• Heidi (8/5): Perfekt beliggenhet. - Perfekt beliggenhet. Gåavstand til Trastevere og de fleste attraksjoner. Mange gode restauranter og barer i området. Matbutikk rett i nærheten. Tre gode soverom med bad til, supert:) Mye støy utenifra. Lite hyggelig stue og kjøkken.
• Michaela (7/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Es lassen sich alle Sehenswürdigkeitem zu Fuss erreichen. Sollte man nicht alles laufen wollen, ist Bus,Taxi oder die Strassenbahn in 2Min erreichbar. Rund um die Wohnung hat es viele Restaurants, Supermärkte, Apotheken - also alles was benötigt wird. Ebenfalls super ist, dass jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Badezimmer mit Wc und Dusche hat. Der Aufenthaltsraum ist nicht allzu gross, wir haben diesen aber nie genutzt, da er auch keine Fenster hat. Die Wohnung liegt an einer sehr belebten Strasse und daher ist es sehr laut. Auch bei geschlossenem Fenstern ist die Müllabfuhr (täglich) bis zu 3x pro Nacht nicht zu überhören. In der Wohnung müssen die Betten - beziehungsweise die Matrazen gewechselt werden! Die waren tatsächlich eine Zumutung! Diese sind durchgelegen und wenn zwei Personen im Bett liegen, fällt man immer in die Mitte.

Το ότι δεν είχε μπαλκόνι ή έστω ένα μικρό εξωτερικό χώρο για να χαλαρώσεις για λίγο.

• Lisa (9/5): Brilliant central location, homely comfortable stay. - A homely and welcome stay with well laid out 3bdrm apartment with comfortable supplies. Fantastic central location within easy walking distance to all attractions, and local restaurants, shops. Secure building with lockable door to enter the apartment building. A taxi station is at the end of the street (but we didn't need it). The ruins in the square at the end of the street is an incredible bonus too. Paola was welcoming to meet us at the apartment with keys, and helpful with local tips, recommending a nice restaurant to eat at on our first night. Small functional kitchen with basic supplies - the addition of a microwave and toaster would be beneficial. Paola was generous to loan us her own toaster on request which was very appreciated by our family, travelling with teens/young adults. It's great having 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms to spread out - although during our stay we needed to coordinate with having one shower at a time for hot water, to avoid cold showers. To benefit others, the mattress in the second bedroom could be replaced for support, as it sinks into the middle of the bed. It's a bit noisy when motorised roller doors open and close in the building late at night/early in morning.

• Andrea (9/5): - L’appartamento è situato in una posizione strategica per accedere in pochi minuti a piedi a tutti i principali monumenti di Roma. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno indipendente e questo è sicuramente il punto forte dell’appartamento. Sotto i letti erano presenti abbondanti strati di polvere che ha recato diversi fastidi alle persone allergiche agli acari della polvere. La pulizia generale dell’appartamento non era delle migliori.

• Usman (5/5): Very bad experience. - Flat was not clean on arrival. Had to wait for 2-3 hours whilst flat was being cleaned. 7 of us with little kids were distressed and tired. Cleaning company were putting back dirty smeared and unhygienic mattress protector and we had to argue with the owner to remove them. Was offered by her to go out and have an ice cream whilst cleaners doing their Job. Fortunately we didn’t go out and identified the dirty protector being put back on. Wanted to cancel the booking which the owner declined as per booking.com email. Later booking.com asked 2 hour refund from her and she started sending me threatening messages on WhatsApp that she will sue me for being aggressive and messing her property. We have video evidence of the state of flat and mattress protectors and timing when we arrived. Very manipulative owner. Side window would not lock so Security concern.

• Glenn (8/5): Excellent location, 3 beds, 3 bathrooms. - Property was clean and tidy, host was a great communicator. A bathroom to each room was very convenient, keeping in mind there is 3 queen beds total, so tricky with 4 kids. Location was excellent. The power outage in the building. The Host kept us up to date with the anticipated repairs, but we were leaving the next morning anyway. There is a City tourist tax on top of the accommodation expected in cash.

Rome was hot and we loved that the flat had A/C but we could only put it at 26 degrees. Being from Texas we are used to lots of cold a/c do this felt warm to us.

Loads of Bus stops, supermarkets, restaurants within 3 minutes from the apartment. The apartment is spacious and had all the appliances. Paola was a great host and helped us book a taxi from Fiumicino to the apartment. Not a thing i can put here

• Stephanie (8/5): It was a great apartment with n the heart of Rome like cared near all of the attractions. - The location was perfect. The Colosseum, Pantheon & Trevi Fountain was all in walking distance. The pharmacy, restaurants and grocery stores were also nearby. We also love that it had 3 spacious bedrooms with an en-suite bath for each one. You could hear a little of the outside noise from two of the bedrooms, but it wasn't late at night.

