• 1 (10/5): Muy buen apartamento y mejor anfitrión - La casa esta muy bien equipada y muy comoda, pero lo mejor de todo Mario, tuvimos un pequeño problema (como nos puede pasar en todas las casas) con el calentador de agua, Mario se preocupo desde el minuto cero, entonces supimos que no estabamos solos en Roma, cualquier cosa podiamos contar con Mario, este alquiler altamente recomendable, con supermercado y mercado cerca.

• Stina (10/5): Fantastic stay in a safe and quiet neighborhood - Mario was very personable and helpful. He met us at his apartment in the evening when we arrived and kept in touch via WhatsApp to make sure that our stay was comfortable and we had what we needed. He has a binder of helpful info. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a feeling that we stayed at an apartment that was well loved and cared for with wonderful art work (many by Mario himself!). Nothing really.

• Svetlana (10/5): Exceptional - Mario was fantastic. He met us at the property at the agreed time. Since we arived very early in the morning, he kindly allowed us to leave our bags at the property before the check-in. Mario was very attentive. He got in touch with us after we booked in to confirm our arrival time and answered numerous questions that I had. He checked with us after our first day to make sure everything was in order . Mario prepared a booklet with handy information and tips about what to see, where to eat, which was very helpful. Location was also great, it's an easy walk to all major attractions. There are many restaurants in the area and you exprience and see how locals live. We had a wonderful time in Rome and we will be back. Grazie mille Mario. Everything was great.
• Veronika (7/5): Not too bad but also not amazing - + easy communication with the host + non touristic area + spacious main bedroom + proximity of the Testaccio food market - the common space of the block of flats is very poorly maintained - in the bathroom there is no shower door, which in combination with a small shower corner leads to water spraying all over the place - there are still quite some things of the owner in the drawers and cabinets which makes those unusable - the price of around 200 euro per night in February did not correspond to the standard of the accommodation, according to our opinion
• Katarzyna (10/5): 5 days in Rome - The apartment was very spacy, well equipped, nicely styled, high, close to the metro/train station and Rome ancient attractions. The owner was very kind and friendly. We enjoyed the stay very much.

• Philip (5/5): A bit strange rules on using the A/C.I am not used to being reminded what was agreed,more than once. - We agreed once when we had to leave. I do not need to receive reminders about that.
• Mojca (10/5): Exceptional - The house is in quite neighborhood but still near the center. Is reachable on foot from the train station we came from the airport (Trastevere). • Malte (9/5): Superb - Main Attraction in walk distance. Gian Luca always willing to help with tips. Some water or a bottle of wine would make the welcome even better.
• Nunzia (10/5): Fabulous stay in authentic Rome quarter. - Great location in a very authentic area of the city, away from the buzz on the centre. Well connected to the centre by bus and also trains / metro. I'll definitely go back to Testaccio for my next stays in Rome. There's a great food market just behind the apartment, and the area is full of good and reasonably priced restaurants. Mario was a great host.
