• Ewa (10/5): Apartament przy Via Daunie 2 w Rzymie - Bardzo dobry kontakt z Gospodarzem. Zostaliśmy przez Niego serdecznie powitani, pomógł wnieść walizki, polecił miejsca warte zwiedzenia, poinstruowal jak dojśc do sklepu. Kontakt potem przez whatsappa bezproblemowy. Apartament 10/10 Kilkanaście metrów obok przystanek lini 492 którą można bezpośrednio dojechać do Watykanu i po drodze do innych atrakcji, jeżdzi co 15 min. Bilety na autobus/metro do kupienia w sklepie T po przeciwnej stronie ulicy. Sklep spożywczy kilka uliczek dalej, w okolicy restauracje, do metra przy dworcu niedaleko piechotą ( okolice dworca niestety szemrane, przy dworcu sporo policji). Mieszkanie na 3 pietrze, jest winda, balkon z możliwością palenia. Wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne, nawet bardziej niż na kilka dni pobytu. Gdyby Rzym nie byl tak piękny, nie byłoby powodu aby wychodzić z mieszkania 🫢. Szkoda, że można dać tylko 10 pkt. To miejsce jest super, podobnie jak Gospodarz. Gdy nadarzy się kolejna okazja, znowu skorzystamy z tej miejscówki. Co zreszta zapowiedzieliśmy wpisujac się do księgi gości, prowadzonej przez Właściciela juz dobrych kilka lat. Dziękujemy jeszcze raz za mozliwość nocowania w tym miejscu !
• Ana (10/5): Liniștit, confortabil, luminos apartamentul, la 5 minute de Gara Termini - Locație liniștită, curățenie, saltele profesionale, apartament luminos și spatios, bucătărie utilată inclusiv cu mașina de spălat vase, iar gazda prietenoasa , ne-a așteptat în fața locației, ne-a explicat tot și recomandat 2 restaurante in zona. Papuci de casa ar fi fost ideali.

The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and with plenty of cafes and restaurants. Easy to access the metro network. The host is friendly, available anytime and very helpful. I would return here anytime!

• Yanacone (10/5): De los mejores alojamientos - La cortesía de Alfonso, la ubicación y la distribución de los ambientes. El departamento es super cómodo Todo perfecto estuvo. Alfonso es un súper anfitrión. Lo unico que no funcionaba era el ascensor pero estabamos en uno de los primeros pisos por lo que no dificultaba para nada. Sin dudas uno de los mejores alojamientos.

• Michael (10/5): With Alfonso as our host and guide we had a most memorable stay in the Eternal City - Alfonso was the most warm, welcoming and generous of hosts - personally helping with multiple pieces of luggage on arrival, providing a comprehensive and detailed welcome book as well as a wide selection of goodies. He also ‘checked in’ during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. The property is perfectly located in a quiet ‘non-touristy’ neighbourhood within easy walking distance of the main Termini station and access to the metro, trains, airport bus, hop-on hop-off tour buses as well as the central city drop-off point for car rentals. There are also a variety of authentic local restaurants within easy walking distance of the apartment. Nothing

The host Alberto was extremely helpful, flexible , and responded quickly. Rome was very hot at the time we visited…unfortunately the lift was temporary out of order. However, the air conditioning was working well and the Alberto graciously helped with the bags.

• Jb (8/5): Highly recommend this place, we would return for another stay. - The apartment is really much larger than what we typically see in Roman accommodation. The furniture and decoration really feels authentic to the area also. It's very clean, the host is super-helpful and welcoming, really accommodated us meeting us at exactly the time we needed, and had put some drinking water and snacks in the apartment as welcome. It is secure, with a locked gate to a courtyard, then a locked door to the building, and then another good lock on the apartment door. The blinds on the windows work well to block out all light, making for a good nights sleep. The area is very convenient for the university and the train station. There are some lovely nearby cafes and bars for breakfast or a drink. The location is great, but if you are a tourist going to the area on the other side of the train station, be a little careful at night if you are on your own.

