Il nous a aussi donné des recommandations utiles sur les commerces du quartier : supérette, restaurants ... L'appartement est très agréable, confortable et bien équipé. Nous avions à disposition tout le nécessaire pour commencer notre séjour. Merci Bruno
• fanny (10/5): Appartement très agréable et bien situé - Appartement très agréable avec vue dégagée dans un quartier calme mais pourvu de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin resto, bar, et une supérette à proximité. L appartement est entièrement équipé des serviettes de toilettes, des torchons, du gel douche du liquide vaisselle, tout y est! Et en plus vous avez le luxe d être accueilli par le propriétaire Bruno qui vous donnera tous les conseils de visite ! D ailleurs Bruno vous enverra le trajet par message avant votre arrivée car il n est pas facile de trouver l adresse exacte sur le gps. Rien à signaler !

• Véronique (10/5): Excellent! - Bruno nous a accueillies chaleureusement sur place. Il nous a donné de nombreuses informations intéressantes et s'est préoccupé de notre confort pendant notre séjour. L'appartement a visiblement été rénové récemment, il est très confortable, d'une propreté irréprochable et bien chauffé (nous sommes venues en janvier). La cuisine est bien équipée et Bruno nous a mis à disposition gratuitement des produits alimentaires de base, tels que thé, café, beurre, sel, poivre, etc. Les lits étaient confortables et il y avait des couvertures en suffisance. L'appartement est très bien situé, dans une ruelle calme à trois minutes à pied du Campo Santa Margherita et pas très loin de l'arrêt du vaporetto de Ca Rezzonico. La vue sur le petit jardin en face de la maison est agréable. Bruno est très aimable, il a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Merci Bruno! Franchement, je ne vois rien. Tout était top!

The host was extremely kind and came out to meet us when we got lost and couldn’t find the accommodation. Nothing to improve. The only minor issue is that the freezer was quite small for us.

Les produits de première nécessité sont présents. Bruno nous a très bien conseillé. Je rajouterais pass a prendre pour 1, 2 ou 3 jours car plus économique que le ticket de 75 minutes. Le moveo relie le parking du tronchetto a la piazza roma et son trajet est pris en charge par le daily pass. Merci Bruno pour l'accueil. Rien tout était pardait!

No falta detalle. Buena ubicación, cerca de todo y en una calle tranquila para descansar en la gloria. Supermercado al lado que ayuda cuando vas en familia. Colchones comodos. Cocina con lo necesario para cocinar y desayunos. Gel y champú para el aseo. Calidad-precio inmejorable. Pude dejar las maletas después del check-out......y aunque ya habíamos abandonado el apartamento se nos olvidó un peluche de mi hija y tanto Bruno como Annalisa nos lo entregaron en menos de 30 min. Gracias. Lo recomiendo y sin duda volvería. Por cierto, haz caso a sus recomendaciones. Como detalle es un segundo sin ascensor (como en toda Venecia). Si dejo a Bruno hasta me sube la maleta....ja,ja,ja
• Paweł (10/5): - It was very clean, apartment had everything that you may want, nothing was missing, all plates and glasses clean - as it should be. Some people were complaining about the shower, for us was working pretty good, apartment as own gas heater so hot water all the time no matter what time. Bruno is a wonderful host and told us so many useful things, helped in getting to the building, keeping the luggage for the next day so we can wander around the Venice before the flight, and so on. Wonderful person.

Pewnie trzeba by go sprawdzic, bo bylo to stresujace.

Just like 1-2 minutes away. 3. Quietness. The property locates in the center, but still very quiet, which allows us to have good sleep. 4. Cleanliness. Very cozy and comfortable place to stay. Very well equipped and clean. 5. Last but not least, our host Bruno is super kind, thoughtful and helpful:) He really treats guests with whole heart. If Venice is on your list, Ca'Dorso should be your home there:)

• Oscar (10/5): This place merits an 11. Could not have been more perfect. - This place is perfection. Everything you need, nothing you don't, fantastic location, stylish and elegant interior with modern furniture accented by classic touches, air conditioning, and clean as a whistle. There are restaurants, supermarkets and vaporetto stops within walking distance, and most of Venice proper is within 30 minutes by foot. The owner, Bruno, met us at the taxi stop, walked us to the apartment, recommended great restaurants and activities (like Castello, which is not covered by many guidebooks), gave us tips on how to navigate Venetian streets, and remained available during our three night stay to answer transport questions. That we weren't able to stay longer.

• Carly (10/5): Cute apartment in less touristy area - The apartment was lovely. Location was perfect for us as we didn’t want to feel completely surrounded by other tourists but could still walk a few minutes to restaurants and stores. Plenty of space for the three of us staying. 2 bedrooms with closet space and extra pillows. Bathroom was clean and also included a washing machine, which was very handy. Kitchen facilities were great, had everything needed for cooking (oil, pots, pans, toast, butter, jam, water). The host was very nice and accomodating when meeting us as our plans changed due to missed flight. He also gave recommendations for pizza and gelato which we tried and were delicious! Nothing to complain about.

