• Deepshikha (10/5): Overall enjoyed the stay - Wonderful place same as shown in pictures. We enjoyed our stay at that place. Baby friendly place. Host Daniel helped us a lot in recommending the nearby places to eat and places to visit. She was extremely helpful and would definitely recommend all to book this place and enjoy the stay. The apartment was clean, quiet and beautiful and close to the main city center. NA

• Daria Zemskaia (7/5): - Very friendly and nice host Daniela, excellent location, interesting historical building I was a bit surprised by the absence of cleaning supplies and sponges for the dishes, especially considering that some of the dishes were clearly left by previous guests in less than perfect condition — it would have been nice to be able to tidy everything up right away. The most shocking part, however, was the behavior of the neighbors upstairs, who didn’t stop making noise even for a second every day until around 1 -2 a.m. Their two children kept shouting and running, there were constant sounds of moving furniture, and the overall noise level was unbelievable. We didn’t manage to get a single good night’s sleep. If you plan on getting up early or are traveling for work, consider adjusting your schedule in advance or bring earplugs. I understand this isn’t a direct reflection on the apartment itself, but it’s worth keeping the soundproofing in mind. Another small surprise was the large number of mosquitoes in late October and early November🤣
• Jean-Pierre (7/5): - Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'accueil de Daniela, le confort et l'emplacement de l'appartement. Le bruit des pas, les discussions jusqu'à minuit et les cris d'un enfant des personnes de l'étage supérieur.
• Cristina (9/5): Tranquilo alojamento, perto do centro de Florença. - Tudo muito Limpo, instalações perfeitamente adequadas; tudo funcional; zona muito calma, a 15 minutos a pé da estação central. Contacto com senhoria muito célere e simpático. Cafés, restaurantes e supermercado a 5 minutos. Deve saber-se que fica num 2 piso, sem elevador. Para nós não fez qualquer diferença.
• Rocio Soledad (4/5): No Volvería - La ubicación. El sillón “cama” es un HORROR, el colchón es para un bebé, lo medí y tiene 8 cm de ancho. Fue IMPOSIBLE dormir ahí y ME COBRÓ EN EFECTIVO 30 euros por “hacer esa cama” cuando yo no lo había confirmado nunca. (No entiendo porque cobra tanto si tiene lavarropas en la casa) La esponja de lavar los platos estaba vieja con hongos. No hay aceite, sal , nada !! Solo un sobre de azúcar. Los vasos son todos de plástico. Nos dejó 5 frascos de shampoo usados (todos casi terminados)
• Levi (7/5): Ignorant host but good apartment - Location was perfect. Quiet environment but close to city centre. The host was disturbing us frequently with WhatsApp messages (arrival time, departure time, ...) during our stay. On the day of our arrival she insisted the tourist tax to be paid exactly in cash. She uses an old resident of the building that doesn't speak a word of English to accommodate the entry, this isn't a welcoming start of your holiday.

• Sandra (10/5): Estadia romântica á moda de Florença - Comodidades e localização. A senhoria era muito simpática. Apesar de não falar inglês conseguimo-nos entender bem e deu umas boas dicas para aproveitarmos melhor a estadia. Não tinha televisão. Mas também não fazia falta. Só não é habitual as casas não terem televisão. Foi a primeira vez.
• June (7/5): A short home stay for Florence - Danella was a great host, very clear and helpful. Her house fully represented her character.
• Aleksandr (7/5): A quiet courtyard , a large bedroom, you will have to walk to the historical center - A large and comfortable bedroom, a comfortable and large shower room, a spacious living room The apartment does not have an elevator and there are several floors to climb, so if with a large suitcase, this is not an easy task, the apartment with some things of the owner and the lockers are locked, if you open the windows a lot of mosquitoes fly,a very uncomfortable small toilet room,with a sink, shower and curtain next to the toilet, if they were not there It would be much more comfortable
• Angelica (8/5): Great place to stay! - Close enough to central Florence and views from the flat were great! Aircon could have been a bit more efficient, but still ok
• Denise (9/5): Wonderful - The apartment was lovely and not too far from central Florence. The streets behind were also interesting. I enjoyed my stay there. It's on the 3rd floor with only stair access for those who may need to know. Thank you, Daniela (the owner) It would have been nice if coffee grinds for the coffee pot were provided. I bought pods and opened them for convenience.
• Glenn (10/5): Be Florentine! - I felt like I was staying at the home of a family member. It was familiar with photos, art and odds and ends that reflected the host and her interests. The neighbourhood is Florentine (I was the only tourist) but with a short walk over the Amerigo Vespucci Bridge you are in the city centre. The wonderful host Daniela, offered inside info as to what was happening in the area and organised a dinner event (that I thoroughly enjoyed) while I was there. I spent almost 6 weeks there to study Italian with Daniela offering opportunity and encouragement to practice. I could have not been happier with my choice. That I had to leave.
• Cathy (5/5): Not the best at Oasi do Pace - The apartment was spacious. It’s location was good with easy walking distance to great restaurants. If a property promotes itself it should be honest and say there are two big flights of stairs to reach the apartment. The host met us and mentioned the water fluctuation for the shower! It took 3 days to work out the system of how to even get a warm/hot/cold shower. You will get all 3 temperatures in one shower. To get even warm water you need to run the hot tap in the kitchen till the hot water comes and then you can try and get a warm/hot/cold shower. We did ring about this but finally managed to work it out. The host tried to explain but honestly, it’s time for a new boiler if there are paying guests. The bathroom size is hopeless but she told us about that too. There is no air con but the fans are effective if the remote is available. There is no iron or ironing board despite the fact that there is a washing machine. You have to boil water on the gas as there is no electric jug. The most frustrating thing was one and 1/4 toilet rolls for 2 adults for 5 nights. We asked for more but it was forgotten and finally we received one extra roll.

• Nace (7/5): With a bit more care this could be a really lovely place to stay... - Location is really good - quiet street, not directly in the center so out of the crowd and still close enough to go by foot. Spacious and bright appartment. Appartment was dirty and would really need a good clean-up. Dishes in the kitchen and the kitchen itself were dusty, food leftovers on the tabel and counter. Sponge for cleaning the dishes was already used. We were left without toilet paper. Wifi was not working. Really microscopic bathroom.

• Steven (10/5): Like staying in your own home - The property is beautifully decorated and very very clean. the bed was also very comfortable. Daniela is a wonderful host who goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect for you. trust her recommendations for dinner locations! the best we tasted in Florence. The location of the residence wraps around to the side street. Our GPS got a bit wonky on us.
• Martyna (9/5): Very price for the value , great location - I liked the size of the apartment and how central it was. It’s all we needed for the nights we were there. The size of the bathroom is microscopic! But I understand this cannot be changed ! :)
