federica met us and was excellent taking us through everything - great location and lovely and spacious nothing
- Oorit (9/5): Comfortable apartment in a great location - Great location, comfortable apartment, great help from Federica There was some noise from the street and through the building walls
- Sheila (9/5): Superb - Super place for four adults to stay, clean and spacious, excellent location very close to the Vatican. Host was very helpful and recommended some good restaurants to visit.
- Anita (10/5): Exceptional - Our host was very helpful. She told us a lot of options what and where to eat, how to discover the city. The apartment was huge and very clean.
- Claire (10/5): Great location, host amazing… home from home! - Loved everything about this apartment. From the location to the space to the whatever you need from the host! 100% beat my expectations… I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Rome again! Modern conveniences with traditional Rome theme… loved the facilities and home from home feel… in an amazing location! local bars and restaurants on the doorsteps. Spacious in a city!
- Michelle (10/5): couldn’t have been any better. - Excellent location, very clean with great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Everything you need for a great stay is provided. There is even an outside space! We liked everything.
- Carol (10/5): A lovely apartment located in the perfect place to see the Vatican, then take a bus to other sites. - Frederica arranged for someone to meet me at the airport which was very helpful. The apartment had a lovely courtyard terrace, and the kitchen was well equipped with coffee and laundry detergent. It was the only apartment during my 2 weeks where we were furnished with wash clothes! The location was just minutes from the Vatican as well as a bus stop and tram stop. The beds were comfy and the apartment was clean and bright. I definitely recommend this apartment. The only issue we had was that a bar down the street hosted a birthday party outdoors one of the nights which meant some street noise. I travel with ear plugs, so it wasn't so bad.
- Xhaferaj (9/5): Very good indeed. - The location was excellent. It was clean, and comfortable. Very good for a family. The kitchen was very good and well equipped. It is just like in the pictures. The bathroom was clean and spacious. I really enjoyed staying there. If I'm going again to Rome, I would take it again. The distance between check in and check out is really huge. You can't check in before 16:00 and you should check out at 10:00. This was the first time for me to stay in an apartment so I don't know how much time people need to clean. Depending on your time of arrival and departure this might not be an issue, but for me it was, because my plane landed very early in the morning and departed very late. Having a son of 9 years old, it was not exactly an excellent situation. The last day, I left a bit later than the established time (circa 10:40) and Frederica reminded me politely about the timing. No complaints about it. Lastly, in general, all apartments in Rome had the same check-out, only the check-in varied slightly.
- Alessandra (9/5): Superb - very close to St. Peter’s square, the flat is very clean and there’s everything you need. the host is very kind and always available for any question
- Bala (9/5): Perfect! - Frederica was there to meet us. She spent time giving us local insight about Rome, what to do and not do, restaurants to check out etc. She had a helpful map on which she marked the highlights. She also arranged our airport taxi when we checked out. I have nothing to complain about! The location is near the Vatican and so about 40 minutes walk to the Colosseum. If it was not a blazing 100F, it would have been a pleasant walk. As it was, we just took a taxi which is about 10 euros which was not a problem especially as there were 4 of us.
- Panagiota (10/5): Exceptional -