• John (8/5): Very good - The residential area of Dorsoduro is MUCH less crowded with tourists than other parts of Venice, but just as charming. 2nd floor walk-up (3rd floor to Americans) with minor views over nearby gardens. Well equipped apartment with laundry, dishwasher, etc. Friendly, helpful host. There were a lot of mosquitos during our stay in May.
• Coffeelover (10/5): Our visit to Venice became one of the greatest long-weekend trips. - The owner of the accommodation was very kind, giving the route to the apartment from the Venice station, giving the introduction to the city of Venice and local restaurants. Considering the location and facilities, the accommodation fee is totally reasonable.

• Natalya (10/5): Stay in Venice like a local - This apartment is located in the centre of Venice and yet away from the crowds of tourists which is priceless. Two vaporetto stops are in 5-7 minutes’ walk. A local supermarket and a butcher shop are in two minutes. The apartment is very spacious and perfectly equipped. The host, who couldn’t be more helpful, thought through and predicted everything. He was also generous with extras and did everything for our comfort. We felt at home and truly enjoyed our stay!

• Deborah (9/5): Great Venice experience for this bright, clean spacious apartment - This generous, clean and airy apartment is situated outside of the tourist centre of Venice ie in the residential area near the university. It had all the modern conveniences we needed and they all worked! Our host was attending to family matters, but he organised for a friend to let us in and introduce us to the apartment. While the accommodation is not in the tourist centre, all the highlights of Venice are in easy walking distance. The main bedroom bed is large and comfortable and the second bedroom had a king single. All the sheets were bright white and the beds were beautifully made. The double glazing and shutters meant that it was quiet. The lounge is comfortable and we liked the large windows, which we could open. I am often amazed travelling in Europe how an ordinary building can contain a gem of an apartment There are a few flights of steps to climb but that is not unusual. Also - ignorant me. The beauty of Venice is the canals. We arrived with all our luggage and had to lug it over bridge after bridge. Bring only the necessities for the days in the city. While our host did all he could to guide us to the apartment, it is tricky to find but that is the adventure of Venice.

The apartment had all the amenities we needed during our stay and is also situated in a quiet area. Furthermore, Bruno (our host) was always pending of us. He gave us some extra information about the city, for example restaurant suggestions. I highly recommend this apartment. The television was very small.

He notified us regarding the best ways of getting to the accommodation and possible impacts caused by transport strikes in Venice. He also gave us tips on restaurants, sightseeings and places to go. The accommodation was really cozy and clean, kitchen was well equipped, there was even coffee, jams and orange juice for us, really appreciated! Indeed, the location is super convenient, in the heart of Venice, so we didn’t have any problems with logistics. That was amazing experience, thank you! There wasn't any.

Always available via WhatsApp when needed. Location also brilliant. Very quiet area of Venice but with enough choice of bars, restaurants and shops in immediate vicinity. Could hear the neighbors into the early hours - not that there's much you can do about that. Was also Easter Sunday celebrations too.

• Hanfried (9/5): Great place to explore Venice from - Spacious and well equipped appartement, courteous and very helpful host. Excellent location for exploring the major sights. Close proximity to supermarket, shops and restaurants. The beds and bedding could be more comfortable. The house this appartement is situated in does not provide the quietest of settings.
• D-mitriy (10/5): Truly amazing - This was the best apartment I've ever had in Venice (I prefer to stay in apartments, not hotels here). I was first a bit confused by the photos, but the reviews persuaded me to give it a try and I was truly amazed. First of all one cannot say enough how nice the host Bruno is - I have never seen so much kindness and hospitality! The apartment is very big with separate living area and 2 bedrooms plus a separate kitchen area. Kitchen was excellently equipped with more than everything what is needed (for those who like to shop on Rialto market this is really an important aspect :-) There's relatively large supermarket Conad 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The area is great: on the one hand the apartment is located in a very quite place with some windows facing a small green yard (which is not very common in Venice :-), on the other hand it is close to lively areas like Campo Santa Margherita or my favourite Campo dei Frari. Walking from the bus / train station is just 10-minutes - easy and beautiful. Be careful when putting the address into google maps - you really need to enter the district (Dorsoduro) next to the address, as otherwise it will lead you to a completely different location, as some reviewers mentioned before. We stayed in January, the apartment was well heated, but warm socks is always a good idea when you stay in north-Italian apartments during the winter season 10 out of 10 is really not enough. • Denny (10/5): It was fantastic. We bought the Vaporetto pass for 7 days and used it many, many times. - The host, Bruno, had Prosecco, Panettone and other essentials for us when we arrived. We were made to feel very welcome. We had trouble finding the apartment because we entered the address into Google Maps - it brought us to the wrong place. Eventually Bruno, the host, kindly met us in a nearby square and brought us to the apartment. In the following days we used "Ponti dei Pugni" in Google maps to bring us back to the apartment area.