• Jane (9/5): We will be back!! - Great location, super comfortable beds and great showers. Lots of rubbish bags and toilet paper and a lovely message and gift from the host on arrival. If you’re in a large group 2 keys isn’t always enough - a few more for the main front door would be perfect. Also if you’ve been travelling a while and need to all wash clothes another small drying rack would be amazing. More cutlery would be helpful too.

It was up to date, very clean which is important to me, generous size rooms with their own private washrooms, the beds were comfortable, and well stocked with necessities. Every detail is taken care of. Central location to everything! I can’t say enough. And Paola is a great hostess. Thank you Paola!! Make sure to visit the Trastevere neighbourhood during your stay! n/a, I wish every place can be like this.

• Rahul (8/5): Great apartment with a responsive host and fantastic location! - Property is as described. Rooms were a good size and every room had an attached bathroom. The host was very responsive and helpful. She arranged a pick up from the airport too. Location of the property is great! We walked to all places of interest. Lots of restaurants and bars around too. There was no laundry detergent. We had to buy it there. All other accommodations had laundry detergent.
• Nevares (7/5): Very nice and great location - Paola (host who greeted us and let us in the unit) was amazing... so very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!!! The place should of had available basics necessities like paper towels/napkins/linins for the kitchen. Likewise the same for basics hand/body soap and shampoo for the bathrooms/showers... it was quit surprising that these basic items were not provided. It's not hard to have these readily available for guests.

• Sally (5/5): Disappointing cleanliness for such a prime location. - The location was perfect. Directly across from a taxi stand and right in the middle of the city. Unfortunately, the property was very moldy. Each window and each bathroom had mold all around the edges. You could smell the mustiness, as well. Please see the photos. Additionally, the toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was completely detached. There was also no spare toilet paper. This wasn’t noticed until one of the bathrooms ran out during the night.

• Ron (10/5): Perfect location and very nice. Individual bed/bath suites makes it great for friends or family - The host was great and met us at the apartment, making everything easy for us. The apartment was clean and perfect for our family of four such that each of our two adult children each had their own room and we had a perfect family space for playing cards in the evening, etc. Each room had its own bathroom suite within the rooms which was absolutely great and they were nice too. The location is just perfectly in the center of everything in Rome. We were able to comfortably walk to things like Colosseum, Vatican, etc. Tip for runners: If you enjoy running, just walk directly from the apartment to the nearest bridge over the Tiber river (about 5-8 minute walk) and cross to the other side of the bridge... then take the stairs down to be right next to the river. There is a nice bike/running path that goes a long way along the river and you can easily get several miles/kilometers of scenic running in without any cars around you. There is some shielding from noise the way it is tucked back in an alley, so you don't hear too much despite it being in the middle of the busy city.

Gave us a few cautions (taxis are hard to come by in Rome) and suggested prehiring a driver. I expected a larger living room space for gathering family. Bedrooms were fabulous but living area was smaller than needed.

• Siriwan (10/5): Nice staff, well cleaned rooms and excellent location - I feel lucky to check-in this property for first time in Rome, the host is keen to help in many issues e.g. when we had the issue with my luggage she helped to fix it, when forgot the key and texted her to help opening the outside door. She is freindly and has the quick reply/response. For the location, it is very good - no need to get to the Metro station, we could walk to the attractions in city center. There's taxi parking next to the apartment as well. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfort, there're new facillities, air condition in bedrooms and living room. This property was fit to our group, have the bathroom in all rooms, there're kitchenware enough for us to have an easy cooking. The room is on 1st floor without elevator, but that's not the problem for us, the steps are not high and wide enough.

• Rebekah (7/5): It was within walking distance to all the major attractions so that was good - It was clean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. There was heating and air conditioning. The Booking.com advertisement indicated they would be a microwave and That was not true. Also that there was a washer and dryer. There was no dryer. We had a hard time trying to figure out where to take the trash out. They were instructions left but when we went to take the trash out, we still couldn’t find where to leave it. That part was a pain.

• Sha (9/5): Fantastic location & with 3 double rooms all with en-suites it is perfect for a group of friends - Location is fantastic, 5 minute walk from the Pantheon. Beds are very comfortable & the apartment has everything you need. 3 Large double rooms with good size en-suite bathrooms & Excellent Showers. Very Clean & Paola was lovely. Pillows could be better.
• Lan (10/5): Highly recommended apartment, best location and best host - This is an amazing apartment all around especially the host and the location. Paola was kind enough to help us resolve an issue prior to check in, accommodated an early check-in and greeted us on site. The location is within a few minute walk to Pantheon, Trevi fountain and Piazza Navona. We would come back here in heart beat. Highly recommended! Be prepared to carry your luggages up a floor. It wasn't so bad for us.
