• Jake (8/5): - The property did not respond to a single inquiry of mine, I reached out one of the listed property managers, and got no response. I also couldn’t contact the property through booking.com. Not sure why

• Cambra (10/5): Clean, big, nice and would stay again! - The apartment was very clean, the pull out couch was already open and made. The kitchen was great with a nice 4 burner gas stove. There were 3 air conditioners that worked very good and also a skylight you could open and close. It was in a great and safe location near cafe's and restaurants! Would absolutely stay again! The bathroom was small and needs some updating and the sink wasn't sealed and moved if you bumped it.

• Marie (10/5): We loved our stay at Serenity - Sweet Dreams in Florence. - A lovely, well equipped apartment in a nice, quiet neighbourhood near the centre. Easy communication with the host. Strong air-con, good welcome pack, very nice smell days on. We liked everything. Some cold water in the fridge would have been a nice touch 😊 For those less mobile, be aware of the steps!
• Victor (2/5): Bad communication, sewer , no heat for 3 days. - Location Their response to my review is totally not true. I will show in pictures below one example where their statements are not true. Pictures are from booking . Coms communications board. I have all pictures of communication that will prove this is really a bad place to stay and not being truthful. If the towel thing is true why did they contact through booking and a week later pay for towels and linens as the pictures below show they did not try to contact me about towels 2 weeks prior for only a period of time during my stay. They installed closet upside down. I called immediately when checking in. Picture shows them admitting I was given notice3 days after arrival about towels and they admitting they made a mistake. I would gladly dispute their rebuttal with communication picture but booking only allows a few pictures. So trust me you will see the dishonesty of their rebuttal and don’t let them do this to you.
• Stefan (7/5): Although the place was in a great location, the apartment itself was too expensive for what you got. - Great location in a nice area. They hadn't warned us that the hallway was being painted. So we had the smell of fresh paint all over the apartment. Clearly the apartment was not finished - no curtains in the bedroom. Wrong use of lighting. Unpleasant white light in the bedroom.
• Ramasubramanian (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was excellent! Host was really nice - even though we arrived much earlier than expected, they made sure to get us the apartment keys and let us in!

• Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was easy to reach from the main train station and it was also easy to get to the center of the city. The neighborhood had many restaurants nearby and it was quiet at night, which made it easy to sleep. There were some problems with the apartment when we arrived, but Irene was very responsive and helped get most of the things fixed on the first day. We had some problems with the shower and also did not feel comfortable using the kitchen since presumably the hot water kettle caused the power to go out in the apartment. That was unfortunate since we had selected this apartment for the kitchen.
• Savannah (10/5): Absolutely amazing. I will definitely stay again. - Everything listed worked as it should. Amazing location, air con system was a life saver as we travelled during the heatwave as well as a good working washing machine which was one of the main reasons I booked here. The water kept cutting from hot to cold and the drain kept overflowing so our showers had to be short. But this wasn’t too much of an issue.
