• Marie-Solenne (8/5): Un appartement spacieux et une localisation en or - Un emplacement en or, très central. L’appartement est spacieux avec 2 salles d’eau bien équipées. Et le propriétaire très gentil et disponible. Nous étions 7 en famille. Immeuble avec ascenseur. L’appartement étant situé dans une rue très passante et à deux pas de la Place d’Espagne, malgré le double vitrage cela restait un peu bruyant la nuit. Mais ce n’est qu’un tout petit désavantage au vu du grand plus de sa localisation.

• Zane (7/5): Kopumā jau viss labi! - Ļoti laba lokācija, perfekta! Plašas telpas. Divas tualetes. Balkons. Tīra gultas veļa, tīri dvieļi! Vajadzētu atsvaidzināt telpas, sienas netīras, lokācija perfekta bet jārēķinās ar to ka ir skaļi-naktī var ļoti labi dzirdēt nakts dzīvi! Nebija šampūna un dušas želejas.

• Michelle (8/5): Very good location - Good location Been better if there were two bathrooms with showers. Could do some updating like repainting the bedrooms and upgrading shower cubicle. Twice we had power cut and had to switch back on the fuse box which was located on the ground floor. On the second time we had power cut, we were using the washing machine and the dryer at the same time but the dyer didnt work after power was restored. Some clothes were still wet that we had to take them out to hang them to dry. The kettle was taken away as it caused a lot of problem due to power over load.

• laurent (7/5): - Emplacement top, à 2 pas de la Piazza d'Espagne... appartement spacieux. Cuisine bien équipée. DECO VINTAGE! Inconfort du seul canapé drop dur et glissant en cuir. Appartement annoncé pour 3 chambres mais la troisième avec le lit simple très ostère pour pas dire gloque sans fenetre et de 9 metres carré ou a peine pas cool pour y faire dormir un enfant,seule chambre ou on pourrait finalement dormir correctement car bien obscure a la différence des 2 autres avec volets persiennes semi ajouré et simple voilage ou on voit comme en plein jour au milieu de la nuit avec l'éclairage extérieur. Domage car le sommeil est essentiel lorsque l'on a des journées bien chargées en visites et kilomètres à pied.

• Bárbara (3/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación El piso está muy viejo, todo muy antiguo, las paredes todas manchadas, los colchones viejos, la limpieza dejó mucho que desear, los productos de la cocina usados ya abiertos. El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones no funcionaba, cuando intentamos prender uno nos quedamos sin luz porque saltó la térmica. El piso lo alquilamos para 7 personas y tenía solo 4 sillas en el comedor. La persona que nos recibió tenia muy pocas ganas de atendernos, mala predisposición. No volvería jamás a alquilarlo, las fotos son muy distintas a lo que realmente es. Lo único que vale la pena es la ubicación que está muy bien.

The owner was very helpful but we did have communication issues, which were the result of my limited Italian and his limited English, plus cultural differences. I was told there would be three bedrooms. There were two bedrooms and a closet with a tiny bed. We were very disappointed that the floor plan and pictures did not look like the real apartment.

• Emily (8/5): Lovely apartment in a fantastic location with sensitive electrics. - Alessandro was a great host who responded promptly to questions. He also helped us organise a taxi from the airport and then again to the rail station at the end of our stay. Side not if you use this airport service they do not wait to delays so we had issues with the taxi refusing to wait to for my in-laws. Alessandro was great and tried to help with this as it was the taxi company not him but just to be aware. The apartment is in a lovely building in a fantastic location. It is exactly like the pictures. The only problem we had was the electrics are very sensitive. Even though air conditioning is listed and it is in each of the main rooms, you can only run one at a time or it would throw the breaker.

The shower was dirty and small and the door didn’t close so water went all over the floor and the water pressure was terrible as the shower head had seen better days. Plus the next guests were trying to get into the apartment before we had even left so now cleaning is done between guest which would explain the floors.

• Olena (8/5): Very good - Very good location, in the centre of Rome, near the Spanish Steps. The apartment actually has two bedrooms, a large living room with a sofa that folds out and can also be used to sleep on, and one storage room, which for some reason is described as a third room. This storage room has no window and does not look very attractive. I really liked the fact that the owner was waiting for us until 11:30 am, as we had a late flight. He also offered a shuttle service, which was also helpful)) I didn't like the storage room, which was described as a bedroom. The apartment needs to be updated.

• Nevena (1/5): Dirty and Smelly. - The apartment smells really bad and is really dirty. Everything is old and used. The bathrooms are dirty. The furniture and appliances are either broken or in bad shape. The pillow covers are ripped. I will submit the pictures of everything mentioned.

• Nicole (9/5): Perfect location for first time visitors of Rome in a very comfortable apartment! - Location is perfect, with many nice restaurants and city sights a short walk away. Close also to a large shopping high street with many options for clothes. Means you can take very nice evening walks and feel very safe in the nice neighbourhood! There is an 'old style' elevator to help you take up luggage to the apartment which is very handy. The doesn't speak English but we managed to communicate well enough with gestures and Google translate. He offered to book a minivan to pick us up from the airport and drop off at the property at a good price which was very helpful! The apartment has 3 rooms but they are not equal in value/comfort - this is relevant if you are travelling as 3 people who wish to split costs equally. The two main pink rooms are great with (noisy) aircon, nice windows and wardrobe space. However, the single room is significantly smaller, has no window and is dark & grey. One of our group of 4 people was originally going to stay in the single bed room, but upon arrival decided to share a double in one of the bigger rooms because of how small and dark the little room was. In the end it wasn't a huge issue for us, but should be noted by groups of more than 2 couples before booking the property. There's a reason why there aren't any photos of that small room in the apartment listing!
