• Daria (10/5): - Bell'appartamento in posizione centrale a due passi dal mare è l'ideale per godersi Napoli e con la metro , la cumana ed il porto partire alla scoperta di Pompei , del Vesuvio , Capri, la Costiera Amalfitana. Paolo è un ottimo host, sempre disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta ed organizza tour indimenticabili con guide specializzate. Mette anche a disposizione un home chef che prepara deliziose cene tipiche napoletane con ottimi vini. La casa è arredata con gran gusto con arredi di design ed antichi, ha un bellissimo terrazzo panoramico con piano cottura e barbecue per magiare all'aria aperta o fare un aperitivo al tramonto, lettini da sole, doccia... E' anche molto comoda e confortevole , molto pulita , luminosa ed accogliente.
• Michael (10/5): My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the property and I would happily recommend it. - Accessing the apartment was very simple and the owner sent directions and a video. they also phoned to ensure was had arrived safely. The communication with the owner was excellent and they were always on hand to assist. The apartment was very special and not the usual rental. The owner has an excellent eye for stylish furniture and all of the plants make it an oasis in the city. The roof top area was fantastic. Everything was good
• karin (3/5): napoletanische Erfahrungen - eigentich schöne , schwer renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung im Zentrum Neapels , 5 min Fussmarsch vom Meer sehr kunstsinnig eingerichtet 2 unabhängige Badezimmer wunderschöne Terrasse , Aufstieg eine Zumutung Neapel gehört zu den besuchenswertesten Städten Europas - Die Wohnung besteht aus einem sehr grossen hohen Raum in den eine Gallerie eingezogen wurde , über museumswürdige Wendeltreppe erreichbar ....hier das einzige abgetrennte Schlafzimmer der Wohnung mit eigenem Bad , es gibt kein zweites separates Schlafzimmer die restlichen Betten befinden sich in der Wohnhalle mit dem zweiten Bad und der Wohnküche, es gibt keine Privatsphäre und man sollte sich sehr gut verstehen oder eine Familie sein wenn man diese Wohnung bucht - schmuddeliger Eindruck , nicht wirklich sauber , klebriger Parkettboden , wir waren nicht sicher ob die Bettwäsche frisch war , schlechte durchhängende Matratzen - kaputte Badewanne im oberen Bad - in den Badezimmern durchgehend alte und neue Gebrauchsspuren , Haare der Vormieter , Armaturen dringend zu erneuern ! - katastrophaler Terrassenzugang mit akuter Absturzgefahr für Ungeübte, der Eindruck der Photos auf booking , man würde direkt über die Balkontüren des Wohnraums ( hier betritt man lediglich einen Minibalkon ) die Terrasse betreten ist FAKE...Beim Zugang handelt es sich um eine windschiefe ausziehbare Dachbodentreppe , der Ausstieg zur Terrasse befindet sich direkt vor der Brüstung , in diese ist als Griff ein IKEA Handtuchhalter ( Highlight !) montiert...ich hab denselben in meinem Badezimmer ! - chaotischer Besitzer samt Helfer / Angestelltem die ab der Buchung abwechselnd Dauerkontakt per whatsapp pflegen ....wir gaben dreimal durch dass wir mit dem Zug pünktlich abends ankommen , dauernd Rückfragen , immer gespickt mit Aufforderungen Neapeltouren mitzubuchen , was irgendwann lästig wird - Bei der Ankunft vor der Wohnung passt der Code für die Schlüsselbox nicht ....der Besitzer muss anreisen und verlangt mit dem Bezug der Wohnung wie schon in den Whatsappnachrichten zuvor dass wir den Deal ohne booking.com machen , Barzahlung ( 1400 € ) wäre bevorzugt , wird von uns abgelehnt...

• Gino (9/5): Luigi and Paolo were super friendly, the apartment was clean and ideal for friend groups. - The roof terrace, location and design of the apartment. -
• Travis (8/5): Beautiful, central, great roof top terrace. - The terrace and view is amazing. Very central, quirky with a lot of character. Could do so much more with the terrace. A small dip pool would be a nice touch.

• Guillaume (10/5): Exceptional - The host is very accomodating and his property is well maintained. With A/C, a fully fitted kitchen and stylish deco, it is an ideal spot to visit Naples. It is also conveninently located right in front of a train station with easy commutes to most parts of the city incl. Vesuvio and Pompei The terrace is really warm and the grill/plancha is only in one of the appartments.
• David (8/5): We loved the views from the terrace! - The views from the terrace were terrific! There was a ton of space for the five of us in our family. Small elevator and slippery stairs going up and down so we didn’t have to wait for the elevator.
• Agata (8/5): Very good - An awesome terrace with beautiful view on Vesuvio. Nice deco. The sea just 5 minutes away from the door, great place to run. A lot of small shops around with nice things to eat for breakfast on terrace. Worth to recommend. A little chaotic contact with an owner, but finally we had no problems. Everything went smooth. Only one sleeping area is closed, the rest of the flat is an open space. Stairs to the terrace a little hard to use :) after a while you get used to.
• Laszlo (10/5): Exceptional - It was an amazing experience, the flat is absolutely gorgeous and it has everything you may need during your stay. It is a really stylish place and the roof terrace on the top is incredible with its sunbeds, tables and chairs and the view of the city and the sea. Paolo is a great host very friendly and approachable and has good tips and recommendedations for anything you may ask. It was a wonderful stay and we hope to be back some time. Very much recommended.
• Joanna (10/5): We spent lovely time in Napoli, in the apartment you can feel very good taste and ideas the owners! - Location is perfect, and the view just amazing. Manuela and Paolo took care about us very well, we had a chance to see the Beauty of Napoli and the Area in a very comfortable way, exactly like we needed. I’d would like to repeat it one more time!
• Errol (9/5): Superb - the terrace is breathtaking; stylish furniture. It is really a beautiful apartment we were with 8 people. two of the beds were not really comfortable. for us that was not a big issue, but you could expect a proper bed for this price. There was also not much privacy, since there is only one bedroom. If you are not very sensitive for this, however, I still very much recommend this apartment.
