The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating. Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Deniz (2/5): We left early because this is an old, cold and dirty place - Location was the only good thing here. First of all, this was a very old and not well maintained place. Not like what's in the pictures. some appliances were broken or non functional. Secondly, even though it is a smokefree property there's a disgusting smell of stale old smoke clinging to the couch, curtains, walls, everything. Couple that with Italy's lack of natural gas the building interior was held at a crisp 16C, not comfortable at all. Couch dirty, window not opening and overall bad hygiene.
Miren (5/5): Problem with the keys. The person in charge was very attentive.I would repeat again - The location of the apartment is very good. The windows face a very bright interior patio since it is not covered and the sun shines. Lots of clarity. There is an elevator. An automatic email took us, having just arrived in Milan, to a location that, after taking several meters and taking almost an hour to get there, the receptionist told us that the keys to that accommodation had not been given there for a year. After speaking with the person in charge of the apartment we finally arrived. The apartment is good for two people. The sofa bed is impossible. You can't sleep on that couch.