• Karen (10/5): Il Melograno Holiday House is a great place to stay in Rome. We'd choose to stay here again. - The flat is amazing. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood to find restaurants. It was also within walking distance of many of the local sites (Colosseum, Roman Forum, etc.) and the train station, which made it very helpful for getting from the airport to Rome and from Rome to our cruise. Alfonso was very helpful, and was quick to answer questions. Given the opportunity, I would stay here again. Thanks, Alfonso, for a great experience! We really didn't have anything that we didn't like. We missed the instructions on how to open the gate to get back out, but thankfully, someone was coming in as we were leaving, and they showed us how it worked. We chose not to use the lift, so it was several flights up and down, but that wasn't a big deal.

• Annapoorani (9/5): For all the shortcomings the host’s kind and fast response makes for it. Excellent and comfortable stay. Will highly re - Clean house with all that is needed for simple cooking - pots and pans, plates etc, and basic things like hair dryer, iron box n board. Host Alfonso was the best host we ever had. The lift was not working on day one. Host Alfonso helped us with the luggage as the apartment was in level 3. Lift condition is a very olden type but guess custom made for the space. Looks like pre historic but functions well. Only 3 ppl can go at a time. The toilet is also narrow but functional. Apartment has one toilet only with attached bath.
• Louis (9/5): Excellent apartment close to Termini - The apartment is spacious and the facilities were superb for our needs. Clean and modern. Located very close to Termini, roughly 10 minutes walk.
• Poh (9/5): Superb - The flat was sparkling clean. Comfy , enough place for 5 adults. We cooked a few simple meals in the house. Apartment was walking distance to Rome termini , and at least 3 supermarkets.Alfonso was very welcoming, helping us with the luggages.He even has a tablet that has links on restaurant and nearby amenities . Nothing else that we didn't like. Everything was good. Maybe a washing machine would be an added value to the apartment.
• Natasha (10/5): Exceptional - Alfonso was friendly, and the house was spotless. We loved the selection of complimemtary teas, coffee, crackers with jam and biscuits. The beds were also comfortable, so we slept well. There was nothing we didn't like.

• Haitham (8/5): Excellent, stay in Rome and we will definitely use again - It was spacious, clean, it was close to the Roma termini train station about 10 minutes walking. It has two bedrooms with one bedroom having a double bed and a single bedroom so it is good for a family of five. The kitchen was clean and tidy and the bedsheets was clean. there was ample space for clothes and towels. Towels, Lennon, bedsheets, and toilet paper are all supplied. The apartment comes with the utensils, plates, cookery, and has a electric hob and a dishwasher. Alfonso was absolutely incredible with clear instructions on how to enter the apartment, and how to use the kitchen. He has left a nice touch of leaving crackers and coffee and jam as a complimentary. He is an absolutely amazing host. The apartment lacks a microwave and the bathroom is a bit tiny.

• Anna (8/5): Comfy and good for short visits in Rome - Comfortable beds, many beddings, big rooms, many space for our stuffs and the host was very nice and informative. We arrived at around 23:30 and the self check in went smoothly thanks to the detailed informations given from the host. He also provided us new frying pan and delivered it himself. There were many books to read, the decorations and the bathroom were great. 1. The location - it's on the third floor, there were no nearby supermarket, train station and good restaurants. 2. The doors are very light and it was quite hard to close or to lock them quietly. 3. The walls are thin and the bath and the WC were in the same room.

• Vidar (10/5): Big apartment at an excellent location. - A large apartment with big rooms and a beds for the family. The kitchen and the bathroom are nice and new. The location is within walking distance from the train station. Also, the area has a lot of nice restaurants, we were surprised by how nice this part of Rome was. The aparment is quite a few floors up, and hard to negotiate with a lot of luggage.

• Vyara (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very spacious and welcoming. You have everything you need for a great vacation in Rome. Alfonso is very good and responsive host. Not that I didn't like it, just as a heads-up for other travelers - the water in the shower is a bit strange, because sometimes it changes back to cold suddenly while тхе hot water is running. I don't know why is that but the way to fix it is to turn the water down entirely and then run it again - you will have hot water back.

Instead of charging extra money as other accomodations for arriving late, Alfonso facilitated the check-in with a safe box without asking for extra money. Beds are amazing, very comfortable! And last but not least, we could stay longer the last day without paying extra money, so we really appreciated the attitude of Alfonso a lot by making more easy our stay in Rome.
