• Alina (9/5): Très joli point de chute à Venise - L'emplacement est magnifique, la maison est carrément au-dessus de l'eau, dans un quartier très agréable et authentique. Il y a tout le nécessaire dans la maison, on s'y sent bien. La literie est bonne. Une petite odeur d'humide se sent quand on entre dans la maison mais on s'y habitue vite. L'humidité est le prix à payer pour être entouré d'eau de tout les côtés, c'est le prix à payer pour la vue magnifique qu'on a. Il fait un peu sombre aussi, en été cela doit être plutôt un avantage, permettant de rester au frais. La maison aurait besoin d'une rénovation car les murs s'effritent. Ceci dit, cela ne manque pas de charme et d'authenticité.

• C.P. (10/5): Hier möchte man bleiben! - Sehr heimeliges Appartement in ruhiger idyllischer Lage! Trotzdem nicht weit zur Riva und allen Geschäften und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und hat ein gemütliches italienisches Flair, Fenster mit Blick auf den Kanal. Alfio der Gastgeber und Fr. Valentina sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! -

• frederic (10/5): Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé bordant un canal agréable. Situation et rapport qual/prix - La situation au bord d'un canal et de l'enceinte de l'arsenal historique. Presque toutes les fenêtres donnent sur l'eau. Quartier très calme et proche de la mer et à 10-15 min de la place Saint Marc. Appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé. Nous avons aussi apprécié le patio de verdure donnant sur la chambre. Hôte très disponible et aimable. Nous reviendrons certainement ici.

• Ekaterina (9/5): - Everything was great, the house is just a fairy tale equipped with all the stuff you need there. Alfio is very friendly. I ask for an early checkin after our night flight, he agreed at once. Ws enjoyed staying there. The location is awesome. I can definitely recommend it. The only problem there is cleaning. Unsatisfactory! There was a big stain on the sheet. I couldn't see it, it was white on white, like someone had wiped their hand in cheese.but It was crusty and smelly. Besides,the floor under the bed was never washed or cleaned. I dropped my medicine there and grabbed a handful of dust. The dust layer is about 2cm high. An even layer of dust,like a field under snow. Very romantical. But we all pay for a final cleaning, so that's not what we expect to get.

• Nicole (9/5): Superb - the apartment is located in a calm and quiet neighbourhood. the loudest thing we heard wete the cries of the seagulls. nevertheless' many attractions and a lot of bus stops are between 5 and 20 minutes Walk away. the Appartement is cozy and seems to be Decorated to the owners' taste, which was also to our liking. the view through the windows to the canal is really lovely. the appartment has insect protection at the windows and the kitchen has enough plates, etc. the beds were comfy and with thick cozy blankets. communication with the owner was good, and in the appartment awaits a ledger with all the informations you might need during your stay would Always book again without a second thought. the bathroom could have been a little cleaner, there were some dusty areas., but it was no dirt on the "important spots" so it wasn't an issue. the most important thing which wasn't to my liking was that I had to leave :)

It had everything we needed and was in an amazing location, we could get to the city centre in 10 mins walking. We could walk everywhere from here! We lost hot water for half a day but the owner was very quick to come and resolve it! thank you
