• Alex (10/5): Ottima posizione e molto accogliente - Posizione perfetta, 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Roma Termini e 20 minuti dal Colosseo. Zona tranquilla. Struttura super accogliente, spaziosa e pulita, si può soggiornare tranquillamente in cinque persone.

• Diana (8/5): - Locatie Communicatie, geen antwoord op verzoeken/vragen vooraf. Nul. Wel geautomatiseerde communicatie over hoe alles te bereiken bijv. Op zich helder maar het was niet persoonlijk, want op de vraag vooraf over extra bed, had ik niks gehoord. En de communicatie die er ineens was op aankomstdag was duidelijk en kort maar ging vooral over gegevens paspoort voor wetgeving italie als verblijfsgast. Je kan niet verwachten dat iemand je een foto met paspoortgegevens zomaar even appt. Dus dat vond ik niet fijn. Aangegeven dat men meer dan welkom is om alles in te zien ter plekke maar daar ging men niet op in. Ik had geen enkel formulier ontvangen, zelfs na mijn eigen aandringen, om die gegevens goed voor ze te kunnen invullen. Dat vond ik wel jammer.
• Zuriñe (9/5): Ubicación estratégica y limpieza impecable en el corazón de Roma. - La ubicación es inmejorable; se puede llegar caminando a los principales puntos de interés como el Coliseo, la Fontana di Trevi y Plaza de España en menos de 20 minutos. Además, estar a solo 5 minutos de la estación Termini facilita muchísimo la conexión en metro con el resto de la ciudad. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien equipado para la estancia. Lo único que eché en falta fue un microondas, lo cual habría sido útil para calentar comida rápidamente.

• daniele (10/5): - posizione ottima. gran bell'appartamento, comodo e dotato di tutto. Lo consiglio sicuramente. nulla; non abbiamo nulla da lamentare. Se dovessi ricapitare a Roma ci tornerei di sicuro.
• Rudi (8/5): Fijne plek om te verblijven voor een citytrip! - Goede locatie, genoeg ruimte. De verwarming deed het goed, het was lekker warm binnen. Wel fijn om te weten bij een verblijf midden in de winter. Ook de taxi die ons van vliegveld heeft opgehaald was prima geregeld. Pas als je verblijf definitief is, er betaald is, reageren ze op vragen omtrent je verblijf.

La ubicación es muy buena, está cerca de la estación de trenes y también de las principales atracciones aproximadamente 30’ caminando. Lo recomiendo si vas a estar durante el día explorando la ciudad. El agua caliente no alcanzaba para bañarnos los 5. El último se terminaba bañando con agua tibia/fria
• Torsten (8/5): Gutes Quartier mit kleinen Abstrichen - Die Lage ist perfekt, um Rom zu Fuss zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend gross für 4 Erwachsene und man erhält wirklich viele Infos vom Host, auch über Dinge und Orte, die die Römer tun. Beim Betreten der Wohnung roch es leider etwas mufflig, insbes. im ersten Schlafzimmer. Und die Dusche/Duschtür war leider defekt und liess sich von innen nur beschwerlich öffnen und schliessen, der Wasserdruck der Kopfbrause war eher ein Nieselregen…

• Cheung (8/5): Beautiful apartment! - The apartment is nice and beautiful. 2 Rooms with AC, it's perfect. Location is good, close to the train station. The stairs to the location is quite a challenge when you have luggage, we googled searched to get to the location and learned that if we go from the other side of the street, we might have avoided the stairs.

• Mike (10/5): Comfortable spacious apartment and an excellent location. - Great location near the Colosseum and main train station. This is a comfortable and quality apartment with lots of space. An added bonus was a wonderful little courtyard. The host was excellent with their communication also and we just loved our stay! Nothing!

• Cynthia (10/5): Lovely apartment, well positioned. I would recommend. - Lovely spacious apartment, well decorated, kitchen well equipt and all modern appliances. The modern bathroom and shower were spotless had plentiful towels which is always welcome. Wifi was very good. Great to have a small courtyard/patio. It was an easy walk from the train station. Great transport links, car not needed. Outside from the main road there are 30+ steps which were a challenge with cases, however later we discovered another way from a different direction avoiding steps.

• Nathan (7/5): Lovely property for family of 5 - Nice place, well appointed, good beds, shower, kitchen and space in general. Good for a family of 5 Arrival was trickier than it should have been. Google maps takes you to the wrong part of the street. No photos of the front of the property made it harder. Was told to ring a number on arrival, said it was engaged / rung out. I eventually tried the door and it was open - after that all the instructions were perfect and no issues after that - but wanted to flag so you’re aware, Apple Maps better (first time I’ve ever said that! 😅)
• Laura (9/5): Fantastic for a family city break - Lovely apartment, extremely nicely presented and clean with good amount of space and the bonus of outdoor terrace area. Had everything we needed for a few days in Rome. Comfy beds, great kitchen area etc. It's a short walk from some fantastic sights including the Colloseum and easy to walk to from the Termini station with easy access to the airport. Would highly recommend.
• Erika (8/5): Nice comfortable apartment walkable to everything - This was a very nice cute apartment that was close to the train station. We were also able to walk to other sites in ROME, so that was great. The Apartment was a cute two bedroom apartment. We arrived in the afternoon and left the next morning, so we were not there that long. But it was just what we needed. Kitchen was small and there isnt really a living area. Also the nose for ONE of the bedrooms was really loud from the people below (not sure if it was a shop/bar or?) I was in the quiet room , the one closest to the door. My friend was in the bedroom closest to the bathroom and it was like night and day between the two rooms. I got up to go to the rest room and couldnt believe my friend was able to sleep from all the noise. Also, although the host sends you detailed directions to get in, it was still, for some reason, complicated for us.

• Liliana (9/5): Superb - Very comfortable appartment, good location, very clean, we like it. It felt a bit impersonal, there was not support in case of questions or issue since always there was an autoreply with same message. Fortunately, we did not have any since we were already in the past in Rome, so we know our way.
• Ferdinando (7/5): Good - Very handy location, just a 10 minute walk from Roma Termini and an easy walk to all the main sights. Located on a side street, so was nice and quiet. Apartment was spacious, with an updated, well sized bathroom. Only negative was that the shower head provided a very low water flow pressure and with only a small hot water tank, a party of four resulted in the hot water running out! Being an electric hot water tank, it took a while to reheat.

• John (9/5): Fantastic location, super easy check in - The location was great. Easy walking distance to Colosseum and restaurants No communal area/ lounge room to sit and watch tv. The tvs were in the bedrooms but when travelling with our adult son this meant we could not sit together in the evening and relax.
• Roberts (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was nice and clean, very big bathroom. Definitely would recommend! Anything and everything you need was there. The shops are near by, and location of the apartment is absolutely perfect! Only thing I would point out, is that the keybox is on the 2nd floor (not -1) right next to the apartment door.

Near train station and multiple city sites including Colosseum and Trevi fountain. Great AC. Water pressure in shower head was very low, and also ran out of hot water after 2 people showered.

• Klaudia (10/5): Great place! - Staying at Domus Maya was a great experience! The inside of the apartment is very clean, tidy and warm. Every detail is refined. The apartment has a great location near the coliseum. The owner responds to messages quickly. I will definitely come back!
• Anonymous (9/5): We were warm and comfortable at Domus Maya Colosseum. The house is nicely decorated and quite modern with a lovely bathr - Conveniently located and beautifully presented. Street outside was a little dark at night so coming home of an evening was a little daunting.
